Insanely good grouper and conch. Don’t let the eclectic Sanford and Son decor deter you. This is Michelin star level food served in a casual setting. Even the hot dogs are great. Food comes out fast too. The conch in particular is in another world. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is the best place to have quick lunch! We just stopped by after the boat cruise, because the port is just behind the corner, we just wanted one plate to share, just to grab something small, but the shrimps were sooooo delicious that we decided to have another portion! Shrimps are so Fresh and delicious and very good price and veeeery quickly served! The service is great, amazing people :) it feels like home, but with very unique twist! Love it Here! 👏🏼 we will definitely come back!

A cross between a shack and a food truck...great fresh, local seafood. Went back for the Mahi tacos, conch fritters and keylime lemonade. Even the side salad was fresh and crisp. Iguana hanging in the tree and chickens walking around. Loved it.

This is the best place for fish ever! The staff was very nice and I made us feel very welcome. I had the golden tile fish plate while my wife had the grouper plate and they were both delicious. Even their sides were amazing and fresh. Also get their conch fritters. I want to go back for a burger because they get their meat fresh ground from a local butcher every day.

Pretty good conch fritters. We ordered several fried grouper sandwiches and while the fish was fresh and tasty, we thought the size of the fillets were a bit under what we expected for the price (>$25/sandwich). Open atmosphere restaurant is operated by friendly people.

Haven’t been to this restaurant since my last visit to Key West nearly 20 years ago, but it’s just as fabulous as I remembered. So good I went there twice! Highly recommend the grilled shrimp sandwich.

When food is made in a shack, you know it’s gonna be good! I really enjoyed B.O.’s Fish Wagon! I did a solo trip to Key West and I stopped here one day for lunch, and the tacos I had were so good. Tasted super fresh, and I loved the laid back vibes of the place.

Very casual place. You order at a walk up counter and then they bring your food to your table.Outdoor seating is available, but even the "indoor" seating is open air with a roof. We had some very tasty shrimp tacos.

Fantastic! Grouper sandwich is as good as ever! We had sandwiches.... snapper, grouper, soft shell crab and the vegetarian in the group had onion rings, rice and beans, and salad. Everything was great! Go out of your way and eat here. The shop is a mix of strange, odd and awesome!

Completely taken to the cleaners with this place, I’ve lived in key west for a while now and I’ll never go back. Really? This is $25 worth of food. There are so many better choices in key west… highway robbery.

I came here 18 years ago and it was incredible. The sandwich I got back then was Mahi and the tartar was made in house. That’s no longer the case. The fish I got was the fried grouper, and it was just ok. I’ve been looking forward to coming back and only 18 years later finally got to and it was not what was expected. I would go back and try something else to give it a shot, but I wouldn’t recommend someone to go there until I do. The sandwich was also super expensive.

Great little place to get a fish sandwich. Don't be in a rush, they make everything to order. This. Personally. I love the side salad with my fish.

The cracked conch was incredible, the grilled shrimp was also excellent. This place looks like a dive, but the food is first rate.

Best fish tacos I’ve ever had. Cool atmosphere too. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Best local spot in town. We went back 3 times while we were on vacation, couldn’t get enough!

Hey guys… it’s a shack, so don’t go there if you want fancy service Team is very nice and good tips (such as… you want a beer? Just cross the street, buy one and come back) Food is fresh, good and tasty… more than you can expect I will be back if I want a lunch in Key West I’m

We were visiting Key West from a cruise ship, and admittedly, it is drive by tourism, but we wanted to find a place that felt local. B.O.'s Fish Wagon did not disappoint. We tried to order the Conch sandwich, but sadly, they didn't have any. Not going to count that against a local business with today's supply chain issues especially when it comes to critters that I'm not sure if they have a season or not (crawfish season for instance in Louisiana/SE Texas). Our "consolation" prize was the fried grouper sandwich. Oh Man was it tasty. I want to start with the bread. It was fresh with a good chew without being too chewy. Next, the often overlooked part of a good sandwhich the veggies. They were fresh and crisp and added a great depth. However, the star of the show was the fresh fried grouper. This is one of my favorite fried fish presentations. The breading was light, but a still great crunch, and the fish itself was flaky and juicy. If you're in Key West, give it a stop! Unfortunately, my pictures this time don't do the setting or food justice and I did not take enough.

Read a great review about B.O.'s conch from a Bahamian, but I was very disappointed. Conch fritters had good size conch pieces, but size of fritter a bit small and wet/dense, could use fluffiness. Cracked conch was tender, and good texture of coating, but should have been crispier. It was instead also a bit limp. Fries uninspiring. Decor wonderful beach shack vibe. So much potential, but give it a miss. Thumbs down.

Walking in, it makes you wonder but it looks fun. I ordered the grouper plate, salad, rice and beans & 3 conch fritters. Everything was really good, except I thought the grouper wasn't that great....kind of dry. Conch fritters were really good. Everyone that worked there was very kind and accommodating. I'd go back but try something other than the grouper.

Been there recently quite early in the morning. I had a real nice chat with the owner and his chef. They are really nice and working a very nice environment. Got a nice coffee with milk. They seem to be open from the mornin until the night. Can say nothing about the food since i didn’t try it yet.

Grouper lunch plate is a decent amount of food. We actually split it between 2 people. The fish didn't look or taste fresh caught and battered. Seems like frozen battered fish. The coleslaw was bland, but correctly prepared. The French fries were good. More of a shack than a wagon. We didn't have to wait for a seat and the food was ready quickly.

After a short run, stopped by B.O.'s for a open faced burrito. Quality of food, atmosphere, friendly service - all top notch. Holly, one of the owners, and Patrick were very friendly and helpful. We'll be coming back to try their onion rings 😎

Iconic spot for best burgers, hotdogs & fresh caught fish sandwiches. Now I know why Bobby Flay loves it & Jimmy Buffet sings about it... fun place, delicious food & excellent service!

Absolutely delicious seafood served quickly in a charming outdoor space. We went twice during our visit to Key West and found everything delicious, including the fried grouper, snapper and mahi, the hamburger and fries, and ESPECIALLY the cracked conch sandwich. The conch was tender, lightly battered and perfectly fried, served po boy style on crispy French bread dressed with lettuce, tomato and mayo.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and their food delivery truck was held up in the upper Keys, which eliminated a few items off the menu. The baby chickens running around are cute. Conch fritters were over qfried. Group

Well BO you did it!!! The BEST HOLE ON THE WALL IN KEY WEST HANDS DOWN!!! The place looks like a scene from the movie Mad Max. I love that movie by the way. A very Key West open traditional environment amazing to me. Chickens and roosters everywhere I love the touch that BO add it by placing a ketchup bottle a plastic restaurant like ketchup bottle fill with water to spray the chickens away as they get closer to your table love it. and let me start with the food grill shrimp tacos oh man to die for conch fritters with his own personal tartar like sauce. The taste combination was amazing and explosion flavors came and visited this location with a group from work not one person was unatisfy in fact they are coming back tomorrow BO you did it you rock and I recommended every day 100%

Had shrimp and Ahi tuna tacos. Both were great. Very casual and food is made fresh so it takes about 10-15 minutes but people watching from the bench seats makes the time go by quickly.

We went for lunch and had the fried grouper with rice and beans! The fish was so fresh and delicious! The rices and beans were amazing!! The sauce to dip the fish was also great! We will definitely be going again this week!!

The fish tacos and fried grouper were great! The key limonade hit the spot and the food came out exactly when they said it would despite the dinner rush. It was worth the wait! The restaurant had a unique aesthetic and the service was friendly.

Seriously SO delicious. Come here before or after Dante’s you won’t be disappointed. Friendly staff and fresh seafood. The beans and rice are so delicious too. Definitely order the shrimp tacos and ahi tacos!

Amazing and fresh conch sandwich. It's better than the chain restaurants or any restaurant on the island. The workers were extremely friendly.

Fun key west authentic food joint. It’s supposed to be a bit run down and is the point. Still good food and kids like the roosters. Just do it man. 1/16/22 Seems the place is under new ownership. The seafood quality is the same but no fresh cut fries!!??? That was a winner before. Please bring ‘em back.
