Stayed may 2022. Very nice hostel. Clean and big rooms with curtains for privacy. Owner and staff speaks good English and German and are very helpful. They make you feel like you're at home :) Price is very fair and they have safe parking for motorbikes and bicycles in closed area. One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Ring the bell or call the owner. Green gate with no 12 written on it.

Visited in December 2021 and it was a great experience. Hosts welcomed us warmely, the place was clean and safe. Oak Hostel is a proper base to explore Kermanshah and surroundings. One of the few "real" hostels in Iran, I recommend it to all backpackers!

We had a great stay at Oak Hostel, Amir was super friendly and extremely helpful. He ordered dinner for us when we arrived and booked a bus for us to Tehran. The hostel has a decent enough kitchen and the air conditioning in the rooms is great. Breakfast is basic but fair for the price. 6€ per night in a mixed dorm, 16€ for two people in a private room. Laundry is 1,50€. Pay in euros is preferred but the daily conversion can be checked and then paid in rial/toman.

We spent 2 night in Oak hostel my travel mate and me, and we were really well received for the first minutes we entered in. The hostel is in a very good location ! The people are warm, there are all the facilities you need ( kitchen, common area, guide books, tables...etc). The room are really cozy, clean. We felt really confortable in it ! Definitly will come back if i have the occasion to !

Very nice hostel in the middle of the city center with spacious dormitory, comfortable beds and nice kitchen. The place is clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here! We recommand!

Very nice hostel, most comfortable place I've been in Iran so far. Clean and a nice simple breakfast. Good comunale space (inside and outside) to chill in. The cherry on the cake is the wounderful host Amir with his warm smile! 😁

Very friendly staff who spoke good English. Amir helped us book her bus tickets and a driver to Palangan. The double room was large and clean and the hostel is in a central location. I highly recommend this place!

We were there about two days, and those days were look like a rememberable memories to me. They had clean rooms with kind receptions, server along with a creative manager. There was not an specific fredgier for each room and I think it's a bold disadvantage of this hostel.

Oak hostel is not just a hostel for me. It is home now. When I wanted to pay by card, card didn't work. I needed to pay cash but this time the ATM didn't give my card back. I had no money and didn't know what to do. But thanks to Receptionists (and now they are very good, kind and helpful Iranian friends of mine) Saba and Emir my all problems were solved. I will never forget their kindness, help and what they did for me. Also Saba took me to Taq a Bostan and we ate delicious food. If you go to Kermanshah, you should definitely go and stay in this hostel. You won't regret. Thank you so much again Saba and Emir. خیلی خیلی ممنون:)

I've been here for two days. Simply one of the best places you can find in all around Iran. at first I shocked by seeing torists from other countries here😅 If you're looking for somewhere nice, clean and fair pricing, give this place a shot.

Great and hospitable place. Kind and helpful staff in organising a ride to Bisotun, explaining the walking way to the bazaar or buying bus tickets to further destinations in Iran. Conclusion: “Happiness is only true when shared.”

Very friendly place. Kind and warm hosts, excellent location in a short walking distance to the bazar. Basic but tasty breakfast, affordable. You can't go wrong with this hostel.
