Great food and service! Even has a bar! You don’t see that at many if not any Denny’s locations around the United States. One of the only locations in Key West where you can have a sit down meal any time of day. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our server was excellent! We were seated promptly and greeted immediately. Fast, efficient and great service all around! The bar was a nice added touch but does close at 1am I believe. A fantastic option for a late night, early morning meal or anytime of the day for that matter! I am definitely coming back to this location the next time I’m in Key West whether it’s for another meal after a night on Duvall Street, for breakfast, lunch, or perhaps a drink or two at the bar! I highly recommend this Denny’s! Located in the Overseas Market in New Town next to Winn-Dixie grocery store. Also, try your luck on the claw machine located near the front entrance in the waiting area/ lobby!

Have you ever seen a Dennys with a FULL liquor bar? It's Grand Slam and a High Life Sunday for breakfast! Food was quick and delicious. Don't wait for a table, just grab a spot at the bar. Bar seats have backs. I wonder if this was a Friday's or a Tuesdays before. It had that layout/feel. Would absolutely be back!

Worst customer service ever. We were made to order food before drinks. Never in my life has that happened. Then only half of us were served our food. The server only put in HALF of our order! When the first half was delivered they then put in the second half of order. There were 7 of us and they added a 20% tip to our bill automatically. As someone that has worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years I was appalled at the entire experience. I'd much rather eat rocks than ever return to this location.

The food here was the worse I've ever had at a Denny's Fries over cooked the burgers was crunchy the buns hard. For $55 for 2 ppl it should of been $55 quality. But I'd say more like $15 is all I should of paid. Never be back.

Breakfast was good didn't expect the large party surcharge for 5 adults and a child as we ate here before and wasnt charged that. but aye oh..... we posted it so others can see and know if they visit this one in Key West....

The meat was extremely tough, there was no way to eat it. I do not recommend ordering this dish.

Only two tables in the entire restaurant and had to ask for service after being sat. Waitress was very unfriendly and dismissive. She also overcharged for three of our four meals which the manager on duty discounted but only because I brought it to his attention. We also went during their advertised happy hour but we had to go out of our way to request the happy hour menu and offerings from the server. All in all it was a terrible experience.

Firstly, the staff was very friendly and supportive, kudos! Secondly, the food was great! The burger had fresh vegetables, the meat was well cooked and the onion rings were crunchy as well. The lasagna was also quite tasty, nothing bad to say whatsoever. Recommend!

Food was good & came out quick, also LOVE the service at the bar!! Everything is always great here, will definitely recommend this spot! Great management and great customer service. & shout out to verona for being such a pleasant waitress!

Very nice. Very friendly welcome. Food was fast there after ordering. Team was joking with the kids and we got crayons and a drawing paper.

We are down here visiting. We only have IHOP where we live so this was different. The food was really good. They have a ton of options. I got the Bourbon Chicken Skillet, my husband got the meaty melt with bacon added and our girls got chicken strips and breakfast items. Julie M was so attentive. She recommended a few local hot spots to visit while we are in town. Thanks so much Julie! 😎

Our waitress Julie was very eager to help us was very attentive highly recommend asking for her if you come in you can tell she's really wanting to work, and do a good job. Very much appreciated in these days of ill content customer service.

Vistor from Jacksonville, FL. In town on vacation. Location was great. I liked how it has multiple floors and full size bar, never saw that before. Waitress was very nice and helpful, wish I could have got her name to list. Would have given you 5stars but the AC wasn't working. The food was great and came out fairly quickly. Dennys was very good. They were very busy, but they seated right away. The Waitress Sabrina was excellent. We would definitely go back. You can pretty much get whatever you want.

This Dennys in Key West is much like most of the other Dennys as far as the food., service and atmosphere. However, there is one unique difference, this one has a lounge with a full bar. Before it became Dennys it was TGIFriday. So the. owner of Dennys purchased the property, which included the liquor license. You have the choice to eat in the restaurant or the lounge. The food and the service were very good. The atmosphere reminded me of a house full of people cooking, eating, and talking. The TV monitors were on in the bar and in the restaurant with different programs. It was pleasantly busy.I

We went there for breakfast. We had a great time. The eggs, bacon and sausages were very good. We also really enjoyed the chocolate and banana pancakes. The waitress was very nice!

It was my first experience as a tourist in an American Diner and it was exactly how I imagined it. The waiter George was extremely nice and provided swift and attentive service. Requests about food allergens were answered competently. I was extra happy when I could find the grilled chicken with veggies on the menu, because i usually don't like fast food. Overall, very nostalgic place with very nice staff. Thanks for the cool experience.

Ate here twice. 1st time. was ok.2nd time . I told waitress I was really hungry. She suggested the all you can eat breakfast . I took her up on that. Brought me my scrambled eggs. Never came back to check on me I guess all you can eat has different meanings to different people. My wife ordered off the 55 menu and had more to eat than me. Waitress just disappeared.

Kind of a neat little Denney's. Only one open 24 hours in Key West, staff is super sweet, it has a whole bar which I've never seen before... Check it out. Saturday nights are too busy for us. But any other time they are great

Reached there early around 11 am and place was bit empty. We tried chicken wings which was pretty good and had to reorder. The food was ok. It wasn’t super good. Hash brown and fries were not so tasty however burgers that we tried were nice. Salmon was below average. Stayed there for like 30 mins and left.

Our 1st time at this Hyatt location. Great location for all the activities. Just a few steps, seriously, from all the great fun bars and dining. Having to pay for parking was a bummer, but it is in a parking garage, so it was worth it. We will definitely be returning.

Had a much better experience this time around. I wish I could remember our servers name but she was amazing and so sweet! Definitely made up for the horrible service we had a couple months ago. They have new staff and seems like the restaurant is running a lot better. Food was really good too.
