This was my first time ever getting a spa treatment, and it was absolutely wonderful! Upon my arrival, staff was pleasantly friendly with all smiles and a nice greeting. I was escorted to the back where it was very nice and welcoming. I had a grand tour of the facility with 2 different waiting areas. They also have a sauna and shower room. Also, a nice dressing area. I chose a locker to put my belongings in and dressed in a nice plush robe with slides. I was taken to a relaxed waiting area with magazines to enjoy peace and quiet before my message. I was greeted by Olivia! A kind sweet soul who tended to me, and we had a great conversation during my entire message. I also had a facial with Ms. Elena, who was also kind and sweet. We talked and laughed during the whole facial. She helped me with some skin issues and was spot on when it came to knowing what she was talking about and how to help my treat my skin. This place is black owned and it is beautiful. For this to be my first visit, everyone made me feel like I've known them forever. Olivia and Elena, I will be back to see you ladies. Keep up the great work!

Always clean and quiet, staff is very nice. They have a sauna, steam room, showers and a quiet sitting area with a colorful fire place. Robes are soft and comfortable.

I visited Balance Day Spa in Kernersville, NC, for the first time today. I received a 90-minute deep tissue massage by Marissa. The entire experience was superb! Marissa is an exceptional massage therapist - personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. Literally the best massage I've ever had. Next appointment already booked!

The staff are friendly. The facilities are clean, organized, and thoughtful. My massage therapist, Marcus, was excellent. He worked methodically to give my aches relief in my deep tissue massage. I added on peppermint scalp massage which I highly recommend! The only complaint I have is about the robes provided. I’m a full figured woman, and I barely got it to close. I’m normally comfortable in my body, but that really embarrassed me while I was trying to relax. Please offer a variety of sizes to fit a variety of people. I don’t know if I will come back for this reason.

I can honestly say that Balance Day Spa absolutely takes the cake for best spa in the triad. I have been to both locations and while both are great the Greensboro location is stunning! Being welcomed in by sweet people as well as always having pleasant phone interactions is a huge deal! One of the best parts is the fact that there is usually always an opening on short notice which is greatly appreciated! To add to the glamor of this spa you are given a tour of the facility and for women there is a absolutely beautiful women’s room. They have a Sauna and a steam room. There is also showers and a relaxation room. The best part is the complementary luxury robe. The massage was out of this world, Luis did my massage and he recommended great stretches and ways to ease my back pain. I also want to recommend their Collin skincare line as it is like no other! Everything about my experiences have been fantastic!

Nani did my Mani/Pedi & was very Professional & Personable. She explained each part as she completed my Nails & did not make me feel rushed. I will be making another appointment with her❤️

Today was my first time at Balance Day Spa and it was a great experience! I have been driving by the Kernersville location for years and finally decided to try it out and I’m so glad I did! It was clean and everyone was very nice and professional and prompt. I had the pleasure of working with Melanie who did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed, which was exactly what I was looking for! I also highly recommend the peppermint scalp massage add on. It felt amazing!!

Wish I can leave a good review. Had a great massage & pedicure. My package wasn't complete. I sat waiting 45 min on someone to come get me for my peppermint scalp message never got it. I went to desk where was the lady to get me. Well they forgot to add it to my package. Was disappointed because I really wanted that.Never been there and 1 of the receptionist acted like she didn't care. I hould done something else besides waiting. ad a day off I c

Marisa is a wonderful person and the best message therapist I have ever had!! She goes above and beyond what needs to be done and is very caring and concerned for her clients. I paid for my lady and my sister to get a memorable spa day and message. The message was, I am told, excellent. However, there was no AC and the building (Spa) was uncomfortably hot. My lady wanted to know why a scheduled the appointment. She was told that the AC had been out for a couple of days prior to the visit and that the schedulers were informing potential clients that AC would be out until at least Weds Sep 6. I informed my lady that no one mentioned the Spa had problems with the AC. Thus, the experience we paid for was not 100% satisfactorily. Please provide some form of monetarily concession.

The staff was very professional and pleasant. The place was absolutely beautiful and Marcus was amazing with my massage. It was super relaxing. They really made my first experience at the spa a great one. I will definitely be returning there soon.

Wow, my experience was great from the moment I walked in. The young lady at the front gave me a warm welcoming and a tour. Alicia took me in a room and did her magic. She was very thorough with her work. She confirmed and explain the procedures to me because this was my first time coming to Balance Day Spa. I've been going to Balance Day Spa at their various locations for years and years, but I must say they are at their peak right now. The facility is beautiful, the staff is excellent, and the value for what you're getting when you book an appointment is off the charts. I won't be going anywhere else for spa services.

They have done some upgrades to the spa itself. I haven't been there in over a year, but I will be back. My facial today with Nikki was amazing and relaxing. Just what I needed to start off my birthday celebration. Thank you for a great experience

I was gifted a gift card. And I’ll say everyone here is super sweet and professional, they make sure to call and remind you of the appointment days before hand. This was my first time at a spa so I was kind of nervous. My massage therapist ,Camille, really did a good job and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. The lady at the front desk (I meant to ask her name 😅) was also super kind and welcoming. The amenities here are great and the place smells wonderful. I will definitely be back!

Yesi gave me my first ever pedicure in my 53 years of life. I had never had my feet professionally cleaned and I am just now realizing what I was missing out on. My toenails have never shined like this before. She was sweet, kind, and her massage was on point. Will be returning.

My experience was wonderful. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. This was my first professional massage, and it was perfect! I did the pain management version. I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and I could not be more pleased!

My massage was very relaxing. The muscle knots were worked out. The rest of the massage was performed with just the right strength leaving my body in pure bliss. Leave time on your schedule to enjoy the dry and wet saunas. The facility was very clean.

Jordan was great! 5+ stars for her!! Always good conversation and thoroughness with service. However, birthday discount should be mentioned at checkout. I didn't get to use mine in April with my last visit because it was not mentioned until I had paid and realized. Person that checked me out said she would put a note for my next visit to use because I've already paid and they can't refund. My visit today didn't show any notes. Just frustration when you're told or not told one thing and another is done. I've been a loyal customer for many years, now I'm considering going elsewhere.

As always, Balance Day did not disappoint. Vanessa was fabulous and took the time to listen to my concerns, and then addressed those areas. The deep tissue massage was phenomenal and gave my shoulders and lower back so much relief. The peppermint scalp massage was a great treat to top it all off. I love the facilities, they are always clean and well cared for. I will always go back! 💗
