Where do i start? Im reviewing in English instead of bahasa Indonesia.. This place is not proffesional at all. I walked in and 5 people dont say a thing. The place was a mess. A young lady seemed like she was bothered with a question of price..to be honest i dont need assistant if there pricetag on the products..everytime i ask for a price thia girl seemed so bothered, like i was taking her time. I told her that i want to buy 6 different model and 20x pieces each...she told me i cant take any kind of fotos what so ever! Again if this place have a website of products i dont need a pic...there were products of only t pieces and if i want to order more i cannot have any foto reference? Thats insane...anyway...this girl know all the price of the hundreds of the product there? I tested her for some products i know..she dont have a clue about it..she keep leaving me so avoid more question. Anyway i know the onwer don't care about this situation because of cheap labor.

Poor book keeping! They lost the original receipt of my order and the bags were nowhere to be found! I waited for over 1 month (promised it was only 2 weeks) for nothing! They didn't make the effort to contact me. I came down twice there only to see their flat faces! They didn't even offer to return my down payment!

The collection is nice, the prices are good, but they were not friendly... They didn't help us and told us at 4.30 PM they would close at 5... It didn't feel like we were welcome...
