HAPPY hour is nice 4-6. Tried the pork wings, sweet potatoes and coconut shrimp. Tim our bartender was super friendly and took great care of us.

Presentation! Presentation! Presentation! If we were rating on presentation the score would be a 5 for sure! The Tuna Poke appetizer and key lime ice cream sandwich were 5 stars all day long! The ambiance outside was very nice. Service was great. The live music was an added bonus! The meals however were just 3 star and we felt this is what most people would want us to rate. My husband got the turkey goblet dinner and although the turkey was nicely cooked, the dressing waffle was dry and overcooked. Dressing is a staple for this dish and although the waffle was an artsy idea for an artsy town, it just doesn’t work for this dish. The lobster Mac & cheese had lots of shrimp and lobster but the noodles were mushy. (I think They may have been home-made which deserves extra kudos) but unfortunately you can’t have Mac & cheese without the Mac! Overall Off The Hook had enough highlights that we would return and give it a second try!

On vacation from Pennsylvania, we stopped in for dinner. The lady who served us was so nice, and enthusiastic with helping us through the menu. She recommended the shrimp and lobster gnocchi, telling us it was her favorite thing, and boy did she steer us right! It was fantastic! The fried green tomatoes were delicious (my first time trying alligator), and the duck pizza hit the spot as well. At the end we just had to share a piece of their blueberry mint key lime pie. We had a wonderful experience here!

Very attentive staff. Great place to eat while waiting for our bus to go to Miami. Hand sanitizer was on the table which I appreciated. The cheese pizza was very good. Go during happy hour for great prices

So good, we ate there twice. I’m celiac and they had a lot on the menu I could choose from. They were super sensitive to my needs which I appreciated. I had their gluten free Greek pizza with lamb, homemade crust!, it was outstanding. My family, who aren’t celiac, couldn’t believe how good it was. They loved their meals and raved about how good it was. Everything we had was delicious. Service is amazing and attentive. Go there if you’re celiac or not!

Overall we enjoyed the service and atmosphere at Off the Hook Grill. Our waitress was incredibly helpful with dietary needs, and they even have a separate menu (ask for it) for those who are gluten free. Couldn't have been more happy with our service and the ambiance. My wife ordered the tripletail dinner and I ordered the ceviche. The tripletail was nearly 40$, and I don't think it was worth that. My ceviche was 15$ which was relatively reasonable, but not much of a meal (which was what I was going for). I'd recommend this location, however, I do think the owner needs to adjust the pricing a bit.

Gluten free options were amazing! Started off with crab and corn chowder. Then I had the Italian pizza on a gluten free crust and a side of plantains. The bartender Billy made us his signature old fashioned that was great as well. Hubs had the mole chicken entree and said that was delicious as well. Great experience, will definitely be back!

We were hyped for this place by looking at the reviews; however, it was a very disappointing experience for us. Our server was super off. There was literally no atmosphere. Portions were different for the same meal. I make better deviled eggs at home!!! Just waste of money. Not recommend!

Very friendly, lovely atmosphere, and great food--what else can you ask for. I did a quick search for gluten-free menu options and Off The Hook hooked me with the deviled eggs, which did not disappoint! One of the better gluten-free pizzas I have had. I was in early for dinner with the old folks after a day of fishing, the bartender was friendly and welcoming. You can't go wrong here.

We had dinner here right after the Dry Tortugas trip. We are so glad we chose this excellent restaurant. The food was amazing. We liked it so much we came back a few nights later after we had tried many others. Best menu, best food! Caesar salad with grilled Mahi and coconut shrimp. Good bloody mary too! Tip for football fans: they have a secret bar in the back behind the restaurant with TV screens and a happy hour ... great bar. Had the lobster goat cheese pizza. Amazing!

Off the hook is an excellent restaurant an Old Town Key West just a bit off the path of Duvall. I had the the gobbler which was fantastic. It was like a turkey open-face Sandwich where the stuffing I've been turned into a waffle and everything was on top of that--turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy. Like an upscale version of Thanksgiving on a plate. Also their rendition of a espresso martini it's one of the best I've had in Key West. It's definitely worth eating here and I would come back again.

I’m local. Food is generally very good. But there are two host here and 4 people in restaurant. No ambiance what so ever. Lit up like a foot ball field. This place could be amazing but owners obviously have no clue how to create ambiance….but yes reasonably good food. Old off the hook was so much better.

Hi Off the Hook Grill, I went on a busy Thursday evening and chose to sit at the bar since there wasn’t any table seating’s available. I felt weird at the bar due to not knowing anyone at the bar. It seems like Key West locals come to the bar a lot. I couldn’t enjoy my meal when there was a lady screaming and talking so loud at the bar. I guess I should have waited to get a table instead of having to deal with a lady being disrespectful. The staffs were super friendly and gave us good options on what meal to choose from if we couldn’t decide. I ended choosing the Ahi Tuna BLT Burger. I thought my burger was really delicious! The Lobster Mac and Cheese was alright. I wish the flavor was better. Maybe my tastebuds were off that day. Overall, if I’m ever in Key West I would highly try his place. Their food is good and came out quick! The staff here are highly knowledgeable about the restaurant!

What a great place to eat. Very clean everywhere. Had the triple tail (Jamaican jerk) Seafood Mac and some scallops. All cooked and seasoned perfectly. A little classier than what you find off Duval St. Would highly recommend. Also the espresso martini and the bloody Mary (spicy) were worth the visit alone.

This would be one of my regular spots if I was local. The staff is world-class. It seemed like they enjoyed working there, and I could tell. I love the $4 All Day IPA "All Day, Everyday" special. That is such a great beer, and it's probably the most affordable pint of beer on the island. I'll be back next time I am in Key West.

At first, I thought this place was going to be amazing. The hostess was wonderful, Sadly that wasn’t the case with our waitress. It seemed as if she didn’t know the menu, and she didn’t speak English that well, and that lead to trouble when we were trying to order. We brought our own fish in to get cooked, and we had questions about the sides that came with it, how it was going to be cooked, etc. she didn’t understand us when we were asking about the side potions (you get 3 sides, with the family of 4) and another lady had to come answer our questions. You get to pick 3 seasonings for your fish out of the 4 seasoning they have. Our waitress was reading them out, and we couldn’t understand what she was saying and she just stared at us, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The fish was steamed, and wasn’t the best. The broccoli florets were alright, would have been better if they were cooked fully. Their garlic parmesan potato’s were pretty good, probably my favorite part of the entree. We decided to order dessert, and the banana Pullman was delicious! At the end when we got our check they pre-tip themselves 20%. Luckfully we realized and didn’t leave another 20% on top of that. Also if you pay with card they charge you extra, which no one ever communicated with us. Our bill went from $120 to $165 with out us doing anything. I honestly expected more from the ratings online, which is why I am leaving a review.

This was a great little restaurant. The food was all delicious and the staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly the deviled eggs were a highlight! My entree was an ahi poke bowl and was also delicious!

We had a party of 5 and made a last minute reservation. They made accommodations for us and even stayed open a little late. Sang happy birthday to our friend as well (they helped us keep it a secret). As you can see in the photos the food looked amazing and tasted even better. The dinners were melt in your mouth good. The blueberry mint key lime pie was divine. Thank you for a wonderful experience, made our night.

Probably the most enjoyable of our trip. Was not a gimmicky place like most here. Very nice and friendly staff (thanks Tim for being out server), food was absolutely delicious, drinks were very good. The scallops over pork belly over fried green tomato were outstanding. Also some nice deserts blueberry key lime pie and a key lime ice cream sandwich. Put this place on your list as a don't miss.

Could not believe we had never been here before. Gluten free lobster pizza was amazing! Shrimp was perfectly cooked, and pork wings were great. We will definitely be back.

Excellent presentation, flavor combinations, and quality! My BF and I were able to try some elusive triple tail and it was the best fish we'd ever eaten. The blueberry key lime was was also excellent!

This place was amazing! We got the Mexican street corn and crab chowder which was so good! I got the gobbler and that was AMAZING Omg the flavor was so good. Can’t wait to come back and try more things here. The service was awesome and we got to take a dog bone home for the dog. 10/10 recommend! Finally stopped for dinner after passing several times, y'all don't miss this ‐ Tim behind the bar had the best recommendations too. Strawberry Mule, Conch Ftittes, 6 Pepper Yellowtail Snapper, Salted Caramel Gelato smooshed between 2 chocolate Chip Cookies, and a bonus taste of the blonde espresso martini 🤤 100% worth the calories!

Best fancy food with a casual atmosphere. They're specials are to die for especially the key lime creme brulee and the grouper tacos. They have a shrimp deviled egg that's killer. The servers are awesome too
