The bartender with the blonde space buns is unbelievably rude. She scolded us for feeding the birds when we were even doing that then took away the peanuts after we ordered drinks. No one was belligerent— we only ordered one drink here than left. Our only guess for her attitude was that no one one is the bar and she was mad about not making money. We now understand why no one was in here. Worst customer service ever. Take your money elsewhere.

Fun little spot. Live entertainment. Could've used additional bartender though. Too much for one to keep up. Getting a drink was really slow. The rum and coke was really good once you finally got it

RUDE- Bartender on 8/23/23 was incredibly rude and disrespectful! Talked over us when asking questions. No probably being nice to the regulars. We walked out! She’d make more money if she actually served people! Maybe she should find another place to bartend… well that’s probably why she’s there - place was a filthy dump! Don’t waste your time or money!

Great Karaoke Night! The drinks were strong and taste, the girls had so much fun. Everyone was friendly and it was a safe fun bar.

Rick's was not partying like it did on our last visit. But, the drinks are good and pizza by the slice, next door. Great place for people watching on Duval.

Everything is here at this entertainment emporium! Gentleman's club, live band, foot ball up in the crows nest and dancing fun and Italian food and pizza! Best complex on the strip!

We had a blast at Rick's. We loved this bar. You can hop from one bar to the next without actually leaving. The drinks are reasonably price and the music was good!

Arguably the funnest bar in KW! Some of my favorites: The Durtbags in Dirty Harry’s, The bar in the front with the amazing Crush Drinks, Angela’s is always good for a late night slice, upstairs is super fun and spacious. Highly recommended!

Erin, our bartender was AMAZING!!! She made excellent drinks, personable and friendly!!! We will be back! The atmosphere was good. Great music, right on the street to watch everything happening. Request Erin’s Elvis shot!

I love this bar! Not only are the bartenders absolutely ENTERTAINING, but the DJ in the downstairs rocks area, (Jay), one of the main reasons I enjoyed my evening. Entertains, fun, respectful, and don't as hell. Love this bar!

Horrible service!! Do not waste your time or money. Especially with the bartender. My first time visiting key west and I'm not impressed with service down here.

I took a trip to Key west and went to Ricks bar! my friends and family we're deciding where to go for beers..passing by the rick's bar we saw a nice acoustic guitar song and we stopped at that place for ONLY ONE BEER. Again....one beer!. And a NICE Bartender named JARED was so COOL so friendly and we stayed. We had probably 10 beers each. He definitely was the fun at the bar! thank u so much Jared we definitely will come back!

Rick's was a lively and entertaining environment. Great for people looking to dance while having a drink by the bar. Good spot to hang out with friends or an after party get together.

Great place with a number of bars there! I really like this place. There is so much fun back there! Every kind of bar you can think of! Sports, relaxing, dancing you name it, it's there! Love it there!

Nice fun bar on Duval and had great karaoke. The highlight for sure was Jared the bartender he was attentive quick very friendly and efficient clearly knew how to run a bar. Wish more places had people like him behind the bar. He truly is an A+ bartender.

We stopped and had such a blast with Erin and listening to Yo Adrian this trip, we went back to see them multiple times! Erin is hands down one of the best bartenders on the island and kept all the drinks flowing...by herself! She's a Rockstar! Also, ask her for one her specialty drinks...you won't be disappointed!!

Jared was AWESOME!!!! He’s the man, very fluid very informative. He loves his job and his coworkers. He showed so much respect and admiration for his peers. I recommend his service and care above all. He’s phenomenal and I will return many times to see him and continue to be a loyal guest.

Was down for fantasy fest and one of the safest places to be at. Security guards in the complex scan you for any weapons. I had a tactical pen with me and they held it for me till I left the complex. The upstairs was a great place to take photos at of duval street. Only downfall bathrooms not clean

What a great little bar right on Duval. John had some very entertaining music. If you're offended easily, he's not your guy but we enjoyed his style. Great cocktails to go with the very friendly staff.

Erin the Sunday daytime bartender was amazing!!!!! The only complaint was the musician was way too loud and would talk too much. Besides that I wouldn't have any other complaint. Erin is the best!!!

Very cool place from the band in th3 back, dance club upstairs and the pizza shop and smaller tree house bar. We had a good time the bar tender at the tree house was good at his job and did his best to converse.

Nice atmosphere, 2 different levels. If you are expecting more hip hop/ radio songs this place won’t be for you. Plays a lot of random music and alot of Spanish songs.Sometimes they will play a couple radio songs then back to something random.

Oh I love this place.. great live bands and the barkeeps make sure you're topped off often.. Is also where I had a magical moment with a woman I could've given my heart to in a second! I had a wonderful time, I'm sure anyone of you who's thinking about going will too!

Rick Sanchez checked my ID and complimented my Rick n Morty shirt so it was a really a strong good start. The place has like 4 different bars with different music. My favorite is the dance floor, but the concert-type one was cool too. Will be back for sure

Always such a fun time at Rick's!! We watched the Super Bowl at the Tree Bar and had a blast. Good, chill place to enjoy a freshly squeezed Greyhound (and/or pickle back shots) and the bartender Mark was excellent. Thanks for a fun evening! Rick's has multiple bars in the same location and our other favorite spot is on the balcony at Rick's Upstairs. From golf carts getting towed out of the taxi queue to general debauchery on the street, the people watching on Duval doesn't get any better than this! But do yourself a favor, and pass on the lousy pizza downstairs at Angelina's.
