Great hotel! Amazing location to Mallory square and Duval street. They had a free 2 hour bike rental which was so much fun, great bar with happy hour downstairs, and amazing views of the water! Beach was a little small but to be expected for the Keys, and the good pool made up for it. Only wish the toilet paper was better quality but that’s literally our only critique! We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the keys. Thank you!

The location of this hotel was perfect. Once we got here the only time we had to drive was when we went to the beaches. All the other major attractions and best restaurants were in short walking distance, which saved us had and money on parking. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because rooms could have been a nicer and more modern for the price. Also, The AC was very noisy which made it hard to sleep and the room was hot at night despite the AC being on.

This Hyatt can only described as perfect! The entire stay at this location exceeded every expectation. The rooms were clean and fresh, linens were soft on the bed, and the bathroom was large with a rainfall shower head! The balcony view from our 4th floor room over the bay & property was pretty cool as well. The hotel was perfectly located near all the excitement and we took advantage of the vendor on site to rent a golf cart to do major exploring of the whole island.

This is the only place I stay when in key west. The views from the room are just breathtaking. Right on the beach and only a block away from Duval street. The rooms are beautiful with marble floors and multiple balconies. There are restaurants on site as well as pool, private beach, fitness center and jet ski rentals and a bunch of other stuff I'm probably forgetting. I highly recommend the centric if you find yourself in Key West!

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous pool and great ocean access, sitting in the best location in KW. Only drawback is the staffs not the friendliest and particularly they’re not very kid friendly. I’m an airline pilot and asked during check in if they offered any discounts to travel employees. Was laughed at by the front desk and condescendingly told “this is a 4 star resort. No.” During our stay we watched several families at the pool get snapped at by hotel staff for their kids slashing or being too loud. Eventually, it happened to us too. On our last night, my 4 year old accidentally splashed a server walking by while trying to learn to swim. The server yelled at him for getting him wet and made him cry, which kinda put a crumby ending to our otherwise nice stay. I apologized to the server and owned the mistake. Made sure to tip him really well for the trouble. Just wish he would have addressed it with me instead of snapping at a 4 year old who didn’t even understand what he did wrong. We visit KW twice a year and we’ll stay here again without the kids cause it’s a great resort. But if bringing kids I’d recommend Ocean Key Resort or the Pier House. Same location and much more family friendly in our experiences.

Room with partial view was gorgeous. 4th floor amazing. Small pool and excellent food options. Wish they had option for pedicures/manicures on site. Walking distance to all the touristy places like Mallory Square and then a quiet evening watching sunset. I think this spot was the best sunset view. Coffee in rooms and bottle water given daily in rooms. Excellent daily cleaning service.

Great location! You could pretty much get anything within 15 minutes walk distance. Spa and restaurants on property. Nice pool, hot tub, turtle pool and sun deck area. Staffs were super nice 👍 The hotel is a bit aged, but they seem to be renovating it.

Wonderful hotel in key west. Dog friendly, private ocean accesses, water sports on resort, lots of chickens, rooster, lizards, turtles, birds, here. They have beach seats, pool side seats, hanging hammock chairs, beach swing, bar, 2 Resturant’s, parking ($40 per day). Golf carts and bikes to rent. The rooms are very very nice. Balcony, huge bathroom and very nice. I will be back.

The location was great but the cleanness of the hotel room was bad. Right over our bed it was pure rust and dirt and we spent an hour cleaning ourselves. It was so uncomfortable to sleep in the bed. The floor has dirt everywhere you could not be barefoot anywhere. The path between buildings had poop smeared everywhere and no one cleaned it for hours. Even after we told someone. For $400 a night you would hope for a clean room and not have to walk on poop. On the plus side the view was great. Very close to town too.

Great hotel!! It is in the best location to be able to walk to all the major restaurants and attractions. The rooms are very clean and big. The pool and pool bar is also great. Everyone is very friendly and attentive - I highly recommend!!

Honestly, I am very disappointed - this is probably the worst 4-star hotel room I’ve ever been. 1. Had to wait till 4pm to check in; 2. Very old and low quality furnitures and furnishings; (the bathroom is upgraded tho) 3. Broken tile and cracked tile in my room; 4. Ceiling fan doesn’t work and super loud AC- I almost didn’t sleep because of the crazy AC noise; 5. App check-in doesn’t work, 6. I requested a quiet room, and was assigned a room next to the service area-I can hear the doors of housekeeping room open and close all day long. 7. my room doesn’t have any view even though we requested; 8. Swimming pool and waterfront area are small and crowded. The hotel’s location is good, but I won’t recommend.

This was the second time we've stayed here in Key West. Rooms are always clean. Location is central, close to everything. They even have their own little beach area just for hotel guests. You can pretty much walk directly from your room to the beach, or the pool, or their bar/restaurant without changing out of your swimsuit.

This place is amazing! Staff is very helpful; got us a wheelchair to use all week at no cost. Rooms are spacious and very clean. It is within walking distance of all the must-visit locations. Easy access to pool, hot tub and beach area. Highly recommend!

We loved it here! Absolutely Beautiful view. Great location. Close to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops and busyness but located in a quiet area. So great when you want to sleep. Beautiful rooms. Every room has at least a partial view. Bathrooms are awesome. Marble and tile everywhere. No carpeting! Love that! The pool beach area is small but the space they do have on the ocean is just beautiful and very well kept. Outside bar in the pool area. Outdoor music almost every night. Great staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Stayed here for 6 nights. It’s a nice resort on the smaller side. Great location and pretty quiet. Wish it was a bit more lively. I think it’s because of lack of sun in the afternoon at the pool. Nice staff but could have explained more about the hotel. Would only stay again if rate was under $400. Get the room with the views!

Not quite a Hyatt experience... It's too expensive for what you get. You're paying for a fancy hotel room, but you get an average room. Now hear me out: it's not bad, I'm enjoying it, but expect stained, rough, worn-out towels, complementary breakfast is only coffee, the beach side is the smallest I've ever seen, turtles have near 0 environmental enrichment... So yeah, a nice overall experience, only overpriced.

Enjoyed our stayed here. We come down to Key West once a year, and we will definitely be returning to this hotel. We had a small issue with construction noise, but the manager Ashley Wheatley did everything she could do and more to make it up. That effort really makes a difference with a customer, so we thank her; she represents the Hyatt well.

Room is spacious, almost can skate around. Bed is very comfortable. Hotel has its own dock. You can do water ski or just sit on the swing for the sunset. They have a turtle pool and bunch of chickens. Such a lovely place. Btw, parking is 35-40 per night.

Simply amazing!! My wife and I chose Hyatt Centric for the location as it is close to all water activities and a couple blocks from north Duval street. If you enjoying eating and drinking this is a prime location close to all of it! The rooms were well maintained, cleaned daily for your pleasure and if you need anything just ask! Staff was very professional and friendly upon arrival and during our stay. Cool down at the pool or the water entrance down the stairs with a cold drink of your choice at the bar. Plenty of lounge chairs for you to relax in with umbrellas. Best of all, each person gets a personal water bottle to take with you and fill up at multiple water stations, the water station at the front desk has different kinds with flavor too! All in all this was one of the best places so far that we have stayed at while vacationing in the Keys!!

Great waterfront location on Front Street. The lady (from Croatia) who checked us in was so helpful, even to the point that she followed us out to make sure we understood the parking layout. Great room, nice view. Pricey, but worth it.

Clean, comfortable rooms with amazing staff there. Really made my wife and I feel at home. Super close to all the fun that Key West has to offer! Dined at Four Flamingos and was amazed at the freshness and quality of the triple tail they served. So impressed - huge shoutout to Bobby for helping us enjoy our honeymoon to the fullest!

We just got back from Key West, after spending 4 nights at this Hyatt. The resort is beautiful! It’s within walking distance to Mallory Square and Duval Street. I highly recommend the Hyatt to anyone going to KW!

We often drop in and stay at this Hyatt. We love the location and we love the facility. Everything you need is there. The happy hour is great, the food is excellent. Want to go explore, rent a scooter or golf cart, right there on premises. Now for the service/staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel more than welcomed, you feel like family. Front desk (I wish I could remember you all), Mia, Marcela, Marek, Chris-wish I could give you all more than 5 stars! The bar staff (I wish I could remember you all), TJ, Aggie; THANK YOU for always making our stay superb. Restaurant, Dan and Joanna the very best servers. Housekeeping (warm, welcoming, want to accommodate and care for your every need. Is the hotel in need of some upgrades? Not really. What you have is a resort that is constantly exposed to the elements of an island, sea water, salt. Hyatt more than keeps it in good condition. I would give this resort 6 stars if it were available. See you soon!

Incredible atmosphere, great staff, and good rooms. This Hyatt far surpasses your average resort, with plenty of amenities and what not to do, but that’s to be expected at its steep price. If it’s in your budget, get a room here and enjoy every minute of key west.

Great location near Duval street and views of the ocean. Food and coffee at the restaurant and cafe are worth paying for. There’s a little lounge beach area near the water with lounge chairs however there is not a beach with sand leading into the water but this is pretty standard for Key West. Overall a great stay, just a few pieces of furniture that are dirty, broken or outdated. The elevator could be cleaner for a place of this caliber. The bathroom in the room doesn’t have a/c so it’s really hot especially when showering. The shower only has hot as an option.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is great (close to restaurants, bars, marina, etc), and the rooms were clean and tidy. I'd recommend for future stays in Key West

Wow! Has to be the best spot in Key West. Our corner room had a spectacular view of the sunset each night on the water. I do not see how they could be topped! Clean and very attentive staff. Walking distance to most places! Would stay here again!

Pros: Location is perfect for access to everything key west has to offer, so walkable Pool was easily accessible for chairs during June visit Awesome sunset view in June from dock Jet ski rental right at hotel Cons: It’s a little dated, needs painting and updated Room was okay, nothing fancy

Very nice place! Rooms show a slight bit of age, but are very clean and spacious (have partial ocean view overlooking the pool). The pool is a day or two away from completing the renovation. Definitely love the location, which is a short walk to all the hot spots downtown. We'll worth the stay!

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend for our baby moon. A don’t have one complaint about our experience! The food was amazing that we ordered from the bar, the rooms were very clean and nice, we had a great view, all the staff were AMAZING and incredibly accommodating, location was super close to Duval and Mallory Square. Even the coffee was great. We will absolutely be back!

The Hyatt centric is such a beautiful destination. Guest rooms are sleek and the views are tranquil. The hotel is in such a great location where you’re just steps from downtown, yet when you return to the hotel you get the peaceful ambiance and the most perfect views from the pool and dock. Such a nice oasis away from the hubbub of the nightlife. Bikes are complimentary for two hours which is a perfect way to see the sights. Staff is above and beyond with their hospitality and knowledge of the area. Such a great trip and would for sure do it again.

This is our 2nd time staying here and each time has been great! The staff are friendly and help you in anyway possible! Rooms are clean and don’t feel like they are worn out. Location is just a short 2 min walk to Duval St which we love! Quiet at night but so close to everything. We rented bicycles, mopeds and jet ski’s all from the hotel and they were awesome at scheduling and helping out with questions. We will be back for sure!

First off the hotel room was not worth $1200 a night, maybe more around $300-$400. Second when booking I ended up doing a google search for hotels in Key West and ended up booking through a 2nd party. After booking I called to find out if they can offer me a better rate because I thought I was booking through the hotel to find out I wasn’t. Also knowing I was spending $1200 a night for the hotel I wanted to take advantage of collecting points. The customer service rep for Hyatt confirmed to me the site I used was as if I was booking through them direct and that the rate I got would be the same rate I would receive from them and also I would get any points that I accumulate from the stay. Apparently they honor the service I used for my booking. Now 6 days later a rep is confirming I will not receive any points for my stay. Had I knew this and since it was going be the same price I could of just booked directly from the hotel. I will not use another Hyatt establishment again.

Amazing room, very friendly staff and beautiful facilities and location! Everything was very clean, the bar and restaurant are wonderful and the location offers amazing sunset views and access to plenty of fun things! We will definitely come back again!

The hotel is definitely not worth the price tag. Stay away! There seems to be many other hotels/bnbs in Key West, where your money would yield much better returns. Out of all hotels I stayed in as a Globalist (after spending $10k+), this hotel definitely put me in the worst room I’ve seen so far with my status. Again, not recommended ! Edit: I updated the rating from 1 star to 3 stars as the Hotel manager got in touch with me and slightly improved my overall experience. The hotel operations manager was very kind.

Came to charge our Tesla, stayed for food and drinks. Really enjoyed the salad I ordered, but the bar tender made the best ranch waters we had the entire time we were there, no syrup added. Really pretty wade area and water sport rentals on site.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean. The balcony is tiny..there's only room for one person at a time. They put 2 small chairs and a table and they barely fit. The pool is cleaned every morning. All the bartenders are great with the exception of the guy that works there..he's the slowest bartender I have ever seen with a dull personality to boot. The floating pad is kinda a joke you have to scale over rocks to get to it. But the location is prime if you want to check out Duvall street. It's close walking distance so that's also a plus. We had a great stay and definitely would recommend it.

We have stayed here 2 times and would definitely stay again! The water view is a must. Perfect location - walking distance to Duval. You can swim in the ocean at the hotel, pool area is nice and clean. Very laid back! You can also rent jet skis here or book various excursions.
