The original Kermit's, and we were so happy we stopped by. If you are looking for the best key lime pie, I would definitely recommend this be the one you try first. The pie was so creamy and just the right amount of tartness. Great key lime taste. The store is amazing. They have a tasting area where you can literally taste anything you might be interested in buying. They have key lime everything. The candies and cookies were amazing. We could have spent hours in this shop. Definitely stop by for the full experience. The store offers ice cream, pies of course, and specialty drinks. My husband had coconut ice cream and said it was the best ice cream he had ever had. Of course, I went for the key lime pie. And I did not regret it. It, by fair, was my favorite. 10/10. After making our purchase, we went out back to their courtyard, which we definitely recommend. It was so beautiful and relaxing. Flowers everywhere with a koi pond. The sound of running water. There are plenty of tables to enjoy a nice snack. They also have a kitchen that offers a nice meal break while wandering the town. If you are in the area, I would recommend taking the trip down to the original Kermit's to get the full experience.

I have never had Key Lime pie. So, I decided to try some since I'm in Key West, FL. I used my resources to help me find the best Key Lime pie in Key West and Yelp seems to think that Kermit's Key Lime pie is the best. When I walked into the store of Kermit's Key Lime pie and informed them that I had never had Key Lime pie before, both sales attendants were SHOCKED! I said that I had heard this was the place to get "the best" Key Lime pie. Well, strangely enough, they both quickly agreed! So, I ordered my single slice of Key Lime pie. While paying for it the attendants told me they had "garden seating" behind the store. The seating is very nice, but it is outdoor seating, so it is at the mercy of the weather currently being enjoyed by Key West. Fortunately for me, I was at the store right about sunset, so I just had to survive the humidity. Now, about the pie. As I've said, this was my first ever slice. So, I have nothing to compare it to. Having said that, I was very pleased with my first slice of Key Lime pie a la Kermit's Key West Key Lime pie shop. It was creamy, light, with just a touch of tang. The graham cracker crust was delightful. I am very pleased with this pie and will be using it to compare all other key lime pies in my future.

A definite stop in Key West. The key lime liqueur cake is a must have as well as the key lime pie ice cream. Goes without saying, the key lime pie was great. They even ship if needed, have a little garden patio to sit have pie and coffee. Nice location. Great selection of key lime gifts.

I love this shop especially the table that seats 6 near the orchid garden and fountain. It’s simply beautiful there and so relaxing. There is also a restaurant next to the shop. I ordered French fries and they were very good! My niece ordered a drink and stated that it didn’t have much alcohol in it. We didn’t taste the key line pie because we had already eaten some at another shop. The store has many items for purchase and is very inviting. I recommend visiting if in the area if for no reason but to enjoy the beauty of the orchids!! They are simply beautiful as you can see from photos.

My favorite spot in Key West! This little shop sells all things key lime and is complete with a little seating area out back that is the true highlight of the shop!! There is a little pond filled with koi fish (I think) and large gold fish, plus tiny fish as well. Hanging over this man-made pond are many varieties of orchids and ferns, creating a jungle vibe. There is a little waterfall gushing into the pond, and a wall of bamboo with water trickling down after being piped up to the top. Perched around this delightful scene are small tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy your delicious key lime pie or other key lime products bought in the shop! If you do nothing else in Key West, this place is a must!

This place is a must you have to get something key lime after all it is in Key West!! Everything in the store was key lime themed and flavored too. From reviews it said the pie was the best so we went for a whole key lime pie. We were so glad we did! Ohhhhhh sooo delicious. My husband and I just loved it and had to refrain from finishing it in one night. If you are not sure whether you want to go with a slice or an entire pie just go with the entire pie. Also they do ship the pies within the US as well.

We shared a piece of Regular Key Lime Pie with was AWESOME! We sat in the garden out back, which had a coy pond and bamboo waterfall. We didn't plan to stay long, but the atmosphere was peaceful. We were here for almost an hour!

A very lovely place to try the key west special key lime pie. I personally like “not too sweet” dessert. And this one fit my sweet level. I was expecting some sugar bomb but it turned out fine. The store has a lot of stuff to get, a lot more than just pie. The backyard has a really sweet dining area. They also have some koi in there little zen garden. They are really beautiful. I can feel the store is full of story and the owner put some serious time decorating it.

The original store! We loved it here and was super excited that we got to meet Kermit himself. He was super cool with us taking a photo with him. The key lime candy is the best. The key lime pie is very tart but I like that. We will definitely be back.

Great little store with good variety. You can buy a whole pie or a slice. We tried the original, coconut, and the strawberry key lime pies and all were great. I think strawberry one was a winner for all of us. Next day we came back and bought two more whole pies to take home, they can package it for you in ice to survive for 14 hours, I think they also have shipping options. Oh, and they have an outdoor restaurant as well.

Best Key Lime Pie on the Island. Creamy, Tangy, and refreshing. Graham Cracker Crust and condensed milk, they do it the legit way here. This version (not the Front Street Location) also offers breakfast and other food options if you’d like a meal to go along with your pie. Don’t forget to visit the gift shoppe as well. There is more things than you could possibly imagine in there.

This place is fantastic. I ordered a chocolate dipped key lime pie on a stick. It was so good. I also bought a slice of key lime pie to bring home and I'll happily devour it tonight. The also have ice cream and other goodies. I highly recommend if you're in Key West. Prices are fair, dress is casual and staff is friendly.

The best coffee in the whole Keywest ☕️ Since i arrived to the US, i have been coming to Kermit’s almost everyday. The yard is like a chill breakfast place, quiet, fresh. The food is really really good, and the menu is full of different things! Servers are mega nice! If you are in Key West chilling, remember this place:)

Tried a few key lime pies while in KW. Kermit’s was my favorite. Smooth, not too sweet, great key lime flavor. Nice crust.

Kermit’s never disappoints! If you are looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST key lime anything Kermit’s is the place. They have sauces, salsas, candies, nuts, jams, jellies, cookies, ice cream key lime juice and of course pies in key lime. They have multiple pie flavors, key lime, strawberry key lime and coconut key lime! We love the keys and only get key lime desserts from Kermit’s, and h and did we mention you can have the pies shipped😲😲😲

IYKYK, hands down the best and most amazing key lime pie in the world. If anyone wants a contest message me and I will have to try yours out. But Kermit's is by far amazing. There are so many tasty items to try and so many things to take home. They're frozen pies are perfect for that drive home. They even ship, and have gift baskets for those loved ones. Make sure you stop in to one of their locations when you're down here.

Came here to get the key lime pie. We walked around the store at first and enjoyed looking at all the different items - lots of lime products to choose from. They have lots of samples so you can try the products before you buy them. They have cookies, sauces, spices, candy, and lots of other tasty treats. The staff were really nice and they have a bathroom and outdoor seating area. However, I must say the key lime pie wasn't my favourite. I know a lot of people enjoy it, so it's definitely good to try it and decide for yourself. It was denser and not as creamy as other ones I've had. But all in all it was nice to stop in and there's lots of great stuff to buy and try.

Took a trip to key west from Miami for a weekend. This place is a gem. The chocolate covered key lime pie is truly something.. haven’t stopped thinking about it hahah. Love the little patio in the back too. So beautiful. Def a gem.

This was the third place we tried key lime pie in Key West. It's a big store with tons of key lime food/packaged products. We got: - Key Lime Pie - White Chocolate Dipped Frozen Strawberry Key Lime Pie - Key Limeade - Key Lime Cookies (packaged) The regular key lime pie was the worst we had. The dipped frozen strawberry one was fantastic though. Stick to the frozen ones in my opinion. We also enjoyed the key limeade and cookies.

Good place to try key lime pie in Key West. Pie was delicious. They sell ice cream and smoothies as well. There is a souvenir section of the shop and a nice garden area outside with tables that you can eat at.

My best key lime pie ever! (and I'm quite picky) Not too heavy or sweet, just pure perfection. The service is quick and nice, few tables on the patio to enjoy this beauty. In the store you can literally buy everything related to key lime pie but just for a slice it's definitely worthwhile to stop by!

This store is wonderful. They have a nice variety of different products all key lime flavored ranging from soap, salad dressings, hot sauce, ice cream, pies, candies and so much more. It’s a must go if you love key lime like I do. We brought some pies slides to try of course which were delicious! They also have a nice little outdoor garden where you can sit, relax and enjoy your food while seeing the cool Koi fishes.

I was able to try 4 different Key lime pies while.in the Keys and Kermit's was the best. Both the chocolate dipped and regular pie were delicious. Serving size is on the small side FYI if you're a big eater or hungry take that into account. They have outside seating as well off of the main store with a koi pond. Very cool place to relax and enjoy dessert.

DELICIOUS key lime pie! I loved the outdoor seating area to hang out and enjoy all of our goodies. You could get lost in their little shop just oogling and salivating over all their different key lime inspired treats!

Love this little shop! My husband and I came here 7 years ago and had to find it again when we brought our kids down to Key West. You can find everything key lime in this shop. One of our favorites is the key lime pie on a stick dipped in chocolate.

It was a beautiful shop and they had so many souvenir gift options! Also, we loved the chocolate dipped key lime pie on a stick. We also got to try strawberry key lime pie, which was a little different. Still delicious! Highly recommend!

Authentic key lime pie shop with more than a slice of pie. I got the chocolate dipped key lime pie on a stick and my wife got one scoop of the key lime ice cream. Both were a great treat on a hot Key West afternoon. The sell many other key lime inspired delicacies and flavored items and you could easily spend an hour looking over the offerings of the shop. There is a nice patio garden you can sit in with a few tables on porches with a ceiling fan.

The most delicious key lime pie in Key West! I was able to meet Chef Kermit and it was such a pleasure. There's a cute little koi pond and waterfall out back to enjoy while you eat. Indoors there's a huge variety of key lime sauces, dressings, candy, etc. Anything and everything key lime you could think of.
