Had a great time at Hampton Inn. We had a King with Pool view on the second floor. It was nice sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool and partial ocean view. The room was very clean and large. The bathroom was large and clean. Room service changed towels daily and cleaned room after 3rd night. It was a 10th anniversary celebration and the staff left chilled champagne in our room as requested. The pool was wonderful, had areas shaded with palm and coconut trees. The included 2 free drinks per day was nice. We ordered food a few times and enjoyed the burgers, chicken tenders and wings. The cheeky bar is a nice touch on the property and the bartenders seemed nice. Took the free shuttle downtown on first night, but decided to drive rest of the week because we almost had to wait an additional 45 minutes on the way back because the shuttle was full...but thanks to the driver he let my wife sit on my lap.The manager was super friendly and genuinely concerned with making our stay perfect. The entire staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful view to wake up too! Not only was the complementary breakfast good but it was from the hours 7:30-10:30 AM so we were able to sleep in and still get our breakfast for free! The room was very spacious king size bed with a full size pull out couch also a microwave and fridge in the room. A full size terrace that faced the water. The bathroom was big with a heated area by the shower. The room included a safe with an iron and iron board. I think they could improve with more parking spots. Very private with a nice size pool. Great place to stay, I definitely recommend it and would love to stay again!

Best resort at the best price on Key West for what you get, I'd bet money on it. Rooms were clean, smelled nice and were well appointed. Bathrooms especially the shower were well laid-out and everything worked like it should. Wonderful walk out balcony, we lucked out with a beautiful ocean view. Staff were friendly and helpful, the shuttle driver was even nice enough to make a quick stop to drop us at the airport on the ride to downtown. Housekeeping was on point, had all the towels and supplies we needed. Breakfast buffet, (2) alcoholic beverages, a salt water pool and a shuttle into town we're all included in the resort fee. All in all, a great stay. Thanks Hampton Inn Key West staff!

Had a great time here. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was great, the pool and bar area was just perfect. I can't think of anything that would have improved my stay. There were a few pesky ibises around esp during breakfast, but it's manageable. Shuttle bus was fairly on time, and a great service for drop off and pickup to town and back. Management and staff were very accommodating and personable. I would def go back. Great job Hampton team!

This may be the first perfect hotel stay we’ve ever had! Super friendly staff greeted us with big smiles ALWAYS. Breakfast seemed to open early, and it was good food/coffee. The room was super clean, spacious, well appointed. The pool area was wonderful, with plenty of palm trees and shade. The tiki bar was pouring great drinks. The hotel was wonderful, and we will surely go back next time we go to Key West.

Probably the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I like that the doors go to the outside, unlike most hotels with hallways where you're hearing people coming and going at all hours. The rooms were nice and modern, beds were comfortable, and the balcony was a nice bonus. The pool area is awesome! Really made the trip, giving us that tropical vibe we were seeking. I didn't mind the airport being right behind the hotel. Watching the planes take off was cool, and there was no flight traffic during sleeping hours. It was nice having the shuttle, so we didn't have to rent a car.

Had the pleasure of staying here for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! We had a pool room view on the bottom floor. No issues with noise at all. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated with a huge bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and ran 7:30-10:30. The pool bar was awesome and usually very busy but easy to get a good drink. There were games in the pool area for kids and families to enjoy. We used both the gym and laundry facilities while there. One of the best parts was the shuttle downtown -which ran every 45 minutes. The gentleman driving were awesome and friendly! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

The hotel was great we stayed for six days. The rooms are clean and spacious, they have a shuttle that runs every 45 minutes from hotel to old town key west. Complementary breakfast every morning They have a beautiful spacious pool and tiki bar. Only down fall is for the six days we stayed after meeting people at the pool it’s seems that there are a lot of locals that can just walk right in. Some with kids some without many of them just leaving their trash all around the pool area. Could be better if guess we’re required room keys for Pool entry!

Great out of the way location in the keys. Hotel has a shuttle to downtown Key West. Great pool scape and tiki bar. Staff is friendly. They only provide two bath towels which we had to ask for replacements every day.

Check in was a little rocky, some flight got canceled and people were checking in for the night, only one person was at the front at the time, (saw 2 people at the front desk during the rest of my stay), after about 30 minutes, finally checked in and went to the room (it was about a 2 minutes walk to the room, place has lots of rooms and a building 2 minutes walk away from the front). Room was on the second floor( per my request) and elevator was not working, unfortunately, I had an elderly person who would not be able to make it up and down the stairs, tried calling the front many times (from cellphone, not room phone), no answer. Had to walk back to the front, wait another 10 minutes then got the room changed (elevator was down for a while apparently and front desk forgot to mention it), but he was polite and helpful. Stay was wonderful, the rooms were clean and spacious, everything was nearby, about 15 minutes away, the hotel offered breakfast, 2 daily drinks at the bar by the pool, and free water bottle. Staff was helpful and nice.

Great place to stay! Updated, very clean. The service was excellent! Our room was with 2 queen beds, overlooking the pool. The grounds were beautiful! The service at the Cheeky hut was friendly and very good! We had burger, fish sandwich and the nachos. We were pleasantly surprised! The free shuttle service was always on time and our drivers were super nice! The breakfast was also very good and a variety of breakfast foods! Thank - you for making our mini vaca so memorable!

This hotel was clean with spacious rooms. The rooms with a second floor pool view also had a great view of the ocean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. This is close to the airport but you could barely hear the planes inside the room because of the soundproofing. The location was great with frequent shuttle service downtown. The ride downtown is about 10 minutes. Breakfast was good each morning with a nice variety. The gardens, pool and grounds were well kept. The location was also walkable to Smathers Beach. The only negative is that the pool was not heated as advertised and the gates in the pool area were not self closing which posed a safety risk. There are frequently left open.

Overall great stay. Concierge helped us book activities and everyone was really friendly. Areas of improvement would be breakfast and pool towels. One morning we weren't able to eat much other than waffles and unsweetened oatmeal because there was pork in the eggs. The next couple of days there were scrambled eggs without pork. There weren't any towels for us when we went to the pool the first time but they were available the rest of the stay. These are easy improvements, so I'm sure if I return they can get to 5 stars.

It's not a bad Hampton inn as I'm a Hilton diamond member. Couple of minor suggestions... At the pool bar add some lemon or lime to the free cold water in the jug to give it a little bit of flavor. Just pipe in the music around the pool as you do when he's not playing instead of hiring the one-man band... I don't want to be overly critical of him so I'll leave it there.

Rooms were nice. Fresh towels provided each day of our six day stay. Shuttle service drivers were very friendly. Some front desk staff were extremely friendly some were a bit rude. The pool was beautiful with great views. The only downfall was the amount of locals who came in to the pool. They left their kids basically unsupervised and both parents and kids left their trash poolside.

The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms and the hotel itself is better than the average Hampton Inn (the price is higher too). The service, in the other hand, was very disappointing. We asked to get our room made up and they refused saying they only do that after 4 days of stay. A hotel that charges $300-$400 a night cannot act as low cost hotel and deny basic services like cleaning.

Great location and very comfortable hotel. Huge room and bathroom with all usual extras Inc safe provided. Free shuttle bus into Key West very good and reliable. Good breakfast and lovely pool too. Expensive but worth the money.

Had a great experience at this property! Rooms were spacious, clean, modern decor. Pool is big and salt water! Complimentary breakfast was great too and they have coffee all day. I wish they had a jacuzzi but other than that everything was on point! They have a shuttle to downtown every hour which was very convenient :)

We love our stay at this hotel. The room is lovely with a swimming pool and ocean view patio. It’s such a generous hotel that offers 2 complimentary drinks at the bar, hot breakfast bar in the morning, and unlimited coffee and hot tea throughout the day. You can easily chill in and swim by the pool. The towels are provided too. If you would rather to go out and explore, they have bikes to offer and tour bus to book (the hotel offers water bottle for every guest so you can be hydrated. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. We have a snorkeling tour in the morning that will pass our checkout time so we ask the front desk if we can borrow the towels and return after the snorkeling trip. They said no problem without hesitation. We really appreciate the hospitality and the great experience with Hampton Inn Key West. Will definitely stay again and again!

Very comfortable bed. We had the pool/ocean view, which was a great view. Clean room. Great AC, courteous staff, good parking, and great pool/bar area. This is a great place to stay. Awesome free shuttle to downtown and back. The reasons for the 3 stars are that the room smelled like sewage and the staff didn’t do anything about it, shuttle ends at 10:30, and the breakfast wasn’t the best. We also got ate up by no-see-ums there outside at the bar.

Easy check in and out. When I arrived I was able to choose which level I wanted for my room (there are only two). My room was clean and had everything in it I needed . They allowed me to do the later check out which was extremely beneficial. The bed slept perfect The reason for four stars is because my sink drain would not stay open causing the water to fill the sink every time I used it, that was aggravating to deal with. The complimentary breakfast was decent. I had the ocean view room. Be advised that the ocean view is separated by a two lane road. I was expecting to be right at the ocean but that wasn’t the case. Overall the room was plain nice. I would stay there again but the price would have to be much lower than the total $429 that I paid for one night.

Our stay was enjoyable from the check in process to check out. The staff was simply amazing very attentive to any questions.. The room was clean and spacious, loved that it was laminated floors through out, nice huge updated bathroom with lots of closet space and enjoyed the private balcony. The complimentary breakfast was great and the shuttle service as well. We have already told our friends and family how wonderful was our stay and we are planning our next visit real soon. Have not one thing to complain about this place! Yes it's next to the small island airport but honestly it's not a problem. It's thrilling to watch them! And inside the room I barely heard 1, this one time. We stayed in 241, large patio with pool and ocean view. Great decor. Comfy mattress, linens and pillows. Kicking AC! The huge pool is saltwater treated rather than chlorine. I liked it! Bar is great! Guests get 2 free drinks per room! Will absolutely return to this hotel and I am telling everyone else, this is the place to stay!
