Lovely ambience. Very clean. The lady at the pizza counter was the best, very polite and with the warmest smile I've seen in her line of work.

Ample sitting space, the food is good enough for what you pay. Not a regular at the joint, just popped in because the traffic was crazy and was waiting for it to subside. Not bad though.

I hope the "value burger" has been aptly renamed "mini-burger" as it is only one bite (raw deal at 300/- with the 15 pieces of chips, all in one box). I wrote to the company and was informed they would address the matter to "the branch" where I bought. Is this not a corporate problem, or would the branch need to create its own menu? It suggests that reviews are not taken seriously, with the delegation of responses to junior level "customer service" staff. The company needs some seriousness in this end. No one got back to me on the corporate decision on a matter that may be turning off a lot of people and who may not bother to pinpoint the anomalies.

First, the 10 minutes wait turned out to 22 minutes..... I understand maybe there were reasons for delay... But a mere sorry and thank you would have been better.... But the chicken was tasty....

Best service amongst all Chicken inn outlets that I've visited so far. More specifically by Janet, Grace and the lady at the pizza counter. Awesome, professional and friendly customer service. Redeemed the brand from the bad services I can recall from the the Kahawa Sukari branch which is closer to home and that I doubt if I'll ever visit physically (may be home delivery as even the drive through is of poor service).
