Having done, Mallory Sq., Several Sunset Cruises we looked to expand our view of the famous Key West Sunset. We found the Knight Pier to be a nice change of pace. We grabbed one of the stone benches and enjoyed the peace of the sunset without all the fanfare. Saw a couple lobstering and FL Fish & Game. Overall we loved it.

A concrete pier to walk on, people watch, fish, and/or see both sunrises and sunsets. If you go around the entire end, it's just under a half a mile and an easy .5 to add to your daily walk/run.

Loved it! My friend Chuck had to leave us a few years back. I promised him that I would take him back to Key West and scatter his remains. Chuck was a long time surviver with AIDS. And it just so happens the Key West AIDS memorial is at the entrance to the pier. It was a beautiful sunset.

Great point for sunrise. Plenty of parking and magnificent sky views abound. With clouds, there is a definite drama and visual possibilities added. Nice area for long walks, runs or just the casual chilling.

Great spot to check out the sunrise, parking is usually easy and free right outside the park.

A nice little relaxing pier to take a stroll on. It's near the Key West Garden Club so you can hit both for a unbelievable peaceful time. It has great views of the ocean too and is nice to visit after a night on Duval. It also has an Aids Memorial with some quotes ingrained on a wall that will give you some contemplation. There aren't any stores or cafes really near by, but if you walk over to Higgs Beach Pier there's a simple restaurant and a playground for kids. Definitely worth adding to your Key West itinerary!

I really liked this pier. We accidentally stumbled upon it while driving down the beach. There was a big farmers market going on across the street as well. The pier is concrete and goes really far out into the ocean. This is good for those wanting to fish as well as those wanting good ocean pics. At the entrance is the Key West AIDS Memorial which was nice to see. Throughout the pier there are several benches you can sit and soak up the sun on if you get tired of walking or too hot. There weren’t a ton of people but the pier is very wide and long so it wouldn’t matter if there were. When we got to the very end, we actually saw a couple of stingrays out swimming together which was very cool. The water was clear as can be so you can see all the way to the bottom and spot anything. Def not the Gulf of Mexico where I’m from.

A wonderful surprise location that we found by accident. Although it is very big, we didn't find it until our last day. Great for getting fantastic views and potential dolphin sightings. Easy access and a lovely photo opportunity location.

Awesome place to see some fish by the pier along with other marine life.

Walked down here to do some fishing and hang-out. So many people come to take in the view and the salt air. It was fun to watch the kids riding their bikes through the salt spray when the waves would crash against the dock!

We visited Edward B. Knight Pier and found it to be a pleasant place to see. The first section, unfortunately, smells of rotten fish. It looks like the people fishing dump their bait on the pier. But if you can make it past the first section, it gets better. We walked all the way out. The water was beautiful, calm, and clear. There were a few people fishing. Some were even catching fish. Was beautiful location, enjoyed it.

Bike down for the sunrise when the streets are quieter and the air a little cooler. You won't be disappointed! Also, make sure to check out the variety of fish swimming around the edges of the pier while you're there.

A large pier that takes you a couple 100yards out into the water. It's a great place to see the sun rise or sun set, it never fails to amaze me. Throughout the day you will often see fisherman and others out walking.

Great place to watch the sunset. I remember when it was just an aborted roadway and was called the white street pier. The rebuild is beautiful and is a memorial to the many that were taken by AIDS.

Easy parking in front of the pier. Short walk car to pier. Besides visiting at king Tide, it was a nice view walking the pier. The downside for families, is kids witness several other people using the pier to smoke weed away from the beach area. Kids don't need to see that stuff. Pier itself, nice visit.

Great pier for walking, skating, or biking out to be fully encompassed by water. One of my favorite places in Key West.

The pier was clean and had nice views way out on the water. A few families were fishing from the sides. It has plenty of space to walk around and not catch a hook. There was bicycle parking at the beginning of the pier, and vehicle parking nearby. Worth a visit if you’re in Key West.

Good memorial landmark, nice quiet spot to reflect, enjoy the scenery and learn some history. Not overly crowded like the southern most point and the pier goes out further south.
