As a new patient , the experience was great, the place is extremely clean with a nice ambience! The doctor was excellent as well as the assistant. My only concern next time you do an acupuncture treatment at the end make sure you remove all needles, three needles were not removed on my body. Lastly, I had a minor incident, I was supposed to get charged for $69 and accidentally the front desk staff charged $882.00. My bank immediately called and notified about an unauthorized transaction, it was a hassle to go to the bank to close the account because of the merchant issue. It’s all resolved now! The girls' service is very good, but unfortunately they offer packages that are not true, they only do it to get you hooked and thus they will not really be able to attract clients because one goes for the promotion and if it really turns out one takes the plan that one sees necessary, but after they give you a certain part of what was offered, they come out with a story that is unacceptable, at least for Me, because they are not complying with what was offered and that even the page where they publish it says so. Please be more consistent and don't waste someone's time. I do not recommend them

My very first experience and it was amazing. I had the fortune of being treated by Dr. Guanhong Ma, who for what I experienced and could hear from the rest of his patients, and read from his background, he is a wonderful physician, with vast treatment and patient experiences, he has a great deal of ancient Chinese herbal and acupuncture knowledge, very precise when doing the treatment, and critical on his responsibility when taking care of his patients. It really was an incredible experience, he does make a different. I wish all physicians had his attitude towards clients. The clinic has Very nice environment settings, I like the tea concept when you go in. The staff members are very polite, they have treated me with warm attentions and respect, sure is a place I will go again to be treated by my doctor, Dr. Ma. I definitely recommend this place, it might just be what you need, like it happen to me. I am a 37 years old mother of 2 teens, who was in need of some serious treatment for back pain, face lift, and menstrual cycle regulation, and pelvic floor lifting. I can't explain how satisfy I am, thanks to him I can do activities I couldn't do well before, I am in clock time, less menstrual cramps, and flow, it is just amazing. He changed my life for better 🙏. I really don't have words to express my gratitude , thank you to the clinic, and a warm thanks to my doctor, Dr. Ma 👋.

They are abusers, I have been calling for 2 weeks to cancel the acupuncture program I had with you and they put me on hold and they hung up on me but when I wanted me to go there they called me insistently and now that I want to cancel for travel reasons they don't answer me They tell me that they will call me later and they don't do it, they are abusive and disrespectful and in the process they will charge me the fee.

This was the worst and most painful acupuncture experience I have ever had. I booked this and I thought their first time visit was a great deal. $75 for an initial session but, you get what you pay for. I've had acupuncture before and always felt amazing. I was running a bit late (10 min), so when I got there and they couldn't take me right away I understand. 45 min later I check in with the receptionist and the doctor still isn't ready for me. It's just him by himself working at least 4 other patients not including me. I finally get some of the needles put in and something isn't right. It HURTS, I am laying face down, and cannot move because I have the cupping attached to me. The needles hurt, I cannot move my hands. I'm late to my next appt and I had bruises on my hands from the needles. It didn't help my pain at all. I call the next day and tell them about my side effects. The receptionist takes down my info and says the doctor will call me back shortly. 2 days later goes by and the receptionist calls me again saying the doctor will call me. It's been 2 months and never heard a thing. Never going back.

I get a massage once a week or every two weeks and I always request Miriam. She is the absolute best! I recently tried acupuncture as well and I can’t imagine life without it. I suffer from pains due to a bulging disc in my lower back and I’ve found a combination of massages and acupuncture to be the remedy that takes the pain away. I highly recommend this clinic!

I had my first treatment with Dr. Dan, very kind and professional man! All the staff is nice, they'll be seeing me again and again! My only surprise was that I booked my appointment for the $69 special and ended up being charged $200...anyway, I'm looking for a solution so I'll stick with them.

First of all I knew about Acupunture since my country… but here in Miami I couldn’t find any GOOD place to go and continue with this great experience… five months ago I found this AMAZING place where we really enjoy and get the right treatment according to our needs, if I have talk asay that all of them are great great !!! Since they open the door you get smile and good vibrations … oh … and I can’t forgot about the amazing tea that they offer as soon we arrive…. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO…. By the way during my treatment to lost weight I dropped 20 pounds …👌🙏🏾❤️

It was a bad experience, they had a newly hired employee touch my vein and it hurt a lot. Otherwise we remind you that my blood pressure will be taken before the procedure. I would have skipped it. I would not recommend it.

Today it was my first visit, I took advantage of a promotion, and I am super excited! Everyone there is very polite, from the receptionist to the people that work in the financial dept. Dr Jessica is a SWEETHEART! She takes the time to listen, and explain everything in detail. Diana and Alejandro at the financial dpt GREAT! They were able to figure out a plan that fits my budget. I can’t wait for my next session and to see results!!

I originally went in for the IV therapy but stayed to try acupunture for the first time and it was amazing . Dr Jessica was probably one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and I really felt like she wanted to make sure I enjoyed the session and felt great afterwards . The acupuncture was so relaxing and better than most massages I’ve gotten elsewhere. I will definitely be coming back soon. All the employees and staff were very nice and professional . I can’t recommend this center enough I live 45 minutes away but it is 100% worth the drive .

This place is a scam .. they did nothing to my face but bruises and dark spots in my face .. when I asked to refund my money because It did not work well on me they told me they would not because only 15 sessions were the $ 1.400 and not the 25 they told me at the beginning .. that the rest 10 were for free.!! So they stole me 330 dollars .. they are tricking people on treatments that do not work at all..!! Big scammers the Russians who owned the place. Don’t go in there ! They will steal your money ..!!

Acupunture was very good, they say is 65.00 per visit special! But y leave there w/financing of 1790.00dollars 15 acupunture treatments+5free!!! At that price they can afford to give y more!!! They make y give yr first payment on yr Devit Card??? I called & cancel day after I was there, It's being 20 days still no refund!! My first visit was 10/05/2022. Diet they gave me was horrible. They told me not to drink water cause it fill y up!! First diet that tells y not to drink water only when thirsty!!! 10/26/2022 keeped me on the phone on hold 4 more than 45min. When they answer they said my refund was not ready, instead of refunding my Devit card!! They are going to send me a check.
