Friendly service. We arrived with the car ferry from Saranda at around 6pm Greek time and there were only a short queue from the people of our own ferry(see photo). We were through passport control in about 10 minutes and 5 minutes more for the car entry. When we returned outside again to collect the car, another ferry had arrived and the passport queue was quite long (photo not taken).

Winner of the most inadequately staffed passport control in Greece, and that is a high bar to beat. Two passport officers examine each passport minutely, sometimes taking 5 minutes per person with questioning. Meanwhile ferries keep arriving from Albania. No queue management. People push in at random. Departures mix with arrivals (nothing could possibly go wrong with that). A SNAFU clearly. Two hours to get through. If you must use this shocking example of poor Greek immigration control allow yourselves plenty of time.

This place is wild! We turned up and there was zero signage. No ticket counters were open. The Information Office was empty as was the Port Authority Desk. You work out which way to go EU or Albania due to the passport queue signs. The queue for the ferry stretched the entire length of the terminal. This was caused by there being only one member of staff on duty- miserable like all customs/border people the world over - who only had one singular door held open. The bag Xray and body scanner were unplugged. All that seemed to matter was if you had your ferry ticket. Once we got through customs onto the port side, again there was no-one around to show which ferry to get on. Best advice. When you enter the port terminal: EU to the left. Albania to the right.

Incredibly slow immigration to Greece. The queue took over 1hr. There are only 2 passport booths which are not sufficient for the number of people. People have flights to catch. Exiting Greece was easy but coming in from Albania was ridiculous. If you are getting a ferry into Corfu make sure you run off the boat to get first in the queue. The staff were great but there need to be more of them

arrival and initial orientation slightly chaotic. A board with ferry departures and arrivals would be great. otherwise, the port fulfills its purpose for me and the people are willing and helpful

Huge port where all the boats, cruise ships and the amazing super yachts tie up.Its all a fantastic sight to see.If you walk round to the main entrance,it's quite a way depending where your ship is but there are buses to take you into the old town.

Port for Corfu to Albania. The signs were not showing the correct place for the check-in. Fortunately, when I was looking for the toilet, I found the correct entrance. The jetty was very small. All passengers got help to go onboard with their luggage, because it was a little dangerous. If I had known that, I had taken a car ferry with my bicycle, but when I booked, I wasn't told, that it was only for passengers. Anyway, I am happy, they did care about my bicycle.

Easy to disembark but a long walk to buses on a very hot day. Too many large boats in at once

Unorganized, no timetable in which you can see if your boat vessel had arrived. It can be very busy during midday. Come early and book your tickets online.

Went to Igumenitsa by Kerkira Lines. Rally good and experienced staff, handled loading and drop shipping very well. The cruise lasts about 1h30min. The inside is good and well maintained, toilets too.

Arrival on ferry from Sarande. Boat trip and disembarking was fine. Passport control pretty slow and tedious despite separate queue for EU passports. Could be better. Also signposting to bus stops and/or taxis can be improved. Great the green bus and blue bus stop near the port along the main road, but not very clear which way.

The port doesn't have written clear at the gates the destinations. We wanted to go to Corfu and we stayed at a row to Italy because it was no employees or a sign with the destination. There are many ferryboar destinations from Corfu and you must pay attention on the main road because they are far away one from each other and for us took some time to understand where it is the specific gate to Corfu. Also, ask the people around, else you loose time.

You can feel like a baby in the woods. No information, no signs, unkind stuff that can even whistle to you. The port is quite big. Good luck with catching the ferry. If you somehow pinpoint the docking place but the vessel is late (e.g. an hour) you can be sure that no one will know when it arrives. Great deal of confusion.

We barely managed to find our returning ship from the island, since the docks are too far away from each other, so you really need to run from one to a tother, to check where is the ship that you're looking for. No printed schedule shown, nor an electronic table, not even any officials around to ask. I had to ask a waiter (!) in the restaurant, where the returning ships usually depart from, and I got fairly useful answer from that "official". The port would benefit from a simple printed schedule clearly shown in the building and also from a single person there, for general questions.
