Happy vegan reporting in. Y'all it's a lot of delicious food! Seeing it was a similar concept to Chipotle and the raves about the lentils, I wanted to try them BUT I'm a serious refried beans lover and I can't pass them up when they are vegetarian/vegan. Add to that, I was one of those shedding tears when Taco Bell stopped offering tostadas, and you know where this ended up.... Two tostadas, one with each of those proteins. I was not expecting the massive pile of toppings, and even with a big appetite I couldn't finish both tostadas. It was more like I ordered a bowl that was served on a tostada because there was no way I could pick it up and eat it. That tostada was not made to support so much on top, so it became a soggy mess. While that may seem like a critique, anyone who's had migas knows that a formerly crunchy tortilla soaking up all the delicious goodness of the dish it's in is a wonderful thing. I was glad I got a small bag of chips to get that crunch factor that I'd originally selected tostadas for. Great flavors and variety of toppings -- pickled onions and radishes, yes! The good folks working there weren't so knowledgeable about the beer selection but were kind to let me take a look at several cans before making my choice. Fun, quirky artwork and *parking on site*! Would come back for sure. It's a solid choice for big eaters or for a couple of folks to split and be very satisfied.

We live right down the road and haven't eaten here before. The food and service were amazing. We'll be back! I had the jerk chicken quesadilla, which was incredible.

Very good! We had a nice mix of the meats and the varieties of meals. All were good.

I would eat here again and again. After our vacation, I decided to try making lentils for taco fillings because of how delicious the food was. I wasn’t a fan of my carne asada taco as the meat was over cooked, but the flavors of everything else was mind blowing. Staff was friendly and seemed genuine!

Fast service and tasty food. You order like you would at chipotle or Qdoba. The queso did kind of disappoint me as it was extremely thin and soupy - it tasted good but prefer thicker queso.

I was so excited to eat here I read good reviews and the food looked amazing. But... The lady ringing ppl out was extremely rude me and my dad came in to eat but he needed to use the restroom before I could ask the lady she started shaking her head and every question after that she shook her head no. I'm sorry that homeless people have a abuse restrooms but there is no reason to act condescending when some needs a restroom how can anyone enjoy there food when you have a full bladder. The lady could have at least directed us to the closest restroom. Sadly I left Sinz still hungry because of this. Very disappointed with the customer service. I feel like if u don't want to be bothered with questions don't work with the public. I won't bring my business here because of this. I hope Sinz finds consideration to help patrons vs angrily shaking u head at some before they can finish the question. A food establishment without simple knowledge of where a restroom is ridiculous. I understand that the company has to make money but u have to be nice

Love this place, the folks who work here and the laid-back atmosphere. I even copped a few old record albums that I'd lost along my travels in life. The food was totally fresh and delish.♡

Overall pretty good experience here. The burrito was good but you definitely pay a premium like most things on key west. Worth a shot if you're looking for a hardy chipotle style burrito, just expect to pay around 14-17 dollars.

Stopped in after seeing some positive reviews. Was a bit disappointed with the flavor of the different burrito bowl toppings. I tried the carne asada and it was nothing mind blowing. SO tried the chicken. Both required hot sauce but honestly it felt disjointed. Wish there was some salsa on the table to add to the dish. It filled a hole. Which sometimes is what you want. The restaurant is nice enough. Enjoyed the vibe.

Rather disappointing, I really wanted to be wowed but sadly it didn’t happen. The chicken was bland. The casa asada was ok, but barely room temperature. However the beans and rice were fine, the toppings ( lettuce, jalapeños, olives etc) were fresh and delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. I hope that we just happened to come by at a bad time. Key west beer is good 😊 the chips and caso was a secret treat. I would recommend trying it!

Tried to pick a quick bite for our lunch in Key West and so glad we found this place. We just got a chicken quesadilla and chips. They gave us tons of queso and a full bag of chips. Everything was delicious. We paid a little over $20 for this when we were going to go to a smoothie place down the road that charged $15 per smoothie. Fun atmosphere and would definitely recommend!

The jerk chicken quesadilla was soggy and wet after like 3 min. I really didn’t enjoy the texture. But flavor was decent

Excellent Tacos, your choice of flour or corn, soft or hard tortillas. Your choice or protein from Chicken, Carne Asada, Pork Carnitas, Barbacoa, Beef, Beans or Lentils. You can have it done as Tacos, Burrito, Tostada or as a bowl. Add your choice of toppings, salsa etc. Try the queso, nice flavor, has a little heat but not enough for those picky people who say they don't like spicy. The Carne Asada, was done perfectly and wasn't tough or chewy like some other places.

Rarely do I see a service table look so fresh. If you want good food with great value this is your stop. In a town FULL of Cuban and Italian food this place is refreshing. Get what you want the way you want it. Pleasant, helpful staff is a bonus. Watch where you sit as the humidity can condense on the AC vents.

Nice place but the food is more bland than eating cardboard. Only plus side is they give you a big burrito that will fill you up plus some. Wish they seasoned their meat accordingly. Employees were very nice.

I freaking love this place. I’d eat it everyday and never get sick of it. A local friend told me to try it, so of course I did. The staff are always so amazing, friendly, helpful and patient (I can be so indecisive sometimes). The food is amazing, no matter what you get. I like the steak and chicken. Put queso on everything. It’s amazing.

Very tasty, and reasonably priced food. Great place for a quick bite. Very helpful and polite staff will help you customize your order to your liking.

Listen. If I could give 10 stars I would. The food was very flavorful. The most important impact of my experience was the team. They were helpful, calm during the rush peak, and just had joy radiating off of them. The restaurant itself was pretty clean. Hand sanitizer at every table. Also a plus to the fans. As a southern Belle nothing prepared me for this Key West Heat. Thank you all for the experience!
