Dear Owner, I beg you to give no credence to the uncultured swine who said this place needs updating. Perish the thought…! This is a treasure that must be protected!!! I felt like I had stepped into my childhood. It is a clean, bright, late 80s/early 90s time capsule of a fast food joint. Even the music matches the nostalgic vibe. From the faded watercolor paintings to the teal & pink & gray everywhere, please leave it all in place for time immemorial! P.S. The food is great and excellently priced. Portions are much larger than you get in other fast food chains.

Family owned and operated business. Fast, friendly, and the owners have their children (Adults) working there. Food is great! This place is always clean and the people are super helpful and eager to please! You get what you put into your business and I would have to say they are doing well! Great job owners!

We were just in Key West for a week and found Miami Subs on our first day. We went back several times for amazing food, especially the Cheesesteak sub and conch fritters. The restaurant has a great local vibe and the staff are amazing. Miami Subs is a must stop in Key West.

Miami Subs will definitely be the first stop on my next trip to Key West! Miami Subs immediately became my favorite Key West restaurant. Everything I tried was excellent, but I have to say that the cheese steak was my standout favorite. On top of that, the staff was always friendly, and the restaurant was spotless.

Where to start.. the young gentleman behind the counter had great customer service. Little mishaps with the order but another young lady was able to correct it. The team at this location had 5+ star service the whole time I was at the restaurant. Extremely customer oriented. Once we got the food it was steaming hot. I tried the whole cheesesteak sub and had some of the boneless wings on special. Both items didn’t disappoint. Had to take to go since plates were jammed pack. I will be returning if in the area again.

Very good food and would recommend them. We had the gyro, cheeseburger and steak sandwich. It’s not fancy but very good.wish I could give them a 10 star.

After some very frustrating experiences trying to get some ice cream down town, I remembered Miami Subs had ice cream. (I used to teach at H.O.B. & often grabbed lunch here.) The service was so great, we ended up getting lunch and ice cream. Thank you Lauren for turning our afternoon around! We'll be back!

I had the Gyro - I thought I was back in Greece for a moment. Surprisingly good food that could be sold in a higher end establishment. Good service, too! Thanks!

This Miami Subs Grill location in Key West has the best cheesesteaks on the island, beating out its local competitors Mr Z, & Jersey Mikes by a country mile, in my humble opinion. The bread is the magic ingredient here. I don't know where they're sourcing it from, but the sub rolls are perfectly toasted, pairing beautifully with the juicy steak, onions and cheese. Onion rings with the special sauce on the side also hit the spot. Food is ready from order to table in under 10 minutes, served hot and tasty. The indoor decor is pure 90s retro, with purple and teal colors invoking nostalgia from the older crowd and disgust from the yout. 5/5 would recommend to anyone and everyone. Get yourself a Miami Subs cheesesteak here today, you won't regret it!

My experience here was good. I order a to go order, everything looked clean, the person taking orders was polite, fast and something I liked is that she was aware of everything, welcoming those who arrived and saying goodbye to those who left. I know that this is done in restaurants but in fast food of this style I have not seen it so common. Good job

What a great place for a delicious and calm lunch away from the downtown hustle. I would share a photo of my gyro platter with you but I devoured it. The flavor and crispness of the gyro meat was better than my favorite Greek restaurant back home. They also accommodated my mother who wanted a small salad with a scoop of tuna fish. It’s a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are all super friendly from the counter staff to the kitchen staff. I will definitely be back and recommend you stop by soon. You’ll love the variety and quality of the food.

Haven't seen a Miami Subs since I was a kid... I remember it being delicious, and it did not disappoint. Wish there was a location near me!

Not your typical fast food. Great salads, subs and gyros sandwiches. Also has an ice cream counter featuring my favorite, Texas Blue Bell ice cream.

Good sub sandwiches. Ordered the Club Sub and it was big enough to share. Fast efficient service. Good place to stop by, pick up a sandwich and head to the beach. Much tastier than those other chain sub shops.

Here for work and found this place. A great cheesesteak and awesome wings. Im a big boy and a full cheesesteak, 10 wings and a large fry for $30 nowadays aint bad at all. Ill be back again before I leave.

One of the last Miami Subs in Florida this family owned location had the best fast food experience in the Keys. Hot food, fast , and very clean. Love being able to walk in and remember the nostalgic feeling of when I was younger eating gyro. For the kids there is a great selection.

Best Philly and fries ! Must of dropped my credit card in parking lot on the way out ! Sean called me the next day to tell me I lost it ! Great local people helping locals !

Don’t order online. Waste of your time for this location. They do not have everything offered and they haven’t changed it. Update: I was advised I would receive a refund and confirmation email. Neither which has occurred. Called back and to speak to the manager and was told it’s a corporate issue. So which is it? Corporate business or family run? How can you be family run and no control over your online orders? Still no refund.

Giving 5 stars because everyone that works here is super nice. Good burgers and cheesesteaks. Good ice cream. My only complaint is they use too much bleach to clean. But at least they are cleaning.

I really love this place, a step above fast food but not the tourist trap prices of many local places in Key West. The chicken creaser salad is amazing! We have it for dinner several times a month, its the best at any price! Fast service, great burgers and so much more. Seriously go here! AMAZING!

I’ve lived here for 22 years and never stepped inside a Miami Subs, in the last two weeks I have gone in and had the Caesar salad and it’s the best I’ve had in a long time, this place is pleasant and clean and employees are all top tier, this will be a weekly visit for me!!

Our family of 5 has been in Key West for the last week and this has been our go-to lunch spot. We stopped in for lunch our first day and the wings, fries and gyro were awesome. We kept stopping back by for subs for our boat lunches. They tasted great even after being in the cooler. The ice cream and shakes were also delicious. Even when busy, the service was fast and the restaurant was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back when we come back to the keys.
