The rooms looks nice, clean and proper size. The price are different for domestic and international tourists. However, the services are not well. All staff seems to have own bussiness, which it îs different from hotel. If you need a taxi in the hotel, you have to aware that you will pay extra money for the hotel staff fees. Maybe it is an Oriental behaviour, but the international tourists dont like it. Anyway, If you want 4 stars hotel, you dont have another alternative in Kerman.

Not a 5 star hotel! Hotel is clean, but not a 5 star hotel ( calling this a 5 star hotel is joke) . Breakfast is not very appealing! Some of staff are really disrespectful, dishonest. There is not any other choice is kerman, you can choose 2or 3 hotel from. Rooms are noisy, especially on the street side the roar of traffic will not let you sleep, windows can't hold noise out of room! I can't had a good sleep there.

Lucky I like a hard bed because ours was like concrete. April 2018, so maybe it's different now. I'd come back in a heartbeat. Iran was fabulous. Thank you.

I’m visiting from Canada, and let me start off by saying this is NOT a 5 star hotel; its a 2 star hotel at best. The lobby looks nice but things quickly change when you enter your room. Dirty carpets that looked like they needed replacing a decade ago, towels that still had stains on them, walls covered in cracks, and dirty bathroom with rusting faucets. The staff were very welcoming and were doing their best but the hotel itself is in disrepair.

The breakfast buffet was very busy but the restaurant was upmarket and good value. There are two cafe bars where you can get milk for tea in room. The lobby is impressive though the rooms are a little dated. It's certainly 4 star if not luxury.

Good hotel but lacks hospitality at the beginning of stay it self. Reception staff a bit rude if you are not Iranian national. Star rating should be given also depending on service and not only good property. Also price is higher incase you reach late night and need hotel desperately !

Nice place to stay in Kerman. Our room was clean and comfortable but a little bit noisy because of the road. Breakfast was good and varied.

The hotel boasts nice and immaculate rooms, along with top-notch services and a delectable breakfast that hits all the right notes. All of this comes at a reasonable price point that won't break the bank. However, if you opt for a street view room, do keep in mind that highway noise can be a potential disturbance. Another drawback is that the pillows and mattresses are quite hard, which may not suit everyone's preferences. Despite these minor issues, I still recommend this hotel for its overall value and pleasant amenities.

not bad hotel but 2 star

Very nice hotel. Very good breakfast. Very comfortable rooms.

In the first it seems that this is a luxury hotel from outside. Staffs manner is good. After going to rooms early you understand it can not be a 5stars hotel. Bed is not comfortable and approximately there are nothing in minibar but water. Rooms are smoking free. Resturant has not a good menu and you can see few foods in the menu. I triedto go swimming pool but it is closed till April 2019. Breakfast is acceptable. Anyhow this hotel is the best option in Kerman.

It seems this is the only 5 star hotel of kerman. Check in and check out process takes time. Better to consider it. Rooms are clean and old fashioned and location is far from city center but close to the bus stop and taxi stop. Restaurant has a buffet which is worthy and better to try it. Breakfast is super!

This hotel with great services and great price (for Iranian of course) became kind of center of the city! This shows how good it is and how much people of Kerman like this good hotel!

The degree of Pars Hotel should be equal to 4-star hotel due to the quality of the rooms
