We were sat immediately $ our host asked if we wanted indoor or outdoors. We chose outdoors to enjoy the spirit of the evening! Ordered the amazing Key Lime Martini & the tasty grilled chicken flat bread! Tasty! And service was amazing by our Bartender Robert! Very attentive and attention to detail! He made our experience unforgettable & very memorable! Can’t wait to go back! One of the Best Views of you like to be in the center of all the action!

Everything was good here unlike some of the other HRC's we've visited. The Hot Brownie Fudge is massive that can be shared with 4 grown-ups. The picture does not do justice to its size :-). Great vibe and view of Duval Street.

Gave 2 stars for atmosphere only. Service was not good restaurant not busy and server came by twice despite trying to wave them down. Was told cheese came with pretzel and it was mustard. Coleslaw was cut way to thick. Green beans were not cooked and not seasoned. No salt or pepper offered.. With all the places to go to in Key West this hand down was the worst.

Location is nice and centered on Duval Street. Indoor and outdoor dining options. There is also a gift shop outside. For a chain, this is definitely one of the more unique branches of it. The restaurant stays on brand while matching the contemporaries around it for that signature Key West atmosphere.

I loved this place! The atmosphere was great with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was great and the bathrooms were extremely clean. The only downside (which isnt really Hard Rocks fault) was that our ship docked at 7:30 and left at 1:00 but nothing in Key West including Hard Rock opens before 10 or 11 so we were pressed for time.

ROCK the house on service!!!! First and foremost our server was absolutely amazing. Fun, prompt, and most of all made us smile. Food delivery was quick, visually great, but seriously one of the best tasting salads I’ve had. My 2 nieces were extremely happy with their burgers. Was able to walk in and get a seat right away. Very clean inside. They represent hard rock very well. Also outside seating and bar if you want to enjoy the weather. Will be back for more beers (root beer) and fun!!

Beautiful old home turned into a restaurant. It had a homey feel. The food was good. The waitress seemed preoccupied and inattentive didn't ask us for refills or offer straws. But the food was good.

The food was delicious when we finally got served. Not our server's fault, the host sat us in a section that was not visible to our server and forgot to tell him we were there. The server kept apologizing and was very attentive after that. Again not his fault. The atmosphere reflects the name so expect to hear loud hard rock and roll. It's an experience. Give it a try.

Stopped for a quick bite, was seated immediately. Angie provided awesome service and the food was good.

The restaurant has a really nice design and there is no waitlist. I liked the atmosphere as well. The food was not impressive at all though. Pepe's Cafe can beat their pulled pork sandwich any day, plus their fries were not fresh. The staff is friendly but they need better training bc they forget your drinks and cutlery. I liked that they are super pet friendly and they even offer a free piece of burger for your puppy or kitten. The place is not that pricey either, which is two thumbs up, considering the menu is decent. I would certainly go again.

We make it a point to try all the local Hard Rock's in each city we are in that has one. The food has become so basic though. A few years ago they had way more variety. The food is fine. Classic American dishes. Nothing fancy or mind blowing. Typical stuff but it's good.

Perfect for cocktails and drinks!! The barista prepared excellent cocktails and was very professional as well as clients oriented. Iced water is served upon arrival and before ordering. Cocktails are served in hard glasses (not disposable like many other bars in Key West) which is better also for environmental impact. Nice to have a drink outside on the terrace. I recommend!!!

Key West is the place to be! Right on Duval St. Outside bar/dining is available so you can enjoy the Florida weather with a cold drink in your hand. Bartender was friendly, attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about the weekend happenings. I've go to say the Key Lime Pie is out-of-this-world & and a must if you stop here!!

Delicious food in an awesome place right in the heart of old town Key West. It has a perfect location along Duval Street. We really enjoyed the decorations of the rock and roll memorabilia and the good music. Great, responsive service, and the waitress answered all our questions about the area and directions to things we wanted to see.

I have been to many hard rock cafés around the world, and they never seem to disappoint. The one here in Key West Florida is another banger. Great food, great atmosphere, and pretty good service. The staff is super nice. It's a great place to enjoy some good food and company of good friends. If you're hungry and just wanna eat without trying to find a good spot, this place is a no-brainer. I recommend it 100 percent.

You definitely pay for the ambiance and the name. Since I’m from Orlando, I’m familiar with the Hard Rock Cafe because we have one over in City Walk. I love extra details and they had a lot of cute features that worked with the brand. The food was pretty good for a chain restaurant. And, the staff was very welcoming.

Had lunch and received great customer service. Food was delicious. We had One night at Bangkok spicy shrimp and a cheeseburger with fries. Great Memorabilia on the walls.

The cocktails tasted really good and are huge! You definitely get a lot for your money. We sat outside and was a quieter environment (for being on Duval Street) and were able to talk with friends. The bartender was nice and gave us to-go cups so we could walk with them.

Had drinks and an appetizer at The Hard Rock with some great friends! Server was pretty slow and our drinks sat at the bar for quite sometime until I got up to retrieve them. Overall great spot.

I enjoy Hard Rock in different places and it was my first time here. The steak salad was amazing - cooked exactly as we asked, medium rare. The vegetables were fresh. The onion ring tower looked awesome and the wings were very good too. The service was on point and the views on Duval are awesome - great vibe. Definitely worth visiting to get some good food, music and just to enjoy yourself. I will return when we come back to Key West for sure.

Great food! The service was ok.. I think the waiter was frustrated because im gluten free and had to change my order so it would come out right. He gave us a cold shoulder and was super friendly with the ladies at the table next to us. It wasn't crowded so I believe he could have been more considerate of us ordering. I had to request refills and ordering more drinks. I will return but hopefully we get a different waiter for a better experience..
