I got a mushroom skin infection from these mats. 2. There are only 3 functioning thread mills, 4 at most. The fifth has been not functioning for months. There is always queue to use them. Also there are not enough benches and there is always somebody using the only 2 power racks. So you always have to wait even in not rush hours. In general if you join here be aware of super crowded space, during rush hours is basically impossible to train, people are NOT EDUCATED: they NEVER UNLOAD THE MACHINES and nobody from the staff says anything. For women: no light weights, no space to put your mat (only the studio, if there are no classes), towels are NEVER available. The staff speaks basic English and it’s hard to communicate. 3 starts because as I said, it’s cheap.

This gym is great, but would be nice to have more room for weights. There's a huge space upstairs, why not move some few of the weights there?

The place feels rather old and worn out. Especially the ladies locker room/bathroom feels like a cheap hostel bathroom. The air conditioning could be colder. However It's only my second time going there as a member and the equipments seem to be working well and the range of varieties are great.

I’ve become a member since January 2022. What I love about this place is the community (especially in the Morning, they call it “Anak Pagi” which I am). Equipment is good, hot shower is good, people are nice. I’m always energized working out here.

It's a good gym, however there are lots that needs to be improved. It's not very clean. They need to be more attentive to the cleanliness of the gym or at least provide a spray and towel for people to wipe down the equipments after they use them. I got a fungus infection all over both my hands and fingers from the treadmill.
