Had a great time here. The food is worth the price. I always go here whenever I’m in Key West. One of the servers from what i remember her name is Lulu i think? She did a really great job. Very hospitable and made our experience even more better. Would definitely recommend.

I will start off by saying the good thing about this place is that kids eat for free. I could tell it was a chain restaurant right off the bat. The food is really hit or miss. I'll start off with the appitizers. My wife ordered calamari and it was very good. We all 3 enjoyed them. I ordered blue crab claws. It came in some kind of sauce. The were very overcooked and very salty. We hated them. Now the entrées. My son got a grilled cheese and smiley face fries. He seemed to like it but it was literally 2 pieces of toast with a piece of cold cheese slapped in there, it wasn't cooked together. My wife ordered coconut shrimp apple sauce and green beans. She actually really enjoyed her meal. I tried a shrimp and it was good. And now for my meal. The whole reason why we chose this place to eat was because they serves whole blue crab. Probably my favorite thing to eat. They we out until the truck came again. So I decided on the soft shell crab. The waitress did warn me that not a lot of people like them due to have to eat the whole thing. I don't have an issue with that so I ordered it, one seared and one fried. I started eating the legs first and they were good. Once I bit into the body, I spit it out. It was very strong and musky tasting. I hated it instantly. Both seared and fried were that way. So I spent near $50 on just my eentree and only ate a few fries and a few soft shell legs. I let the waitress know and she kinda laughed at me. She was cool but I was like, im still hungry. It's ok. I left there, stopped by a local sandwich shop and got me a cuban mix sandwich.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. The atmosphere is what you expect a key west restaurant to look like. Casual place but clean looking. The staff was friendly. I ordered the chicken wings and the grouper smoked spread. My wife and I enjoyed both. Nothing that spectacular but yummy. We then shared the grouper dinner… the grouper was 100% frozen grouper. It was tough like a chicken breast and had no flavor. We hardly took two bites of it.

The atmosphere of this place was fun. We sat on the balcony, which provided the views and a nice breeze. The soft shell crab was amazing (I would recommend getting it fried and dipping it in the butter sauce). The fish sandwich was also great, nice and fresh.

Second time visiting here and both times incredible! Great drinks, overlook patio gave all the smiles, starters: crab and cheese dip (must have), menu options are all so good! Give them a try, you won't regret it (other than overeating because it tastes great)

Let me tell you that if you come down to Key West, just slide up to Pinchers‼️I was very impressed with this spot‼️ Take the elevator or climb the stairs, you will not regret it‼️ They have a seafood tower that is beautiful crafted‼️We had some much seafood and everything was EXCELLENT and FRESH‼️(Ofcourse 😁) The staff is so friendly and everytime or drinks looked low, another was on the way‼️ Just to eat upstairs and look down onto Duval Street was a great combination‼️ A must try if you down here in Key West‼️ We will be back‼️🍺💯😁🔥🔥🔥🔥

5/5 Stars This place is the best of the best. From the moment we walked in to go to the bar the staff was friendly. The bartender was quick and made our drinks really well. We ordered stone crab and peel and eat shrimp and they both were incredible! I have absolutely zero complaints. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

We love the chain, and wanted to see if the Key West location lived up to the Naples and Fort Meyers locations. We actually liked this location the best, but all have a different and unique vibe. Located on the main strip of Duval Street, the restaurant offers an upper and lower level. The lower level was not at the time of our visit, early afternoon. We were seated up top overlooking Duval Street. They say you can call ahead, but for us it was not needed, no wait. Our waiter was great, very attentive. Service was superb and fast. Food was great, drinks even better with 2 for 1. We tried a bunch of items from seafood (shrimps, crab legs, etc.) ribs, salad, appetizers, and pasta. Portions are good. *Menu pics attached. Looking forward to our next location

2 for 1 all day. Love sit out on the balcony. Everything is amazing.. Flavors are absolute! Our server was the best. She let us sample a drink before purchasing. Any questions, she answered with a smile. We never felt neglected or as if we were bothering her to much. Highly recommend going to Pinchers when in Key West.

We went for lunch when it wasn’t busy when many other locations are closed. Turned out to be a great choice. We ordered cracked conch, raw oysters on the half shell, seafood dip and a sautéed soft shell crab. The staff was very friendly. Happy hour included a two for one beer. Location is of course prime Duvall area.

The hot crab and cheese dip was beyond great! The strawberry sweet bucket drink was very good. The soft shell crab sandwhich was a new experience and decent although it failed in comparison to the dip. The crab cake was a good portion size. My wife's fried grouper sandwhich was fried excellent however lacked on the seasoning. Our server Sol was very energetic and attentive. Overall we would come back again, if only to get the hot 🦀 & 🧀 dip!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Service was good. Loved the atmosphere. The Conch Fritters, Grab Rangoons, Coconut Shrimp & Buffalo Shrimp were all amazing. Not to mention the 2 for 1 drinks that really did the job.! All and all two thumbs up.

Great place! We started with the hot cheese & crab dip...amazing! I got Tony's Big Fish Sandwich and my lovely wife got the Fish & Chips. Both entrées were large sized and tasted great! Jazz was our server, she was attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

You can’t beat pinchers food was hot and tasty. We had the grouper. The waiter was on top of it getting drinks and food and then Sunday afternoon. I expected it more crowded than that so it’s a great place to go when you’re looking for that type of environment.

We were visiting and looking for a seafood restaurant and Pinchers showed up and it was a really good exchange! We were there for their happy hour which is pretty good! Their crab legs are quite delicious and the service was great! I can tell you it gets super busy quickly and then you will have to probably practice your patience because despite having quick servers there are a lot of people there. We came in right before the rush and we witnessed how packed it gets. I think it's one of the best seafood experiences in Key West and I highly recommend it!!! Good for all occasions and for everyone!!! I highly recommend it 🔥🔥🔥

Great food. Excellent selection of food and choices on how you wanted cooked. Perfect drink specials. Live music and the balcony was so nice.

When asked if there was some kind of cheese dip we were told: No! No! No! As the waiter walked away. Didn’t even give us a chance to ask if maybe some kind of salsa was available. I had the ribs, yeah, ribs at a seafood place I know! But not the best choice. Wouldn’t advise eating here. You may like it though! Good luck!

We were able to view the action of Duval St while dining outside, which was the best part of this restaurant. Table service was good but the hostess seemed to be in a bad mood. The food was mediocre. We make it a point to try conch fritters everywhere we go in the Keys. These were our least favorite so far. We also had fried grouper nuggets. They were okay but the sauce served with them was what appeared to be store bought boom boom sauce-not homemade. The crab cake was good. The two for one drinks all day every day deal was silly- you pay $8 for a mug of domestic draft beer and then get another for free. Going back to the bathrooms in the building was a bit strange. Part of the room you have to pass through to get to the bathroom has the yellow warning ribbon crossing the length of the room. When I’m the stall using the restroom, I noticed the space in between stalls was so wide, if there had been someone using the stall next to mine we could have clearly seen each other. We won’t go back.

The seafood was so fresh and the service was wonderful (thanks Michael!). We sat on the balcony and had a great view over the lively Duval St. I recommend the conch appetizer.

Wow! My family's current favorite spot on Duval. Free parking in back, one of the few places on Duval where you can eat outside and see the street. Always have had great service, and the food/drinks have been great. Our waitress, Delie, was fantastic! All of the servers we've had here have been top notch. 2 for 1 drinks ALL THE TIME, $1.50 wings & oysters on happy hour 3-6. Crab dip is amazing and huge. Crab and corn chowder is delicious, clam chowder was just as good if not better. Ceaser salad had a ton of tasty bits in there, grilled shrimp in it were fantastic, you could even eat the tails. Always a great spot for lunch, can't recommend highly enough.

Food was good. Service was mediocre. Efficient and nice but servers appeared to be rushed. Call atmosphere on the second deck outside on the patio fish tacos softshell crab sandwich cheesy appetizer and grouper were actually all really good.

Calamari and Stone crab were OUTSTANDING. The crab cluster wasn't my favorite. They did have great flavor. Too much work for not a lot of meat. Next time I'm trying the FAMOUS FISH and CHIPS.

Most restaurants close at 10pm or 11pm and serve everything but crabs legs. We had a party of 9 with 1hr left till close. Our waiter Michael was the best. He was funny kind and patient. They stayed open and let us close with them. AND OMG THE CRAB IS ON POINT AS WELL AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. And aont forget to get your bucket from April the bartender she makes the best drinks

We had the Cracked Conch, Fish and Chips and Mussels. All was good but the mussels were a little salty for me. Service was ok.

Hello , my wife and I had the experience of a wonderful evening and the food was delicious. The drinks were a little heavy handed, but we had the opportunity to talk to our waitress (Danielle) of 18 yrs in the area. Her service was very promptly and exact. Looking forward to having another great experience here again in the future. Thank you, Danielle for being our waitress and giving us a very pleasurable experience on our last night in Key West.
