This restored Historic hotel is beautiful and charming. Stayed in the room by the pool with king bed. Huge room, more like a suite. Squeaky clean. Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Young lady at the front desk was so polite friendly and helpful. The location is perfect spot on Duval. My wife and I stayed for 5 days and walked everywhere. From Ft Zach beach to Sloppy Joes to furthest point south to Mallory Square. Sit in the courtyard and have a drink or two. The Hemingway house is practically next door and Moondog cafe is just around the corner. Loved every day there. Only place I’ll ever stay in Key West!

Great hotel close enough to all the fun but still have a quaint feel! The staff is more than wonderful.. the rooms were very simple but everything you needed was provided! Super clean and very charming. Gives you an old town charm. The pool area was perfect! Towels were provided for the pool as well. The fresh pastries for breakfast were delicious as well as the fruit. I can't think of anything the staff could have done better!! We will be coming back to Casablanca for sure.

This is a clean hotel in a very good location on Duval Street. Is located directly next to a restaurant and the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The only issue is parking so be prepared to do a bit of walking when you get there, unless you happen to find a good spot in front of the hotel and if you do, don't move your vehicle until it's time to check out. Almost everything you want to do is within walking distance of here, and there are lots of fun things to do at night time that are right in the area.

Key West Casablanca Hotel - Quaint, well decorated & furnished, convenient to all goings on, great amenities. Nice people managing hotel/service. Nice setup with pool in the middle centered with surrounded with flowers/plants, next to a pub/cafe with very calm atmosphere. Outdoor cafe a-joining beautiful outdoor garden area with front view of Duval St, and somewhat discreet. If you want a special anniversary/occasion evening/night/weekend retreat, this place is for you/all!!!

So glad we stayed here! The staff was so kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast from the local French bakery. The rooms were nice and cool and cleaned everyday. Also a good size room, much larger than expected. We even had our own patio! Lots of beautiful tropical plants surrounding the room made the views nice and made it feel private. The pool was fun if you needed a quick dip. You are right by all the great restaurants and bars on Duval street, the location can’t be beat!

The Casablanca is extremely clean and has all the amenities that you’d find in a large chain hotel. Located on Duval Street one block from the Hemingway House, everything is within walking distance, and it is one block away from the nearest Duval Loop bus stop if you prefer not to walk. Complimentary breakfast every morning and dozens of restaurants are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the guests. The pool is clean and well maintained. The Old Town Tavern & Beer Garden is across the patio from the rooms with great food until 1am. Of all the places we have stayed, the Casablanca has everything that we look for when visiting Key West. The Casablanca is the best for location, convenience, and experience.

This is the place to be. Right in the middle of all the action on Duval Street. Attached to a restaurant and bar with good food and drinks. From STL, this place became our home base in Key West. Very centrally located, 3 min bike ride to the ocean. Even on a night they were booked they found us a place to stay. The rooms are cozy and romantic. The balconies offer a pleasant breeze and view. Only down fall was the breakfast in the morning was lacking, especially for a place attached to a restaurant. I would definitely book here again, staff was amazingly kind and accommodating.

This hotel has the perfect location. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. They helped carry our stuff to the room. The room is a tad outdated but that doesn't bother us. We had called to the front desk to find out where to get ice and she brought us up 2 buckets of ice right away. The pool was right down the stairs from us, it was nice and quite. They did offer free breakfast.

My first time staying in key west I did extensive research on which hotel was best price wise and location wise. This hotel ticked all my boxes off. The location is walking distance to everything, the price is fair. The staff is really friendly and the building itself is well kept and historic. Will be staying here again. 10/10

Such a cute and INCREDIBLY convienient location. Nice room, AC works, you have your own bar, pool and restaurant just feet away and an enclosed area in the middle of mainstreet. So convenient to be right on duval with Viva Argentinian steak house 20 feet away, the Hemingway house around the corner, and everything you could need with a quick walk away, yet it absolutely does not feel crowded at all. 100% recommend.

This place is amazing. Great location around everything, but rooms are quite surrounded by tropical gardens. The rooms are fresh, inviting, and relaxing. I love it

Ended up with a tiny room, last minute booking. But was still nice. Service was great, friendly. Nice little pool to cool off in, you will need to cool off too. Basically, adjoining the property is the Old Town Tavern. So, to me, it was convenient.

This small hotel is directly on Duval towards the southern point end. Great location. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Even moving their car for me to let me park and calling me a few hours later as I had left a light on in the car. Thank you Mia(?) and Gail. We will certainly return.

The room and hotel was everything we needed. The location can’t be beat. The owners were beyond friendly, she waited outside of the hotel and held a free parking space for us. Looking forward to coming back. Even though it’s on Duvall St, it was very quiet at night. Thanks

It was important to me to support local/family owned businesses whenever I travel. This hotel was central, cute, and amazingly friendly. The staff were wonderfully nice and kind, I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we visit ❤️

We had a very lovely stay at the Casablanca. It's not a fancy schmancy kind of place, but the room was clean and more than adequate, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good and we loved our private patio. The staff were always friendly, attentive and accommodating and the location can't be beat. If you're looking for ritzy, then I suggest you stay at one of the fancy resorts on the other end of the island. If you're looking for affordable character and Key West charm in the heart of Old Town, then you will love it here. Oh, and the attached restaurant is fabulous. Try the BBQ chicken or shrimp scampi flatbread. You won't regret it.

Such a hidden gem. Rooms were beautiful. Location was right on duvall street. This area of duvall is quieter at night so that was a plus. The staff was amazing and made you feel right at home. Great little bar next door for food and drinks. We would recommend it every time.

This was a perfect stay for a girl's weekend with my mom. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was always there when you needed them, and a big shout out to Mia for being a sweetheart!

Hidden gem on the quiet wnd if Duval. We have been here twice and you cannot beat the service and location. They have a nice size pool that was actually cool in the summer heat. They provide towels so the pool if you need them. Optimal location, there is the pub next , Argentine across the street, and close to many attractions like the southernmost point, Hemingway's house and the butterfly garden. They have a continental breakfast with delicious pastries. Will come back again, book in advance for these rooms.

My dad and I have stayed here every time we come down for the key west songwriters festival, and its great. Especially this year 2022, they put us in the the handicapped room it had a ramp going up to the door and I have a Walker and cancer and just being in the keys did me good. But my dad and I have always stayed at the Casablanca hotel since 2017. This time we had a king size bed and a couch for my dad and we had our own private patio and the best part was that we had a bathtub and it was handicapped assemble and made it easy for me to shower. The bed was comfortable. I really appreciated that they gave us the handicapped room. So thank you to the staff.

We just stayed for a week. The stay was okay. The bed was comfortable and room was very clean and nice. The staff was very nice. It is a perfect location on duval because you are not hearing all the partying but you are close enough to walk to everything. However, there are a few things that made me take off a star. -there are cockroaches. So just beware with your bags. It is Florida in the summertime so it is hot and humid. Not a lot they can do about it. -housekeeping was very loud in the morning. They start at 8 am. -the breakfast that is advertised is just a pastry and a cup of fruit. Overall it was a great stay

Room upstairs with entire porch overlooking Duval Street. Very comfortable bed.. large room. Modest dresser, etc. Wonderful daily breakfast with scrumptious pastry from the bakery down the street. Small pool but very nice, we were always alone there. This was our best vacation so far in Key West. The attached restaurant was fabulous..Kasha is the best bartender, server… and hardest worker you will find. So, yes, we highly recommend the Casablanca Inn…also be sure to check out Martins happy hour for Tapas, right across the street. Lamb chop Lollies were to die for!!!

This was a great hotel for our stay in Key West. I was traveling with my 8-yo son and this worked out perfect for us. Mia was really nice and made the check in process really easy. That helped start our entire vacation in a relaxing way (which is what we came for). Throughout our stay she had great advice about places to go and was really kind to my son. Probably the most important things room-wise were that the beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Coming from New Mexico, we can handle the heat but my son grew tired of the humidity very quickly. Even though the rooms were a little small, we had plenty of room for all of our stuff. The central location on Duval St made everything easy to get to and there were tons of shops and restaurants right out front and everything else was within minutes walking distance. The restaurant next door was great. It had some seafood but also Irish pub style items too which offered a nice break from constant seafood only menus at other places. It was also really nice to just explore around the hotel without having to go too far. Because the location was so good, we did not need a car at all. It was much easier to just walk places or use uber instead of paying for a rental car and messing around with parking. Because of that, staying at Casablanca saved us about $100 a day from not having to rent a car which gave us some extra spending money for ocean activities and food. Next time we visit, we will definitely stay at this hotel and we hope to see Mia again. Thanks for everything!

We absolutely adore our room for our honeymoon! It was so wonderfully placed that we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in relations to Duvall st without walking forever. Gorgeous room and a lovely view. Staff was great and loved being right about old Town tavern. We will definitely return many times as key west is a favorite destination of ours and we now have a favorite lodging!

Excellent stay in a clean, cute and convenient hotel. This was the first time I stayed on Duval Street, and I must say it was really convenient. There were so many dining and shopping options just out the front door. The young lady at the front desk was kind and informative on the goings-onin town, and the cleaning lady was super sweet. The room was very clean and the a/c strong. This is a restored historic Key West home and is very well maintained. The pool in the center of the courtyard adds a nice touch to make one really feel the Key West vibe. I would not recommend the restaurant next door as they are over- priced with terrible food, but the Moondog Cafe is one block away and one of the best in town for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I would definitely recommend the Casablanca and look forward to my next visit.

If you're looking for a spa/resort type amenities, this isn't your place. But if you're looking for quaint and comfortable with a bit of history, then you'll love it here. Rooms are clean and inviting (plus lots of towels). The manager and the rest of the staff are very friendly and unbeatably helpful. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here!

I had dinner at the restaurant. I got the Mexican flatbread pizza. It was great. They also have great beer choices on tap. The waitress was also quick, efficient and friendly.

"NO parking on site", you have to unload the bag thru several steps and few different levels of floors behind the restaurant and drive 8 or 9 blocks away from hotel to public parking place where no guarantee to have a space AND walk back to hotel. Bathroom is very slippery, not enough shelves or hangers for bath stuffs. Water pressure is very LOW. Disappointed compare to what I paid.
