Gorgeous old bar and a great bartender! Michelle was a blast! She made me a delicious margarita and we had the pork belly app. They were nice and crispy! I also had a Smithwicks and the taste was spot on, taps were clean!

Not a bad place. Wouldn't say it necessarily has an Irish pub feel. It has dark wood and the right beers, but other than that it's a regular bar. That said the service is top notch and the beer is excellent on an island full of IPAs. The food was good stuff. I had the fish and chips and the wife loved her flat bread pizza. There is an outdoor seating area that gives great views of upper Duval.

Absolutely Great Restaurant! The staff are friendly. The food is good. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. There’s a bar, and there’s TVs to watch sports. Without doubt Old Town Tavern is one of the best restaurants in Key West!

Went here just based on google reviews and it was an amazing find. Beautiful old world decor with seating inside and out. Plants everywhere. I had the fish and chips and the batter was light and delicious with local fish. We also had the key lime crème brûlée! Sweet and tangy with a crunch burnt sugar top!

Happy Hour is where it’s at! Super casual dining. Great beer selection. Well drinks for happy hour were $3.50. Beer is 25% off for HH. The appetizers were super tasty. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting and get a bunch of appetizers and drinks. Meatballs lacked a little flavor in the meat, but the sauce complimented it well. Jerk wings were great. Fried pork belly was really good. Black Bean Hummus was great! Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Price was GREAT compared to other spots in the area.

Ok people need to talk more about the Old Town Taverns food. It is delightful and refreshing. I started w appetizers and couldn't stop. Highly recommend the black bean hummus, cauliflower and fries. This easily feed 2 to 3 people. Delicious 😋. Staff was very friendly.

Stopped in here to grab a beer and some lunch and overall a great spot. The burger was awesome, the fish and chips were great with the just the right type and amount of batter and the salad hit the spot. Great selection of cold beers. The only downside for us was a pretty weak kids menu. Other than that, cool atmosphere and would go again, especially without the kids.

This was probably the worst Fish and Chip I have eaten and I have eaten a lot on our travels. The fish was really gooey and over cooked and the potato chips were really soft and full of fat. If you are a good cook, you cannot fail with this dish. If I could, I would give this zero points.

I ordered the chicken stir-fry and it was so flavorful and pretty healthy with all the veggies and quinoa! My family and I sat on the outdoor patio and it was so nice. I’m a fan of all the plants and the huge tree. My family got the fish and chips, grouper sandwich and the BBQ flatbread and they really liked it. Not bad prices and a great location on Duval.

Your classic tavern but plucked out of Ireland and placed in paradise. The staff here is truly unmatched. This was a frequent stop during my stay for an ice cold beer and fantastic happy hour deals! The food is excellent (try all their flatbreads!), the atmosphere is fun, and the drinks are delicious. This is a great place to catch the game or stop in early for one of their tasty bloody Mary to help recover from the night before.

Friendly service. Everyone’s meals were delicious. Fancy, yummy salads. My hamburger and fries were delicious. The fish sandwich was outstanding. They came with different fries. I didn’t like the fries with the fish as much as I liked the fries with my hamburger. Would definitely recommend this place.

I highly recommend stopping in and seeing Polly behind the bar. She's a great mixologist with an awesome personality and great smile. She really knows how to mingle with her customers and which leads to meeting others at the bar for awesome conversation. The tavern offers great food, a friendly atmosphere, and wonderful staff, not to mention you may see an occasional rooster stop by. This was our first stop after checking in, and we are so glad we did. It's was a nice way to start off our vacation. Thanks, Polly, see you tomorrow.

Tried to go here prior night but they were closed for their staff Christmas party. Worth the wait though. Managed to stop in before our flight out of town and try a few different beers. For craft beer selection this place is probably the best. There are two breweries but the beer here you will find comes from near and far. They pretty decent selection but nothing too crazy. However there are several beers in several different styles from lagers, stouts, IPAs, etc. We unfortunately didn't have a lot of time to get food but we did get an appetizer that came out pretty quick and was delicious. Scotch eggs! Two thumbs up. The atmosphere inside was fairly low-key since they had just opened up for the day and it was early on but I could imagine this place would be a lot of fun.

We were here for the first time and would definitely come back again to eat. Everything was delicious and our server was very sweet. Great place with indoor and outdoor seating options.

When no one else was opened, they were! I ordered the Corn & Zucchini Fritters along with the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and everything was delicious!! And the leftovers were just as good when I couldn't finish it all. Staff members were awesome and a really cool place to just chill with great food!

Food was good and the half price apps can't be beat. Our server Jason was friendly and attentive. They have two sets of happy hour times as well.

This place was cool. Seemed more like a locals bar than a tourist location, even though it's on Duval. The people were nice to talk to (not just the servers and bartenders, but the patrons, too), they had a good selection of beer, the pricing was good, and they have happy hour. Also, try the fried mozzarella, you won't regret it.

Not impressed with this place. When we walked in there was no one to greet us. Finally got ahold of someone who said seat yourselves. We went to sit on the patio and after being ignored for a very long time, had to go inside to let the waitress know we were there. We would have left but it was pouring down rain. Paid extra for bacon in my Bloody Mary, which came out cold out of the fridge, you could see frozen fat on it, it was also soggy. Flat bread appetizer was actually good. But providing how awful the service was, we asked for a check to go eat someplace else. Drinks were expensive. I don't recommend.

Great place to eat and the 2x happy hour is amazing. I have never seen that before. You get 50% off flat bread and shareable items. I think they also do something with alcohol but I don't know what it is. I got the pork belly, the flat bread pig and pickle, and the chicken wings. The pork belly was pretty good and the flat bread pig and pickle was surprisingly amazing! The wings, jerk, was just okay. My friend got the barbecue chicken flat bread and the tempura asparagus, they were both pretty good as well. We sat at the bar and Justin was our bartender and he was on it, taking care of everything without having anyone wait. He's definitely the spark plug of the bar. I would give this place a 4.5 but I'll round up.
