πŸ‘πŸ‘ Hands down the best ghost tour in Key West. David our host was knowledgeable and went above and beyond on our visit and we explored every nook and cranny of Martello. Robert the Doll was the cherry on top of a well curated spooky show. Holy water provided at the end of the tour. Thanks again David! I brought my nieces , nephews, cousins and adults to the tour. Kids were 11-16 years old. WOW I have never seen everyone so engaged for that length of time, jaws dropping, learning history and being able.to participate in the ghost hunt in this very historic and haunted fort. This is for all and worth every $, really was more than we expected and David was amazing. We talked all about it still the next day. What a blast! This needs to be on everyone's list!

This place was amazing. Highly recommend to take the doll seriously, though. I felt such a presence being in this building and had a great time learning about the history and the stories that surround this building and the things inside. An absolute MUST do when visiting the keys! πŸ‘» The tour guide is both dedicated and knowledge. I can't wait to do this again!

We decided to check out the ghost tour and was really enjoyed it. My girlfriend is a Robert the doll fanatic and we enjoyed the fact how engaging it was, how we got to participate in it and how eveyone got to have fun with it. The way the tour flowed from one area to another with different rooms, sections of the fort and artifacts where very thought out.

We had a great time tonight and even stayed for the VIP experience. A special thank you to Mr. Sloan for your enthusiasm and knowledge, You truly make the tour one of a kind. Also, thank you to your staff, everyone was great! I won't forget my shout out to you either Robert, thanks for allowing us to meet with you and hang out for the evening. I highly recommend doing this on your next Key West vacation and definitely do the VIP addition if you can, it's worth the extra $$! Thanks again guys!

The Robert the Doll experience was one of a kind! Dan and Matt were excellent hosts, and the VIP addition was well worth it to have after hours access to the fort. Heard some good stories, gained some excellent knowledge about the LEGENDARY Robert the Doll, and had an awesome time!

So much fun and very intriguing. We did the VIP tour and it was well worth it. We were allowed to roam around the fort after the regular tour. David was informative and engaging.

This tour was flat out perfect! From the humor and scares to Robert and his friends it was amazing! David was an excellent tour guide and an awesome author. He kept it interesting and fun while also being scary. The room with Robert is just amazing! Being less that 10 feet from the worlds most haunted doll while reading the messages from past readers is so scary. If I could I would do this again and again! Also Robert was so cool to see in real life I loved him/her! I want everyone reading this to go take the tour and see how scary and entertaining it is for yourself. David if your reading this, You were amazing keep doing what your doing!

David is an excellent tour guide and is very knowledgeable about local history. The tour is very well put together and was a lot of fun. We enjoyed creeping around the fort after in the dark searching for ghosts. We forgot some personal items there, and David called us to inform us, and personally delivered the items to us at our motel. Exceptional service! We highly recommend.

Just visited on 6/9 with my boyfriend, and it was definitely one of the best things we did on our trip to Key West! David is very passionate about the paranormal, and it shows! He is one of the best story tellers I've seen and is knowledgeable about the history and paranormal. My boyfriend and I both admit we were scared, but we also were super intrigued and entertained. Meeting Robert the Doll and learning David's experiences and opinions on the doll was a highlight for sure. I want to thank another staff member, Dan. He was very friendly to us during our visit and chatted with us after the tour. Dan and David were very accommodating with us after we had a "incident" involving a piece of equipment. Sometimes ghost tours / hunts can be cheesy or "fake," but this is the REAL DEAL. During the tour, we encountered things we could not explain (voices, intelligent responses using the pendulum, orbs, the feeling of someone watching you). We opted to do the VIP pass (worth the extra money and time). Having the opportunity to use the equipment on our own was amazing, and again we encountered things we just cannot explain. Ghost tours are what you make it. We love the paranormal and have a genuine interest in it, so we had a blast! It was everything we hoped and more. We would love to go again when we make our way back to the Keys. Thanks David and Dan (and of course, Robert!)

My Gal Pals & I visited on June 30th, 2023, and this was an absolute amazing experience! We did the upgraded VIP tour and are so glad we did. Our tour guide was really knowledgeable in the history of the property and definitely gave us a chill, especially when we were set off on our own to explore. The highlight was meeting Robert the Doll, we were very polite to Robert and made sure that we introduced ourselves, thanked him and said goodbye to him. My friend Jen and I took a photo on the porch of the doll house and as we walked away, she swore someone was behind her shuffling their feet. If you want to learn some history and have a little bit of a good fright, I highly recommend booking this tour, just be sure to be respectful, especially with Robert the Doll.

I’ve been on multiple ghost tours on key west and this one was by-far my favorite. There were no theatrics: a classic approach to the paranormal. The staff was kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I signed up for the VIP tour, which included one extra hour of investigation, but I would have paid for 3+ hours or even a private overnight. The price was fair! Well done!

This was a really cool and unique ghost tour, unlike any other I've been on. My friend and I couldn't help but stare at each when we heard him (the tour guide whose name I forgot) say that "The Count's" wife died on October 25th, my birthday. We thought that was super cool. Our guide was very nice, and knowledgeable of the history. I definitely recommend checking it out.

We went on the Ghost Key West/ Robert the Doll tour. It was fun. It's definitely worth going. The fort has some very creepy vibes. The guide, I wish I remembered his name, was very knowledgeable. He had some great stories to add to the tour. If you have a chance, take this tour. Had some very strange sensations while in the fort. Robert the Doll was cool to see. I'm not sure if he's really haunted, but it was definitely a high light of our stay in Key West.

I went on the tour with my family and we all liked it! The stories told by Travis were interesting and captivating, but it really was the setting that did it for us. Being in the old fort at night, hearing all the stories about the yellow fever, it was very spooky. As of paranormal activity, we got some good EMF meter activity, plus we saw many orbs on the screen. And the funniest thing for us was that the flashlights used by our guide were malfunctioning the whole time, especially with Robert the Doll. Don't know if it is a gimmick or not, but it definitely added to the experience!

Was a fun tour with some awesome stories! We did the extra hour after and it definitely wasn't long enough. We didn't have anything happen or see any paranormal stuff but I think that was due to the group I was with. Would of rated 5 stars had we of witnessed something. Other than that it was really fun!

Amazing ghost and history tour! The tour guide, David, is one of the biggest reasons this tour scores high marks in Key West. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the Fort itself as well as the history of its ghost stories and such. He is also super cool and funny! You don’t just walk around with some tour guide talking. This is a fully immersive tour where you get some ghost hunting items and he gets volunteers to do some scary stuff. Near the end of the tour you get to sit with Robert the Doll, learn his history and how he came to be and see if you can make contact with him. This is by far the best tour of any kind I have been on. Do not hesitate…..book this tour when you visit Key West. You will not regret it!

Thought the tour was very expensive given that we walked down one hallway then went into the room with Robert the doll. Liked that it was interactive and several people in our group could participate with trying to capture paranormal activity. But half of the tour was spent on this instead of history and ghost stories. The stories given were very captivating. Overall it was underwhelming. Maybe if we upgraded to VIP it would have been better but I felt $45 was alot already, to pay an extra $40 to do some additional activities is exorbitant.

Right off the bat everything was amazing! The energy, the interaction, all of it was wonderful. This was my first actual ghost hunt/lockdown essentially and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My sister and I both started looking through our photos and the amount of anomalies is INSANE!! I will see you guys next time for the VIP tour πŸ’•πŸ€˜πŸ» Also, thanks Robert!

This was such a fun and spooky experience, there was a lot of real ghostly activity throughout our time here. We got to use ghost hunting equipment and David gets everyone involved, he was great. I definitely recommend the Count con Cosel book in the gift shop, I couldn’t put it down.
