Great to have a five guys in Croydon. No one else can make such a good burger, with fresh ingredients so quickly. All new staff coping well with the influx of new customers. The hot dogs are the usual five guys high standard.

Bacon Cheeseburger £9.50 Regular Fries £4.50 Chocolate Milkshake £5.25 Total £19.20 Ordered in store for a takeaway, restaurant looked clean and tidy. Food cooked freshly, openly in front of you. Portion sizes were large, regular fries would feed two in my case. Really delicious burger, choose your own toppings free. Staff were polite and service was pretty quick. So the question is £19.20 for burger, fries and milkshake 🤷🏻‍♂️ I will certainly be back for more.

We had lunch here today. We ordered hamburgers and chips. We had to wait for a long time though it was not very busy. People who came after us were served and the numbers kept going up. So we asked the staff what is happening to our number/order. He said that they forgot. New nice and clean interior.

Over priced and over hyped burger. Made the mistake of going there few days ago. The lady taking the order was good, burger was not. Cold bun and terrible taste of the burger. The didn't have any trays and milkshake was mediocre. Fries were good. Won't be going there ever again.

All five guys have the same American, red-white atmosphere with the endless peanuts and the raving Ed Sheeran reviews on the wall but what sets this one apart from the rest was the service, it was a great staff and supper friendly. Quality fast food and would definitely recommend, don’t forget to get toppings on the burger! The vanilla milkshake with strawberry and cherry mix-ins is a personal favorite too.

I love five guys, the food is always excellent, but the location of this neighborhood is a little dangerous! We had problems with people coming just to make a mess. Even though the security guard had people with him, they managed to disturb some of the food on the table and cause discomfort to customers.

Friendly staff, fast attentive service. Great burger, and fries are delicious. Its not cheap but a real treat on a day out. One of our favourite places to eat.

The food is warm and tasty. Drinks are also very nice especially the milkshakes. Totally recommend the Oreo milkshake and the vanilla milkshake. The staff is helpful. -one star because the place is a bit dirty especially the floor. Rubbish on the floor and beneath some tables.

Burgers are great, spicy fries as well, everything is yummy. The only downside is the price, I feel like you have to pay quite a lot for the products, especially if you would like to but the whole, proper meal. Still worth trying!

First time here.Honestly....way too much meat in such a small 🍔 stack. Their 🍟 are to die for (amazingly crunchy, real potatoes) & whilst you wait you can munch on 🥜...but not for me. Maybe I'll try the 🌭 next time....

What a joke for the price of the burgers that they charging there. You would hope that you would get good customer service as well. I ordered a burger for over £20 and I sat down in the shop for over 20 minutes waiting for the burger only for them to realise that they didn’t call my number And had me sitting down for the whole time of my parking ticket while the staff stand around joking and talking in the kitchen. What a joke people need to stop spending their top money in places like this so don’t appreciate peoples money when they come in.

My burger was a bit on the dry side but was nice. Can't complain. Chips is what I liked the most. Milkshake is a bit on sweet side, but hey who doesn't like a sweet milkshake(unless you're diabetic, no offence). I had a hamburger and my partner had BLT...

dont order online as you will be scammed! ordered bacon cheese burger all I got is the bread bacon and the tomato! no evidence of cheese or burger pattie!!! What is going on!

I do not usually choose convenience restaurants. But sometimes when I'm out, I get caught up in my errands and "forget" to eat. When reminded to eat, I no longer care for tablet etiquette, and will often be found salivating quite generously in the presence of the first mouthful... And at such times, I do remember the usual suspects. My companion introduced me to Five Guys this weekend, I hadn't heard of this brand before that. She recommended their food for its tastiness and having now dined with them, I cannot contradict her. I'm not a lover of chips, but their chips are special and well worth the experience! Unfortunately, she managed to forget her purse in the restaurant when we left. But after some mental backtracking and a few calls, Five Guys confirmed they had the purse and would securely keep it for our return. The honesty and integrity of the staff and customers saved our day! Perhaps our entire weekend. Once again, thank you Five Guys!

My partner was waiting to place our order and I was taking peanuts..the guy at the till (22nd nov '23 at 1900 hrs)says the peanuts are for customers and not for public.. a regular customer at this Croydon branch for the past 1.5 years.. felt insulted to be told that..check with the person before judging if he's a paying customer or "general public". Sick attitude, that i have never experienced at five guys anywhere! Train this chap. I will think twice about walking into my favourite five guys restaurant because of this incident!

I’ve had this five guys a few times it’s never failed to disappoint. I like that you can personalise your burger to your own taste. Mum said it’s the tastiest burger she’s ever had.. Cajun fries bang differently. Double bacon burger is a 12/10. Toilets are clean too

First visit - very impressed, nice and clean, food prepared when required (rather than precooked) and an easy to follow menu. Had a cheeseburger with additional filling and fries. Maybe a little expensive but it was all very good, enjoyed the fries but too much salt for my taste. I would recommend.

Food is always well cooked and tasty. I was getting a take out, staff were friendly. Didn't take too long despite being freshly cooked.

Always after drink kebabs alternate!!! Hahha Great burger and plenty of addition and drink choices. Walking distance from George street tram stop and east Croydon and west Croydon train station.

Plenty of space for my toddler and I to sit down and have our lunch. Food was warm and yummy... Minimal queues. Only complaint baby changing should be advertised... Once I spoke to a member of staff I was made aware that they have this in the disabled toilet, she was lovely!

Five Guys is an American Burger chains with stores all over the world. For those who have not visited, you can grab some free peanuts when you go in. My favourites are the grilled cheese and the milkshakes.

First time purchase. The milkshake is great 🔥. The chips was in plenty supply. It is an expensive burger restaurant but the milkshake was class.

Food size was great, the meats (bacon and beef tasted very burnt and overly done, fries were good, wont be coming back for any main burger.

This five guys needs a lot of improvement.. ordered via deliveroo.. milkshake was the only edible thing. Undercooked raw, soggy chips, soggy grilled cheese. This ain't the one. It went straight in the bin. Gross.

I like Five guys, their burgers are nice and I love the different seasoning options for their chips. The people in the Croydon branch seem really nice and helpful, and didn't judge me when I ordered MOST of the toppings available for my burger. I only give 4 stars because I feel that it is definitely overpriced.

Very nice staff and very caution with my DJ request about being allergic and laced in separate bags and separate grill. Was good lunch break for me, place was tidy, play good tunes and food was served in decent amount of time, friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend 👌
