Good food, friendly staff, bit expensive, clean interior and restrooms. Free parking, easy access from road. Would recommend this place.

Outback Steakhouse has provided wonderful service to me and my mother whenever we come in and order steak dinners. Even the steaks are not too expensive of a price for high quality deliciousness. The staff are very chill and nice to speak to, and even gave us great recommendations on the menu when we first dined in. The atmosphere is wonderful as well. It does get packed, so be sure to plan well and call in to make sure they have spots open. I ordered their Kingsland Pasta with grilled chicken and steak, and was absolutely enthralled with how it tasted. Will always come back often to order the same thing!

Blooming onion a must. We had filet with lobster tail with baked potato. Really good. NY Strip with mashed. Both steaks expertly cooked, and flavorful. Only thing we didn't care for was the creamed spinach. Service good. Reasonably priced. It's Outback. Of course we'd go again!

Nothing like having the GM slam a door in your face when you arrive at opening for some lunch. His name was Jose, serious attitude. Now the waitress, Emily, was awsome. Food was very good and it was very clean in there. Not really sure what this guys problem with us was. He sat there the while time kinda mean staring at my wife and I. I did spend $70 on lunch so ... Maybe he needs more classes on dealing with customers.

We went in at 9:15 for a take out order & to have a glass of wine while we waited. We ordered before 2 other people at the bar & got our wine right away. The bartender served the other people right away (food & drinks), while we waited & WAITED for our food. FINALLY. - after we asked about our food (30 min after placing our order)- she came to inform us that they were out of the mashed potatoes. I accepted the baked potato. My potato was overcooked, dry & tough. The steak was mediocre - I will NOT be going back.

Don’t usually like going out, but I decided to eat at Outback. I had Sean as my server and he was fantastic!! Made sure I had everything I needed and was constantly checking on my table!

Since Key West tourism is more centered around seafood, there are not too many steakhouse options. Outback Steakhouse is a quick option for the value. Our favorite Waiter/Bartender here is Paul. Super friendly and consistent in taking care of us. Location is convenient for folks visiting the plaza, after a day of shopping or the movies. Make sure you download the app for rewards points accrued through your dining experience. You can have your steak and save money too!

We had Ralph last night and he was the best! We frequent OB a lot. I was impressed by how fast and efficient the service was. Visiting key west, expectations are low for chain restaurants but Ralph delivered! 5 stars ⭐️

Great experience, we had the fried Oreos and the new drink with the little shark that we took on a journey!

The bartender was my waitress and she was great. The foot was good, but not amazing. The salad came lukewarm and Mac and cheese lacked enough sauce. Prime rib was nice and big but lacked much flavor.

I've always had a great experience at the outback, but this location was a great experience. Tables were clean and service was impeccable. Our food came out quick and our server was awesome. Of course we ate all of the bread that came to the table. How could we not! Cold salads and a hot steak. Absolutely divine. Will definitely be returning.

Paul our waiter was very sensitive to what we needed from the menu. We are local business owners. My husband Albert had the rib eye with green beans and a premium potato and I had the prime rib with asparagus and nice same potato with seasoning. Since they have a new manager I could see a very new attitude and friendly staff. Chef got it exactly right on my prime rib. Thanks Outback for making my end of the day wonderful! Ronda

We are locals who’ve been coming to Outback for years. The food is usually great and the service is incredible. This time however our food was terrible. The green beans were actually rotting but still served, and the steaks were filled with tendons that we couldn’t stomach to eat. Pictures are below. Our server Shelisa was incredible, but when we the manager Keira came over as we kindly voiced our concerns for our food, the did nothing but tell us “I’m sorry about that”. I have experience working in the food industry for years, and as a manager the least she could have done was take off a steak or two, considering the state they were in. We were charged fully with a 10 percent discount for food we did not eat. Terrible management and we were very disappointed.

Not the best dining experience tonight at the Outback Steakhouse When we were sat, we asked to sit in a in a both , but said there wasn’t any available, the place was not busy at all, but the next table that sat was seated in a booth next to us. My boyfriend ordered raspberry sweet iced tea. The first one came out water down and no raspberry. The second one couldn’t tell you what it was made with the third one came out and it was too much raspberry and not enough tea. I ordered the French onion soup which is very good and then the wedge salad with blue cheese and the salad look like it was 10 days old… I never complain when I go out to dinner. It had nothing to do with our server she was nice, butte BOH and the back servers should look at what they are sending out I’ve been in the business for 40 years, but when you get service like that from the kitchen sending out wilted lettuce and the oh and lemon wedge in my drink looked liked it has been mushed down and probably sitting in the fruit tray for days. I wasn’t gonna to complain, but I did!!! I did get compensated for the salad and for the drink. It’s just becoming ridiculous lately. When you go out to dinner you want a great experience, but people don’t know how to do their job properly anymore, how would they like mushed slimy fruit and wilted lettuce and then needing an insulin shot with over pouring the shot of raspberry!! End of rant!!

We went to Outback Steakhouse in Key West as kind of a last resort. Looked kind of like everyone that was here because of the same reason. We were seated fairly quickly, and the staff seemed to be courteous. Things kind of slowed down after that. I guess that's what's called Key West time. But then, that's also the excuse every part of the country makes for poor service. So we ordered. The food was fairly hot and prepared, kind of as we asked. Seems to be a real pattern with Outback Steakhouse everywhere. We used to love Outback, but the food quality has definitely declined. No longer are the steaks seasoned and delicious. They are now very bland. So this Outback is no different than any others we have been to. Mediocre service and food at a premium price.

If I could give this establishment six out of five stars, I would in a heartbeat. As soon as I walked through the door i was greeted with a warm welcome by the hostess. The waiter, Juan, had great customer service and enthusiasm when answering our questions about the menu and also providing suggestions for my friends dietary restrictions. The managers, Randy and Justin, also came over and during our meal to check on us and to make sure we were taken care of which made our dining experience even better. Big shout out to the bartender Elaine for her awesome energy and service! Thank you outback key west we will definitely be back again!

Walked in for dinner on Valentine's Day. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server Anissa shortly thereafter. We ordered the special for two. Everything was delicious including the drinks. Anissa was very pleasant and attentive. She made our visit very enjoyable!!

Tonight I sat at the bar w/ gabi and bad the best experience yet at an outback!! The drinks were ice cold & perfect and the food was amazing!! Gabi was awesome, so attentive, funny & fit in so well with any crowd thrown at her!!! Will definitely be back!!!!

We had a absolutely great time. Our waiter was Daniel and we really enjoyed his service and his pleasant personality. He made us us welcomed and very comfortable. Our food was delicious and hot when it came to the table. We were down on a small trip celebrating our 44th anniversary. We have loved Key West since we were stationed there in the Navy from 1986-1990. Thank you for the amazing visit, good and Daniel!!

Best place in Key West! I tried this place during vacation. The food was amazing and the steak was cooked to perfection. One of the servers, Jorge was helpful and polite which made the experience positive! The Manager Kira was friendly, welcoming and came by to check and make sure our experience was amazing. I would have to say if you are in Key West and want great food and drinks, go to Outback Steakhouse.

To start with, I’m a daily customer at Outback, and have become very close with the staff. Everyone does their job beautifully, and it’s always a great experience. One of the newer employees is Anissa, and she’s just wonderful behind the bar. Always positive and happy. She invariably has my beverage choice in front of me within a minute. I’ve observed her interactions with other guests and I’m always impressed by her. That’s my 2 cents….. oh yeah, please bring back the twisted ribs. Love em.

Bad experience. Ordered a starter, but main course came out before, so cancelled the order. Steak was chewy. Mac and cheese was very dry. Drinks were never refilled.

In Key West, Florida (one of the biggest fish markets in Florida) they still only serve the salmon trucked in from corporate. Their food in general is kind of overpriced for the area as well. If you want something safe and familiar its a good place to go, but there are better options down here for the price.

Chandler was our waiter. He was excellant. Our steak was cooked to perfection. We didn't have to wait long to be seated. It was clean and a very nice atmosphere. We will visit here again.

Great food, perfectly cooked steak, large portions compared to the rest of Key West, bring a jacket because it’s freezing.

I came here last minute for my birthday dinner and I was not disappointed! The steak dip was amazing, my sirloin was cooked perfectly and we loved our server allison! She was super sweet, attentive and very fast! Awesome visit, I will definitely be coming back!
