The service is a bit slow compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants and I would highly recommend checking your order before leaving. Having missing or the incorrect food has happened a few times at this location. The drive thru lanes are very convenient but they do not offer curbside service. The staff is nice and is quick to correct any mistakes with the other.

Lots and lots of new faces in training on opening week, but still the fastest, most efficient place around. Always satisfied with their food and service with a smile

Awesome experience here. Looks brand new. Tried the new cauliflower sandwich and it was meh. Very bland and very squishy. Definitely won’t fill you up like a regular chicken sandwich. But service here was awesome and friendly. They did get a little stingy on the sauces tho.

I usually get the chicken nuggets when I'm here. This time I got the chicken strips. They were a little dryer than the nuggets. That said, the food was still good. I enjoyed my obligatory strawberry shake. Since I was traveling I liked the fact that I could eat outside.

We had such a great experience at this location! It was very clean and all of the employees were so hospitable and kind. We stumbled upon this restaurant as we were driving home and now it's on our list to visit every year! Also.. we tried the frozen lemonade for the first time and it was delicious!

They have the best food and the service is top-notch. I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. Our food came as ordered, and it is always hit and fresh. They have the fastest and most reliable drive thru service in the fast food market. It is so cool that they are closed on Sunday.

The chicken and service was as good as Chick-fil-A is famous for. My experience on this one particular occasion, though good, was not as spectacular as usual. The dining area was a little unkept. And, the bread on my sandwich was a little dry. Again, this was still a good, perhaps even great, experience. A 100% sanitation grade? Outstanding!

Seems to be understaffed since the Main St location opened. Drive thru backed up and moving slow. Unhappy people inside waiting on to go orders. Food is great as always. If you need efficiency, go next door to Bojangles. Manager was doing all he could and was very nice.

Always a delight. Most of the time very fast service. Always make us feel welcome. Food is always nice and hot. I have a large family and they always get our order right, even if it's the drive thru we are using.

I have never had such an experience at a Chick fil a. There were 4 employees at the drive through line and 3 cars. I pulled up behind one. They had a long order, but the one in the other line finished quickly. While the car in front of me took 5 solid minutes to order, the other 3: employees simply stood there. No one came to take my order until the car in front of me left. After my order was finally placed, we all sat in the pick up line for another 14 minutes before it moved at all. I'm speechless but you can be sure I won't stop at this store again.

I've been to a lot of different chic fil A's in my life time, and this is the best one I've ever been to. The staff members are so cool and very good at their craft. The manager dude who works at this location; he is so good at what he does, and I can tell he has a passion for it. Also, the food is really good too.

The only bad thing I have to say about this location, they sometimes get busy and will forget your sauces. Just check. Otherwise I have been going literally since the morning it opened for business and they've been great!
