I liked my room and good services. The location was 5minutes till airport and it has a beautiful view. I will turn back again.

Excellent Reception staff, very welcoming and ready to satisfy every request, really kind and caring; the hotel is very nice and the rooms very comfortable and well furnitured. Very good breakfast and excellent bar, for a drink or a snack; useful taxi service - I think this is the best hotel Kermanshah!

I went to the coffee shop in ground floor, called “Adam barfi” (=Snowman). It was a very nice and calm place with a good service, polite personnel, nice view (in the porch), acceptable quality of food, good coffee and positive environment. It also has enough space for birthday parties or these kind of things. I will go there more often. The prices was reasonable. You can use the hotel parking. I could say it was a decent place to host your special guests.

Air conditioning didn't work. Staff provided a fan. Extremely hot room ("Royal" Suite).

An standard and clean real 5-star hotel. The only hotel among my last 10 experienced hotels in Iran which notice corona related sanitation.

This 5 star hotel has friendly staff and beautiful and clean space with good restaurant, coffee shop, travel agency, handicraft market,conference hall and the possibility of holding the wedding ceremony, .... It's one of the best hotels in Kermanshah with reasonable cost.

The hotel is in a boulevard near a historic place, the restaurant has a fabulous view of the city.

The hotel is very nice overall . The best thing about it was that it has lots of space and you can walk in the area. The room I stayed in was good and there is not much to complain about. Just one point is the parking which is not equipped with an elevator which makes hard for single travels.

Truly a wonderful place with lovely staffs. definitely will come back again. Great service. Clean. Quiet. with lots of parking spaces.

I invited friends and family to the restaurant for dinner. it was quiet and the food was good. I appreciated the vibe since it was during the black days of pandemic.

The hotel is one of the greatest hotels I’ve been to in Iran. It’s comparable to international hotels. The rooms are modern although the bathrooms can be better decorated. Everything was clean, the only problem was the windows which were not so clear. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had electric kettle. Hotel’s restaurant was good as well. The breakfast was delicious and it had great variety of food. We also tried the Khoresht Khalal, which is a traditional food in Kermanshah and the quality was really good aswell. We also had coffee in the coffee shop and it had a nice and calm environment with good and delicious desserts and drinks. The location is great if you have a car or you want to take a taxi to go anywhere, but it’s not suitable for people who want to use public transportation or want to walk to places.
