    Sorry, actually the service is good, the place is also clean and comfortable but the queuing and patient calling system here is still manual, especially since the queue at the general polyclinic is still quite long

    There have been lots of complaints about the queuing system but how come it hasn't changed.... At least the queue number at the front desk is applied so that patients can guess what number it is... At the front desk you get the queue number but the right person is called by the person's name...
