This place came recommended by American charters my first day of diving and my gear was leaking air. Took it over and the owner even came in on his day off to service. It got everything in tip. Top shape fixed a lot of other things for a very affordable price. Everybody was so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for all your diving gear and needs and I got a cool new bag

As divers, we usually find and stick with a shop we like. Over years, I've made a few shops my "Home" shop and have visited hundreds. By far, Aquatic Ventures has been the best overall for customer service, knowledgeable staff, equipment variety and now, from personal experience, I am adding training. I recently took the specialty class of Equipment Specialist. Kary and Ken were the instructors. Together, they delivered one of the most thorough and exciting classes I have taken. The classroom was approximately 12 hours spanning 2 days, covering from basics of masks and fins through an in depth, very detailed look of the inner workings of a dive regulator. As divers, we (hopefully) bring our equipment in for service and take it for granted that it works. This class provides and entirely different perspective on equipment functionality, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. I would recommend this class to all divers as you will get a greater understanding of your own equipment. I would also recommend this class for the occasional diver that doesn't have their equipment so you are not blindly diving borrowed or rented equipment. Will forever be appreciative of Aquatic Ventures and the incredible staff. Had been wanting to get certified for years and never felt comfortable doing it till I got to AV. Got my open water certification after several months of having started my pool session so it was great getting a refresher to complete my dives. Glad to have the opportunity to continue being able to dive with AV and being able to have views like these.

If a 10 star was possible Aquatic Ventures deserve it. After the first day of training in the pool we knew we were hooked and decided to go all in and purchased our equipment and suits through the AV shop. Great pricing and options for all sizes. We are very happy that we chose Aquatic Ventures for our certification and cannot imagine having gone anywhere else. The personal service was excellent! Cannot say more positive things about Aquatic Ventures. My 10 year old son is completing his OW certification now under the guidance of these pros. He is the 4th member of our family to be certified here. We came back for a reason. These guys really care about safety and the environment. We felt very safe during both the pool and open water portions of the course. We can’t wait to continue diving with these wonderful people.

The staff is knowledgable and they seem to have had exactly what I needed. Very clean and organized overall facility. The owner is a tech instructor so I’ll check into the classes offered. I don’t know what it is, but the shop has a really good overall “feel”. I’m glad I stopped in by chance. I’ll dive with them soon and might think about a trip after. Monica (Mo) is absolutely amazing, a great instructor, and a passionate dive buddy who loves having fun and has a super positive vibe. The owner Kary is very knowledgeable about everything diving, and his shop has excellent resources for diving equipment and training. I highly recommend this dive shop and its fantastic crew. I can't wait for my next bubble adventure with them!

I got my certification at Aquatic Ventures last month,and it was fantastic! All of the staff/instructors were very friendly,laid back,and knowledgeable. Our primary instructor was Mo,and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was patient,made you feel comfortable,and just an excellent teacher in general. Best shop on town, you are wasting your time if you go anywhere else. This team care about your safety, enjoyment, and pleasure of getting the best fulfillment out of diving. As well as, more than willing to help you in your gear selection, regardless if you are brand new to scuba or advanced! Highly highly recommended!

My wife and I decided to do a refresher course (my wife) and the open water course (myself) with Aquatic Ventures based on their google and TripAdvisor reviews. They did not disappoint! When my wife rang and spoke with Kary (the owner) to discuss if they could accommodate our tight schedule, it was a YES, he created a personalized schedule that worked for each of us and have made it possible for us to be ready to dive with our family this weekend, we are so grateful. They serviced my wife’s regulator and nothing was too much trouble. My instructors were Grant and Alex, both were approachable, friendly and genuinely cared about teaching me the key aspects for safe diving and made sure I was comfortable with all the techniques. We completed a 1/2 day of class and 1/2 day of pool skills then it was time to get into the ocean (2x) to review the skills again. The courses were well planned, the equipment was in good condition and safety was of paramount importance which was very reassuring for a new person to diving. My last training ocean dive was today with Grant, after performing the underwater skills we still had air in the tank so went to explore the nearby reef off Dania beach and we saw a turtle, rays, multiple types of fishes, we cleared litter from the ocean floor to help the environment, and cleared fishing net from the corals. It was a great experience for a first time diver! We can’t thank everyone at Aquatic Ventures enough for our amazing diving learning experience. As Grant would say “go forth and make bubbles!”.

I have found a dive shop to stick with!! I went there only to rent tanks and the staff was very friendly and the price was really fair. After I came back, I had my regulator serviced. The gentleman there not only serviced it and made it easier for me to breath and consume less air, but also took the time to explain what he had done in detail. My friend also has his serviced, thinking he had a leak and the tech found it was simple hair stuck in there. He could have easily over charged him for the service and repair. Very friendly and knowledgeble staff. I look forward to continuing to do business with them. I plan to continue my certifactions and future dives with this shop. Ah, if you are a veteran, i believe they have additional discounts as the owner is a veteran himself!
