This is my home gym, i love the staff! Especially Ricardo he's great!! He has helped me so much! 🫶 when I first started going I went to the gym on Barstow and I didn't like it, as soon as I went to this one I felt at home! Like this is my gym, I made friends with some people that go at the same times I do! All in all i love this place!! 😊

Gym stays fairly clean. Good employees and one of the bigger Planet Fitness gyms in Fresno. Downside, it gets busy often, which reduces your ability to workout how you'd want. It's best to go late when gym is open late or for 24 hours.

To the gym goers that go to this location, be careful, do not add any valuables in your bags that are stored in the locker rooms, today when I finished working out I saw that my locker was missing my combination lock, ran to front end and the employees said that they found my backpack inside one of the restroom stall. Opon looking in my backpack, I've noticed that some valuable personal items were missing, which means that someone broke into my locker and stole what I had in my backpack from me. I know this is not in the best neighborhood, but still, this is unacceptable. I am definitely canceling my planet membership and going to a better gym in a better area,

Always such friendly staff. Super CLEAN environment, even making it easy for every single person to quickly, yet thoroughly, sanitize the machine they just used, after each use. Easy check-in, using your phone. A lot of amenities, if you're a black card member. If not, you can ask to sample, or try out, one of the perks and if you like it, get the black card membership. I just tried the red light total body therapy and it's amazing! I mean, it doesn't feel amazing immediately, but you feel the benefits afterwards! Staff thoroughly explained how to use it. The hydro massage beds are heavenly. And the regular massage chairs are also heavenly.

Planet Fitness is a spectacular place for unwinding after a long day of work. The environment is friendly. There is plentiful exercise equipment to fill in any type of exercise routine. From light workouts to heavy training. Cardio and core workouts are made easy with a versatile amount of equipment you name it they have it. It's worth the price paid per month. Everything is cleaned on a regular basis, and I like the fact that there are disinfectant stations all over the gym. You can't beat the benefits of being healthy through exercise. Give it a shot. Planet Fitness is worth the effort, Enjoy.........

Great gym lots of space, clean, updated machines i enjoy the seating on the bike so great. Lots of parking and is located around a good amount of stores. If your the type to do errands before or after the gym this place is the perfect spot.

Noisy and overrun with young people using machines as their personal workstations to use social media. I work, run errands, clean and cook. I just want to get my workout in, go home and go to bed, not watch you tictoc and take selfies all evening!!!! Be courteous and release the machines. Use your phone to play music during your workout. Use the table and chairs or locker room benches while you're using SOCIAL MEDIA, PLEASE THANKS!!!

The benefits of the gym are perfect for what I need. Kate from the front desk explained everything and had me sold! The vibe of the gym is pretty chill and everyone is focused

This is my favorite location to come to. I can always have a good workout here. Larry and the other staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is always cleanly, even the restrooms. The equipment is always working or repaired fast if broken. I would recommend this gym location to my friends and family, or anyone looking to start their fitness journey.

My home gym, close to home, good place to workout, just hate how sometimes it does get packed at certain times and when that happens there are some people using the machines who don't even work out, there's those who are on it and just sitting there on their phone for 12 minutes straight, there are those people who are on the machines not working out but just gossiping and chatting for 10 minutes straight, or even misusing the machine by using it as a bench when it's not even supposed to be used for that and you're not even using it so why even bother hogging the machine when other people are actually there to work out and want to go without wasting time. Overall a good gym, just wish people would have the decency to step off a machine if they aren't using it. Don't go to a gym if you're not planning to be serious of working out.

Practically live at the Planet Fitness in Blackstone, I am here lots of the time. The workers are always friendly and welcome me in and out the door. Devon and Becky are one of the best workers there. Devon has great skills and is the best manager!! Definitely the best manager at any of the Blackstone I go to ♡

I absolutely love this gym, always comfortable to workout in the environment. Angelica was so kind enough to add a ankle wrap to one of my workouts, that I didn’t know the gym offered. Made it a game changer! She’s always so positive and friendly.

I like that this place is nonjudgmental, affordable, and has all the facilities of a multifaceted gym. What I don't like is transferring from location to location takes 90 days in between per policy. The staff at the East Kings Canyon were harassing me about paying the $5 upgrade fee when I was using only their gym. They should be able to waive the policy when somebody moves to another location especially within the city, and is not using the previous location.

Facilities is the same as most others nothing special really. Some but not all of the down falls compared to the other neighboring locations are Dumbbells are worn out and Never in the correct spot let alone correct weights for all the spots, No water fountain bottle refill, Seems to always have the same broken out of service machines and even bathrooms they always have a stall /urinal out of service. Also the parking area is very unsafe day or night and I literally came out to see a guy get into his truck and realized someone stole his Catalytic converters in mid afternoon in daylight!. He said he was only in the gym a few minutes too🫤 not to mention an employee by the name Jasmine was extremely rude in a overly up beat sarcastic way and even went as far to say other facilities employees are not doing their jobs😄 all the while so much is wrong here. Ultimately each person can make their own decision but these are just facts to consider when choosing this specific Blackstone location.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The gym is very clean. The members are all good about cleaning the machines after using them. The equipment is nice and easy to figure out. The circuit room is a good workout. I like this place a lot—also it’s 4 minutes from my house. Yes there’s riff raff and homeless people out in the parking lot but this isn’t the fault of Planet Fitness. This gym is better than some gyms I have joined in the past that charged two or three times as much money.

The women at the counter was very friendly and helped me alot! Without her the gym would get only 3-4 stars. Since i missed a place to deadlift, benchpress and squat without the bars. If you like machine workouts i guess thats the place to be, if you prefer free weights and compounds, less.

Good gym overall. It’s packed when the local high school kids come out. Takes them a while for them to fix a broken machine.

Walking into this location has been a great experience for me. Very great customer service. And also have all the workout machines I need! Jasmine was such a big help when needing to use the total body enhancement machine, she taught me how to use it and what it’s good for. I will definitely keep coming back to this location thank you planet fitness.

hmm what can I say about this planet fitness. The paper towels are always empty or low. there are not enough good weight lifting machines (only one pec deck fly, really), and there are guys/girls who take a bench (by the dumbbells) and hog it for hours. I literally have to plan my workout around when I can finally get a dumbbell bench for 5 minutes. The dumbbells also stop at 75 lbs so there isn't much room to progress. idk if management changed but it didn't seem this bad last year.

We love this gym, we come everyday, the staff are always friendly and motivating. Ricardo is one of are favorites! Always greets us with a smile and makes us feel very welcomed! Out of all the planet fitnesses in the valley this is our favorite, they always fix the machines really fast If they're broken and they keep the gym clean!

I love the clean machines and all the crew members. They’re very helpful and make a great effort to keep the place in top notch. It’s a pleasure to stop by and work out there all the time. Kudos.

Nice gym for a decent workout. Its clean. Plenty of wipe down stations. Mondays are the busiest days, no one really there on weekends.

They have friendly and professional staff members. You can take a tour to see what is available before signing up. The Black Card membership is well worth the monthly fee. I loved the hydro massage chair.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The price is unbeatable and the results incomparable. The ergonomically designed fitness equipment is absolutely fantastic. Follow through on those New Year's resolutions, you won't regret it.

Planet fitness pumps me up. I can go in there and work out without feeling judgment. The lady at the front desk Amber really helped me start off my morning great! Not only did she care and do her job excellent but she went the extra mile and was kind to me by offering me motivation. Decided to stop at this location while visiting from out of town. Wonderful experience, the most cleanly and welcoming planet fitness thus far. Isaiah, one of the staff members, made my experience all the greater as he helped me with all the questions I had about the best machines that align with my fitness goals. As somebody who is relatively knew to the workout scene, his patience and knowledge gave me the reassurance I needed to feel confident in my workout routine and achieving my desired fitness goals. Will most definitely return again!

I really enjoy the Blackstone location. Staff is super nice and are always cleaning. Employee Jessie always makes my day! Members take pride in location by always wiping down what ever they use. Great investment I've made!!

Staff are super helpful & friendly :) This location is very clean & sanitary. It makes me feel secure because it is judgement free & I can workout without being bothered unlike other locations. Becky is amazing. She is very informative and so friendly :) I feel like a lost puppy in the gym from being new, anti-social, & an introvert. But Becky makes me feel comfortable and welcomed!

Ricardo is our absolute favorite person. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always greets us with a smile and knows our routine which makes this planet fitness feel like home to my daughter and I. We also love Jesse, he is quick to take charge in addressing any concerns I have had which has been greatly appreciated. I can't forget Becky, she too is incredibly sweet and friendly and puts a big smile on our face when we see her. We love this planet fitness and the staff is amazing.
