Stayed for 2 nights. Spacious room, sparkling clean, standard buffet breakfast, friendly staff and the owner Made is the most humble & co-operative. He arranged our rent bike & fast boat tickets in a reasonable price.

Found this place on Airbnb, it was a good place with many good things, and if there was a problem they would correct it immediately, many tourists went here and they were very loud and I could hear traffic from the road. The place was near a laundry mat with very good prices.

We had pleasant stay at The Ratna Kuta, just what we needed after landing. Close enough from the central places but far enough to be calm. Host was also really keen to tell us about Balinese culture and rituals and point us to some great landmark to visit in Bali and in Indonesia.

The pictures are misleading. Our room was not ready when we arrived. Which is fine but instead of waiting they made the bed with the what I can only assume were the same sheets (I'm assuming this since there was hair and stains still on them), bottle waters have consumed under the bed, dirty toilet seat that I washed myself, and a ball of hair sitting promptly on the bathroom floor mat. Cancelled our reservation and changed locations. The one thing I will say is the staff (one gentleman behind the counter) was incredibly nice and understanding.

Good hotel for the price, far from the noise and nightlife of Kuta but close enough to walk to the center. Breakfast is okay, the rooms are large and spacious as well as the bathroom, air conditioning works well an the wifi is reliable. We had an issue with dirty bedsheets but they were rapidly changed once we notified the reception. As far as we could tell, our room was cleaned everyday. Friendly staff, eager to help and conversate. I would recommend if you are on a budget but if you can pay the extra for slightly better quality then you should.

We stayed here for a few hours after our flight landed in Bali. The staff was nice and very accommodating. We weren't there for long and unfortunately missed the breakfast because our first tour left earlier than 8am, but we did enjoy our room and the hospitality of the staff.

Cheap hotel stay. Very helpful front staff. Covered parking. Everything is really old and dirty besides the room. In the room was not bad. Good AC. OK bathroom. No issues.

This was a cheap and great place. Next time when I will stay in Kuta, I will definitly come back to this place. The owner gave me a very warm welcome. We talked a lot about Holland and about his travel experience. The room was really big for the price. There was a pool and a gym. It was basic, but you cant expect a perfect spot for the price you pay for this place. I recommend this to everyone.

This place is not as advertised, it’s on a dingy run down alley and is in terrible condition. You will definitely not get what you pay for, it was disgustingly dirty and the rooms look very different to what is advertised…
