Be careful if your eating a salad from this IHOP. Dirt all on the inside of the lettuce as shown in pictures. Unfortunately I ate a few bites before realizing every piece of lettuce had dirt between it. The night shift always messes up orders. The worst IHOP I’ve ever had.

Always one of my favorite breakfast restaurants when you're in a hurry and don't want to starting searching for places. The food is consistent and tasty. Our group of three had pancakes with various sides. The pancakes didn't disappoint. The service was quick and good. The facility is sparkling clean.

One of my favorites breakfast places. The Ham and Egg Melt (my favorite from IHOP) always delicious. The service good, always such a nice ladies you can find on this places. I like it and I recommended.

I was there with my new boyfriend on 1/31/23. When the waitress ( I believe the manager, but am not certain) found out that is was his birthday, she made the day special. She brought him birthday pancakes with ice cream, a cute paper crown, and a scarf from her personal things. Then all the staff sang happy birthday. I was touched by her kindness, and he certainly enjoyed the event. Also, it was his first visit ever to an IHOP, it's sure to be a lasting memory for us both! Thank you IHOP!

We were on our way home from Key West. We stopped at IHOP to get a sandwich and coffee. The service was very good and efficient. The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. People coming in spoke and struck up a conversation while we were all waiting.. .Both of our servers were older ladies who we guessed were the only ones who didn't do a lot of New Years Eve partying the night before. The food was good, They didn't have my husband's favorite coffee creamer, but everything else was good.

The waitress was fantastic, the food was great and I normally don't eat at chain restaurants. The floor was greasy and the bathroom was a sauna. All of that being out there management needs to put some time into a deep clean and it would be perfect. I'd recommend anyone to go and eat there.

Excellent attention and service. I loved the Mexican 3 Leches, super delicious 😋. The atmosphere is very cozy and pleasant.

IHOP is a breakfast lover's paradise! The pancakes are fluffy, the omelets are delicious, and the coffee is always fresh. The service is top-notch, and the ambiance is cozy and welcoming. Whether you're in the mood for a classic breakfast or something more adventurous, IHOP is the place to go!

We ordered 3 breakfast samplers which include eggs, 2 bacon, 2 ham, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes and hash browns. Nihal was our server. She was very sweet. Made sure our order was correct. Place was packed for a Saturday AM. 10-15 min wait.

It was a little hectic trying to find a parking spot from the place being so busy. I could tell the waitresses and cooked weren't seeing eye to eye and was fussing a little but it didn't hinder the service. We were seated pretty quickly and served pretty fast. The food was very good and our drinks stayed full. It's worth the stop.

This location needs renovation work done. Leaky condensation pipes in ceiling ruining the walls and ceiling tiles. Food portion is not as big as Denny's. Food was average.

The food was pretty good, and the service was quick. I will complement how on top of making sure my coffee was full they were. However I went to use the bathroom after my meal and was blindsided by the strength of the bleach or other cleaner they were using. I was unable to keep my eyes from tearing up and tried my best to hastily get out of there. They were also having some issues with the card readers, so it was cash only for the night.

Waffle was good, but weirdly, it wouldn't soak up the syrup. I didn't eat the eggs because they tasted funny. Not bad but funny. I didn't say anything because having cancer has made my taste different, so it could have been me. The orange juice was very tasty, not bitter like it is so often. All in all, though, I was happy.

Had to wait 30min to get our drinks. Party of 4, only got 3 drinks and none of them were what we ordered. Waited another 30min to order food, the old lady who served us never came to take our order. Then we left hungry after 60min. We told the elderly lady who was the only server that night and she didn't care about it. The cook obviously was super pissed about her because prepared food ready to serve was already stacked up cold. We apologized to him, he seemed trying to do a good job. Unfortunately the waitress did not.

The food was tasty and tender for IHOP surprised me the service was really nice and Ambience was fine the prices was okay

Food was great. Service was great, except for someone who is a supervisor or manager who I saw in several instances talking people down. Now the bad thing for me was, if you get near the kitchen, the place is filthy. Do not sit at a table close to the kitchen or you will see fruit flies and bugs. I had eaten here once before and the food was great, but seeing that the second time, I had a hard time eating, despite the food being good. Not sure I'll be back.

Pretty good IHOP with very friendly staff, food was as expected and arrived on time !

2 eggs, 2 meat, 2 pancakes, you can't really hurt eggs. Pancakes are their specialty. The bottom one was crisp and hard to cut up with a knife, a fork wouldn't do. The top one was only lightly cooked and didn't hold together. Our waitress "Fern", was very attentive, well trained, and would bring me back. The 2 inch thick brick of hash browns were not cooked through, just browned top and bottom. I can't say I would recommend any food. It was just a bad day for the cooks.

The food was good. Our server was not attentive or friendly. Yes, I asked for the seat to be wiped as I didn't want to sit in sand in my clean shorts nor in the ruined seat behind in the next booth. Perhaps that's why she walked away for a while. Maybe they need more help or the facilities need to be replaced as there was an unusual odor when we walked in too.

We got there, it was super busy, but we were seated in under 2 minutes. Friendly service, our meal was delivered very fast and was well cooked and delicious. To deliver such great service when they're slammed and still deliver great meals?! This ihop is extraordinary, great stuff.

It's one of the cleanest IHOP I have ever been to. The atmosphere was nice. Evelyn was our waitress , she was the best. She was so attentive, sweet, and gave great service. Our food was actually not that great. The steak had no seasoning and had a lot of fat. My steak omelet gave me the stomach run. That was the nastiest pancake we had. And coffee was water down. It was really bad.

The food was very good and fast to the table. Other guests were very friendly with our children. The staff were very accommodating to our small child who needed a high chair and a clean up crew for what was left on the floor. A great spot as you head out from the Keys into Miami for breakfast. Not very crowded either.

The last time I visited that place (about a week ago), the waitress was discontent with the tip I gave her. She had an attitude asking me if there was something wrong with the order/service. I said no, and I was being polite and respectful because I did not want to say in front of the clients how terrible her service was. She immediately rolled her eyes with an attitude. Anyways do not sit near the bathroom it is disgusting every time someone opens the bathroom door while you are trying to eat peacefully.

They had only one lady waiting on the entire restaurant and I think one cook and one guy bussing tables. I understand it's hard to find employees, but where is the owner or manager? Family of 4 and Our food came out at several different times with partial meals then the rest. All in all we were there for over an hour and a half. I give the waitress credit that she didn't just walk out and never return. Would give it one start except that the waitress was very apologetic the entire hour and a half we were there.

Ok, first time in Ihop to breakfast..60$ for 2 pancakes, 1 waffle and 3 orange juices... Very expensive for the quality and location, cleaning is missing..

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at IHOP. The food was not good the service was terrible our waitress blamed our service on being short staffed because of covid but yet other waiters and waitresses waited on their customers quicker than we were waited on and better. I think I got on her wrong side because I didn't want to drink out of a dirty coffee cup. If you go there and Michelle is your server I'm sorry.
