On our first day in Bali, my wife visited the store to purchase a hair straightener.  After specifically questioning the suitability of the plug, we took it back to our villa only to find that it didn’t fit the Bali power points. (While I understand that a power plug adapter would work, as regular travellers we carry adapters that have built in fuses.  We’ve found that hair straighteners regularly blow the fuses so didn’t want to go down this path). Upon returning to the store, we were initially told that they don’t accept returns (even though we hadn’t used the item).  After a frantic bit of google translating, and a number of phone calls, we were fortunately able to exchange it for items of equal value. While attempting to take some photos of the store to attach to this review, we were told that the store has a policy of no photographs!

Lots of very cute and unique items, and lovely staff. They have a make-your-own jewellery station that kids will love and lots of cute novelty jewellery and stationary for teens/adults.
