The WORST customer service I ever had in my life. I asked this girl for a price and she just looked at me. After I asked the guy twice and he answer with a terrible attitude. Like he was doing me a favor. My friend went to pay and gave 100.00 bill but 5 seconds later she found change and want to give that instead. The girl gave her a nasty look and didn’t take it. We just bought in this store because it was for the kids and they really loved the stuff. If It was for me I wouldn’t have bought anything. A lot of people need a job right now and would be working there with a smile and a great attitude. His face says it all.

The store is nice and it has many cute things things including shark teeth and a large variety of shells. Met this rude cashier leaving the store, I think he needs to cut his attitude and nails. If you can't smile every now and then at work, stay home don't bring your misery to me.

Very unique and crafty souvenirs along with regular ones. Saw very practicable items as well. All very reasonably priced. A must stop!

We went here to buy more than 300 dollars worth of souvenirs for Christmas presents just to come home and find out the person ringing us up did not put ALL of our things in a bag or did not hand us all of the bags. What a shame. This store needs to hire better, attentive staff. He literally took 15 minutes to ring us up while a line of 7-8 customers formed behind us. Be wary of where u get you souvenirs and PAY ATTENTION; total disappointment. I can the number online and it’s a busy signal. No chance at all to even try to purchase again.

Great place for souvenirs! They have an amazing assortment of ornaments and Santas, and so many beautiful nautical pieces. We always stop in when we’re in Key West!

There was a lot of great home decor in here. There was also some other great items as well such as seashells, mugs and those kinds of things. I like how you exit through here after the aquarium.

So many nice things in this shop from shells, ornaments, gemstone rocks to jewelry and so much more. A must see.
