Key West, a U.S. island city, is part of the Florida Keys archipelago. It's also Florida's southernmost point, lying roughly 90 miles north of Cuba. Famed for its pastel-hued, conch-style houses, it’s a cruise-ship stop also accessible from the mainland via the Overseas Highway. It’s known more for its coral reefs – destinations for diving and snorkeling – than for its beaches.

This was a pretty nice place. We ordered food outside. The lady who waited on us was super nice and said we could go in to the bar and she would bring our food in. The bartender was changing shifts so wanted us to cash out right away. As we were waiting for our food we noticed a lady smoking at the bar which I was not a fan of especially after I got my food. This lady is a local who comes in there a lot apparently she was talking super rude about the replacement bartender. She appeared drunk and then starting arguing with my husband. Our food was really good but don't think we will be coming back don't like eating food with people smoking next to me inside.

This place been here for a long time. I asked my wife to marry me her. That was 47 yrs ago. I just lost her to cancer. Even though i haven't been here for a long time. It's still a great memory. A picture of my beautiful wife

Food was good but we had a chain smoking drunk crazy lady that sat in the corner blowing smoke in our faces while we were eating. I thought you couldn't smoke in an area that someone was eating in indoors? She also rudely butted into every single conversation we were having with other people to the point that she started arguing with us about what we were talking about. She is definitely the local drunk.

Key West, Florida —- The “pARTy At The End of The Road” is at the “Bottlecap” bar for me. The “Bottlecap” bar is THE neighborhood Key West bar, in my opinion. Super-riffic bartenders (i.e., “Jessica” & “Tracy”), great bar-flair atmosphere & interactive customers make the “Bottlecap” a “Run-A-Way Bill” Favorite hangout, where I always leave with “more smiles than I came in with”. If I need some late night/early morning smiles 😃, I can find them every day until 4am (except Sundays ☹️). You won’t find any more loyal locals, than those that frequent the “Bottlecap”. The “Bottlecap” is owner/operated & has been around since 1934, and my go-to hangout since I discovered it in 2017. “Run-A-Way Bill” was here! ... and always returns

My spot for 9½ years now, my own Cheers. When you come to The Island, you can hit Duval Street all you want...but when you have had enough of the crowd and noise, come to The Bottlecap. Locals spot, good times and damn good people. "Where everybody knows your name...."

What an awesome bar! Mostly locals, great atmosphere and prices. Everyone treats you like family whether you've been there once or dozens of times. Get a secret weapon shot from Erin, it will seriously change your life!
