When I looked at the absentee list, some of them were left blank, when I asked the nurses there, they said that there was no such practice, if it was true, it was like that. Honestly, it's really sad to see the service, I've experienced it twice and it's the same as the poly... We are the people who use BPJS which is provided by the government, at least it gives us good service but it is not as beautiful as we imagined. When I got there, I was already sick, I was treated with Betadine, then I was given medicine until finally it was swollen and I was checked again, I was given medicine again and in the end it was really swollen and I couldn't open my mouth, so I couldn't handle it. I asked for a new referral, until I was referred to the hospital. I was asked why it was so bad I just came here 🥵

The service was very good. I came for the Covid vaccination and explained it in very detail from start to finish of the vaccine. The staff were friendly, if I'm not mistaken, the name tag was Diah Dewi until they were taken to the general clinic to check their blood pressure. Will come again for the vaccine if it's like this mahhh🤩

To Dr. Anik Rosida who wears the hijab, please be friendly... not to the patients, even to the nurses.
