The free short distillery tour was actually pretty fun and informative. The rum is f a n t a s t i c. Really sophisticated and quality stuff and the prices are reasonable. Bring a group of 3-4 people and you can try very small amounts of pretty much every rum they offer by sharing the free samples after the tour. The cocktails you'll inevitably buy afterward are really excellent and come with souvenir cups that you can keep/bring back for a discount later. The service was also really nice. It's a good time. As a chemical engineer I'm a fan of the separation processes they're using to purify their rum so well. They're going the extra mile at every step and it's definitely reflected in the quality of the rum they're producing.

Best frozen Pina Colada on the island! You can sample any of the 10+ varieties of rum, which can be a fun way to spend 15 minutes exploring which flavor you prefer. You can get a frozen Pina Colada with a rum topper which was surprisingly amazing. Free tours of the rum factory are available also.

We really enjoyed this tour I highly recommend it! A very delightful tour, especially the part where he said they helped their community making hand sanitizers and giving them away to the community in 2017 after hurricane Irma. Wow what a passion for their community an amazing service! 17, 000 bottles they handed out! Also the rum cake was totally delicious! 100% a must to visit. Great speaker too.

The bartender was friendly and let us try as many rum flavors as we wanted without charge. The coconut was my favorite. My boyfriend liked the raw and unfiltered and ordered it with Coke as a to go drink before we left. I got a frozen Key West Colada which she topped with graham cracker crust so it tasted like key lime pie in a cup (in the best way). We were both pleased with our choices.

An amazing and must visit place in Key west. Friendly staff and they give free samples of their rum to try. The tour of Rum distillery is awesome, and great thanks to Taylor for explaining the entire process of manufacturing Rum. Was really surprised learning the process, and so much behind politics and laws of the rum process. We tried the coconut and chocolate rum, and loved both !

I really enjoyed the distillery tour and our guide, however, I found the rum base a little harsh on the palette. I do appreciate the rum aged in wine barrels which is definitely unique. The blonde, female rum-tender could’ve been a bit more welcoming and attentive to guests.

Check it out. One of my bottles (both are sealed) is missing 1/3rd the amount. Love being ripped off! Bottles should not leak out. It means your packaging is inferior. I have travelled internationally for days at end with similar bottles and never seen this before. Oh, and no leaks. I have it all in the same bag I was given when I bought it. Report this review "as well"? Interesting.

We visited and had rum samples which were very good. Team S the two girls behind the bar were very knowledgeable in rums and they were tasty. The pina coladas were the best on the island. The tour was also fun. Definitely something on your must do list.

I have to say this is the best rum I have ever had. I always get headaches when I drink and this rum didn't give me a single headache. "Team S" helped me pick out rum that fit specifically to my needs and allowed me to taste before I bought several bottles. I also had the best mojito ever! So thank you so much for an awesome experience. Also had an amazing tour guide, provided so much useful information.

Loved this place. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable in their products. The spectrum of rum was fascinating. We had samples, drinks and larger bottle selections. There is also a tour - which we’re planning on taking. If you’re a brew-distillery- dog or someone wanting to expand their spirit-knowledge, definitely see this organization.

We made a pit stop here while biking around key west for a bachelorette party. We met Gabby at the tasting bar, and she was amazing. We were able to try a couple of their house made rums and they definitely did not disappoint. Gabby made sure to give us all the tips on how to best enjoy each one, and we loved every minute of it. Thank you Gabby!

We greatly enjoyed the history tour and the tastings. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. We liked the cake so much that we came back and bought 2 more for souvenir gifts for friends back home! We also bought shot glasses & key lime pie, too!

Amazing place with even better rum. I really recommend the tour if you have the time, but if not stop by the bar. Incredible drinks and friendly staff. You can really tell the rum is made with a lot of passion.

Stacey and Kelly were super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! The rum is fantastic with an amazing selection of flavors, and definitely don't pass on the frozen pina coladas!! It is a joy to support local businesses when they're as outstanding as this one. As I sit here enjoying my Coke and Key Lime rum, I'm so thankful we popped into the shop today!

So many choices, free samples of all the different flavors! But the ready to go frozen Pina Colada’s are so refreshing and delicious. Top it off with a floater or just enjoy the cold tasty beverage as you explore old town Key West. Free tours will have you entertained and learn the history of this distillery. Great place to check out, when you’re in Key West for the day. Stop in for your cool down or grab a bottle(s) of your favorite flavor/flavors!
