Definitely a local crowd of 60 - 75 year old locals. Their noses are so high in the air because they feel that they are better than everybody else that I'm surprised they don't trip and fall.

Absolute hidden gem! You can’t tell from the street, but the restaurant is completely waterfront. Great view and picture spot. Sat at the bar on the deck with Stella. Clams, grouper, bread, salad was all delicious. Fresh squeezed lemonade too.

Went to Louie's without a reservation and the hostess recommended we try the bar on the deck. The deck itself is drinks only but at the bar you can order food. Things took a while just because there was only one bartender. We go our food at a good time and watched the sunset. My friend ordered a piña colada and he forgot it in the blender. The other drinks were ok. Other customers who were regulars would come in and it seemed to knock everyone else's orders back. Swordfish and brocolinni was excellent as well as the Key Lime pie. Dress code is a little dressy. Not really swimwear and jeans.

Such a beautiful place, excellent views. It is behind a fancy restaurant so a little hard to find, and I feel like their lunch schedule is a little weird. I would definitely return!!

Back deck is on the ocean. Cool vibe, unpretentious. Away from hustle and bustle of Duval. Must visit when in Key West.

Beautiful little out the way place to grab a drink and watch the sea roll in. Drink prices are high even for Keys so I gave it 4 stars

World-class cuisine and attentive service. A true Key West experience. You cannot get any closer to the water than Louie's Backyard, unless you get in and swim!
