Almost lost for it's greatness of the place. One of the best residence that you must have in Bali.

Quiet but more like abandoned. Friendly staff but they supposed to improve the cleanliness. Stain remain on pillow & chair. Rusty hanger and telephone to call the reception doesn't work. Jasmine Tower. Good view if your room faces to ocean.

Relatively new and very clean facilities. The service was below average; breakfast service was late and portions were farely small... Although the food tasted pretty good. The restaurants on-site are very expensive considering we are in Bali. The food is average quality. The cart services are good for getting around the site.

The good: beautiful modern accommodation, 24 hour butler and shuttle service, friendly staff, clean, good service and amenities The bad: small portion breakfast, sometimes not timely staff, and room wasn't cleaned in a timely fashion (5 pm)

Value for money and all the fun of Ayana

It was luxurious and the scenery was so nice. The house is luxurious to say the least and the landscaping and views are amazing. The staff was friendly and the buggy came right away when I called. I went to the airport comfortably thanks to the airport pick-and-drop service. At night, there are fireworks at AYANA Rock Bar and you can watch them from the balcony👍

Watch out carefully for the sign cuz you don't want to get lost. To the hotel or villa. Great place to stay

First of all, although it is located on AYANA grounds, it is not an AYANA resort facility. At check-in, the staff said we could use the Rimba facilities, but since we left for the tour early in the morning and returned at night, there was no need to take the buggy there. Actually, the swimming pool in the residence is also great ^^ It's difficult to go out at night, but I ordered a late-night snack through Grab delivery. If you have a large family or a family of 4 or more, I don't think there is a better place to stay than here.
