This place absolutely isn't as exclusive as it's made out to be. The ground floor rooms are mediocre but forget about getting the supposedly upgraded "suite" as they want to call it. It's narrow, lacks space and is NOT KID FRIENDLY. The staircases are extremely steep and when we mentioned it to the manager she told us to look for a different hotel. She was rude, kept telling us if we don't like the hotel we can move out. When we were (quite understandably) upset that this is how we are treated when paying almost 900 dollars a night, she threatened to evict us. The beach is a LIE, as there is a strand of sand but there's a hedge separating it from the water. Moreover the view is also mediocre at best. The pool is a pond, just small and not even 1,5m deep. This hotel is the epitome of horrible customer care and mediocrity.

Be aware, cockroaches! Totally not worth the money. In the room we had cockroaches (one walked on my neck at 1am and later I discovered more on the bathroom). At reception we were told those are not cockroaches but some native bugs. After some light research I know those were American cockroaches no matter what fancy name they are given at Key West. At 1am with a sleeping infant changing a room wasn't a feasible option so I ended up not sleeping much. Floor tiles in the whole room were so dirty that my husband needed to wear shoes for the whole the stay. To top things off, there was a raccoon in the evening by the swimming pool. We were hoping for some special treat since we don't travel much with a small baby and booked this place, which had great reviews and on the photos looked premium. Complete disappointment. One of the worst resorts I stayed at. In all fairness many hotels in India were much better than this resort. Swimming pools and breakfast were nice, but altogether it was a waste of money - even though I got refunded resort fee and breakfast price as a form of compensation.

Beautiful resort and sanctuary! We loved our stay here for our wedding/honeymoon! The staff was very nice and our room was super cozy and private. The tropical plants landscape and multiple pools were spectacular!!! You felt so tucked away but then just minutes from all the fun. The hotel poolside restaurant was also fantastic! The food, espresso drinks, and cocktails were delicious and the misting fans were lovely for a cool relaxing experience.

I think many reviews kinda miss the point of Key West. It’s not about opulence, it’s about a certain bygone era that is captured very nicely in this boutique-style hotel. The courtyard with 4 pools and winding walkways is the real “old Key West”. Key West isn’t about beaches and luxuriating, we have Miami Beach for that, Key West is a mindset. Rooms are very cute almost quaint. Beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately the power was out for several hours when we arrived and then it started to rain. We were shown to our rooms after we gave our car to the valet but no one took our bags. Bring cash to tip the valet and staff. I would definitely come back. Yes the resort fee is charged PER DAY, unfortunately if you book through apps you won’t know that as it will only show the price for one day with the caveat it will be charged by the hotel. It’s only partially true as it’s a daily fee $44. You will also be charged $24 per day after taxes for parking your car via valet(there’s no other option).

This is a beautiful venue with comfortable villas. I don't love that they are carpeted, but I imagine that's to help with sound proofing. My only really problem was the house keeping. We had flying ants everywhere in our room along with their dead carcasses and wings. I totally understand having bugs in the tropics but when we specifically asked that housekeeping addressed it they did not. I don't know how they can see all the dead bugs and wings and not wipe or vacuum them up. I'm not a diva by any means, but it became a little off putting when I found 3 bug wings in my coffee. The rest of the staff however was great. We love the bartenders at the pool bar, great memory and engaging. Especially Chris!

Enjoyed the pools, and cold a/c! Valet is included in the room price at $25 a day which is fine other than every time you want your car the valet expects to be tipped and we stayed for a week so becomes a little pricey. For the most part the staff is extremely friendly other than a few of the valet.

Lovely hotel very clean set in pretty garden surrounding's and with friendly staff. We loved that they had very kindly given a home to several rescue cats. The hotel was nice and quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we needed. One slight criticism was the daily valet parking charge which should be free if you've paid to stay at the hotel.

Carpets and the couch in the 3 bedroom villa were really dirty and stained. The pictures online appear much nicer than in person. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and the four pools were great. A waitress/bartender comes to each pool area and takes your order which we loved! Sunset from the sandy area out front was nice. They have a no smoking on property policy that is ignored. Our neighbor was on his deck smoking pot and staff didn't care. There are no barriers/privacy between the decks of each villa which was odd. Valet parking only and the valet staff were quick and kind. Concierge staff were helpful. Location is 2.5 miles from Duval Street so you will need to rent a golf cart or use the shuttle since parking downtown is hard to find.

Before you finalize any booking, take a moment to visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ It turned my almost-expensive trip into a budget-friendly escape. From the moment I checked-in to even after I was checked-out and was home, Ashley was professional friendly and very courteous. We had a pleasant weekend getaway with our kids before ending summer vacation. The room was nice & clean. We got a suite which made it feel more like a home, separating the room where the kids stay. They have 4 pool with one by the bar 👍🏼. Minutes away from Mallory Square and the historic downtown. But honestly what topped it for us was how Ashley went out of her way to help me retrieve my baby’s hospital blanket that I forgot when we checked out. She went through the hassle of looking for it, calling the laundry company and once she found it, she made sure to ship it back home. To many it might not mean much but to ME, it meant the world! My baby is almost 4 yrs old & besides that blanket being one of her favorites, that is the blanket she used when she was born including have taken her newborn pictures with. Honestly, I never expected her to do this for me and I will forever be thankful she was able to retrieve it! ❤️🙏 Thank you again Ashley to you and your staff! 🙏 We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Key West! 💯

Don't forget to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure! Great place to stay. We've stayed here three times now on trips down. Wonderful atmosphere, great setting ... Sandy Beach feel with hammocks and loungers, three pools with drink service, clean rooms, and a wonderful helpful staff.

My family and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Everything was absolutely incredible from the second we arrived and we’re greeted by valet and the bellman until check out we had the best experience. The grounds are immaculate and so peaceful. The staff, we cannot say enough good things about. Every single one of them, in every department, was so kind & welcoming, greeting/acknowledging you at each passing, and very attentive. We had a few problems - like our fan not working and a nail head popped up on a deck board on our porch, the front desk was very responsive and quick to answer phone calls and the maintenance and cleaning crews responded just as quickly. The 4 pools, stunning and so nice to have the option to spread out to a different pool and you never feel like it is too crowded. The restaurant staff also come around and wait on you at all of the pools which is such a nice bonus. You truly get what you pay for at this hotel and the experience is one of a kind. This is our new go to place in Key West and if you’re smart you’ll make it yours too!!

This place was amazing! There were four pools to relax by, little sandy beaches around the property to play games on or lay on a hammock. Depending on which room you got, ours had a balcony out front and one off of the bedroom. The staff was super friendly. It's located about 2.5 miles from downtown

It was amazing, one of the quietest experiences ever, super quiet, super beautiful, super clean, everything is close, I can't imagine being in another place when I'll go back to Key West! Only one thing you guys should work is the showers in the bedrooms, I don't know if it was Us alone on 26A but the showers temp are not up to point, the cold is cold and the hot is burning so you should get a plumb pro service to get that fix and balance it out to be a better experience, other than that this place is great!! Also a couple more hammocks in the back alleys wouldn't hurt at all and the rocking chairs in the corner, another one would be amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! We surely will be back!!!!!!!!!!

I love this place! NOT your typical beach hotel. More like beachy townhouses. Lovely pools, including one that is adults only and a quiet zone (perfect for relaxing). Great poolside bar with delicious drinks. Order the guacamole. Very friendly customer service staff!

Pros first: Four lovely, clean pools stocked with towels, sunscreen, aloe, and water with full service from the bar/restaurant. Excellent Margaritas and a really affordable happy hour. Clean, beautiful rooms with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Pretty grounds. Friendly staff. Info to know: They charge a resort fee on top of the room fee of @ $50 plus $18 per day to park which is only vallet. They advertise a beach area with hammocks but the beach isn’t actually on the water and the hammocks are in front of other rooms so we didn’t feel comfortable using them. Last, you’re too far from downtown to walk and their shuttle only runs once every 2 hours. We ended up Uber-big back and forth at a cost of a about $18 each way with tip. Overall it was a beautiful hotel with a resort feel and I would absolutely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful venue and resort with comfortable villas. The staff were amazing, from the day we arrived, the valet, housekeeping , pool and restaurant staff, it was just exceptional and give you a personalized treatment. Specially want to mention Julio, housekeeping manager, and Stefan, pool attendant. Food was amazing, and really exceeded our expectations. The hotel has a cosy feeling, and makes you feel truly at home while on vacation. The location is very convenient, we took advantage of the golf cart rentals the property offers and hop around Downtown(Duval Street). The most fun experience. We truly enjoyed our stay there and will be back very soon.

We recently stayed at the Parrot Key in their waterfront two bedroom suite and WOW! It feels like an entire apartment, with two bedrooms and bathrooms on different floors, in addition to a separate living area. The views from the balcony were exceptional, with the most beautiful sunsets looking out over the ocean and even rainbows in the morning! The grounds are beautiful, feeling like you're walking through a tropical garden. There are also four swimming pools to choose from, each feeling like it's own oasis.

The valet is really not a big deal. Most hotels have a full time valet, and the guys we’re fast and courteous. The pool scenery was exceptional with manicured palms and other tropical plants,.Service was 5 star, because the staff is interested in being helpful and friendly. We rented wave runners and the ride was well worth the money. I don’t want to give this place a good review because I would like it to remain affordable and less crowded. Best place we stayed in Florida.

My wife and I were there for a week and a half in Nov ‘23 spending big bucks on a king suite and quite a few meals. After a week we decided it was a great night to have a drink and enjoy the adults only pool, which had no one using it. We soon learned that 3 out of 4 pools close at sunset and only the loud family pool remains open. Incredibly disappointing. Just be aware that four pools look great but only the kids pool is open after sunset.

This is great resort tucked away from the chaos of downtown key west. Very easy to get around. We literally had to wait 1 minute every time we called an Uber and arrived downtown in less than 10 minutes. The location can't be beat if you are looking for some quiet in the evenings. The Grove bar is nice. Drinks and food were very tasty. The service charge is included on tab so make sure to pay attention to that as there are not any signs or indicators. We double tipped because of it. Pools are clean and there is plenty of seating and the seating is well spaced out. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Rooms are also really spacious so you can really relax. We had a room with a water view but there is absolutely no water view to be found. Otherwise I would have given more stars.

No smoking on the property AT ALL. It felt very "Confining/Boxed In"... sort of clostrphobic. They ONLY VALET... which is a SCAM, and the Valets either can not speak English or pretend they cannot. The location was centralized and close to almost anything you would want to do, though. I personally will not ever stay here again.

This hotel was lovely. We had a great time. I appreciated the adults-only pool for a quiet, relaxing afternoon. Drinks and food were a bit expensive, but or for the course in Key West. I recommend renting bikes to get around town! The concierge helped us get everything scheduled and booked.

We love to stay here our favorite hotel in key west. Last time was in 2017 can’t say enough about this hotel and staff. Top notch, Ashley checked us in and was super sweet. We loved loved our room, can’t wait to go back.

I was very impressed with my stay, the room, the views and the high level of service at this hotel! It was a really great choice for a short three day weekend trip with my elderly father. The hotel did lack an indoor restaurant, indoor breakfast area, and the rooms were really nice but could use some refurbishment however the free room upgrade and kindness of the staff concealed all flaws making this a winning stay!

Nice resort has everything you need. Little far away from everything but it was nice being able to get some peace and quiet. We had a king suite with beautiful views. The room was clean but some of the wood was chipping off near the shower and kind of felt cheap but all and all we didn't really stay in the room much besides to sleep.. your in key west get outside
