DO NOT STAY HERE!! GROSS!! DIRTY!! OVERPRICED!! And as another guest mentioned, Hilton should be embarrassed. We stayed at this hotel at Patrick’s day weekend and the hotel is incredibly dated, dirty and run down. We stayed in a high end suite with a balcony and had problems with the toilet, and balcony was covered with bird feces and it was at best a 3 star hotel with pricing close to $2,000 per night. The service was equally lacking. We ordered room service to have breakfast on the balcony. However cream for the coffee, salt and pepper and waters were never delivered with the meal. 30 minutes later after asking they came. And that evening when we returned the food tray was never removed from the room. Tonite we come back from a long day…leaving at 10 this morning and arriving at 7 pm this evening to a room that was never made. We called and the staff insincerely apologizes and 45 minutes later still no fresh towels. The hotel and service were a complete disappointment. It’s a very run down facility in desperate need of a total renovation and the service is lacking and unresponsive. I have never taken the time to write a bad review but feel it necessary to warn other potential vacationers to stay away. I would so not recommend this hotel.

WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN.... Our experience with Casa Marina was very mixed. I took my wife for her birthday celebration and hoped for a magical stay. We had a 5 star experience with our meals (breakfast and dinner on the ocean), our Spa/Massage on the beach, valet service, staff and so much more!!!!! It was a dream stay at a hotel. We then had a 1⭐ (and I'm being generous) experience with our room. There was trash in the green area outside our room. The room was not updated and many things needed some immediate attention. The bath was chipped and the water was not running out properly (so our feet were soaking while taking a shower). We had coffee but no coffee maker. The iron was leaking water (literally could not hold water). The sliding glass door would not open (as if it were off it's hinges). The room was simply old and lacked TLC. It was enough that we would not consider returning nor would we recommend the hotel to anyone. It's a shame that so much of this beautiful property was truly a 5 Star experience only to be dampened by the less than perfect accommodations.

My husband and I had a honeymoon celebration here which we had postponed due to the pandemic. As others mentioned, this is an older property but, I think it makes up for its location and most definitely its staff. We also encountered sea grass at the each but that’s something that cannot be avoided as it’s just nature and luck of the draw. All that being said, we find ourselves in a beautiful setting with tropical views (we had a free upgrade to the Ocean view with balcony). The Barefoot Billy’s right onsite I has great fun (jet skis, motorcycles, swimming with dolphins) and their staff is absolutely professional and just down-to-earth. We also were so fortunate to book the “Toes in the Sand” dinner where we were alone on the beach for a romantic dinner prepared exclusively by their chef. Everything was meticulously arranged and prepared for us to have an unforgettable dining experience on such a special occasion. We’re glad we booked dinner there and not at the restaurant where you have to take a boat to get to. All in all, we loved our stay at Casa Marina. Thank you to Patrick at the front desk, Joseph from the restaurant and all the great guys at Barefoot Billy’s who just put the cherry on top! We hope to see you all again in the future!

The pools and beach were nice and probably the only saving grace here. You have to play the towel game to get a chair which is fully supported by the staff. People were laying on towels because there was no where to sit with many empty chairs that staff said were being saved. Only on the last day did the staff even offer to set chairs up for us which we had to get at 8am. We called multiple times because we didn't have shower gel in our room and it took hours to get. When I said I could come get it myself because we were needing it to shower and go to dinner they said they needed to install it. When they finally came hours later, they handed it to me and left. No room turnover for days until we kept calling to ask for it. Bed was very uncomfortable, elevators out of service. For the price you pay to stay here, it's definitely not worth it. Location is great, decent gym, nice sunset on the beach, and food was good, but service and room did not match the cost of everything. Lower the cost or improve the service and facility.

Resort, if you want to call it that, it is so dated. I can usually deal with dated but dirty is an entirely different story! Our rooms were disgusting, the floors and over all up keep were less than to be desired. The phone didn’t work, the refrigerator didn’t work, no soap in the lobby bathroom, how does staff wash their hands?! Overall, it was a business trip and we didn’t pick it, but Hilton should be ashamed. I know there was a hurricane a few weeks ago but no soap to wash your hands? Cleanliness, wow!

For what I paid for in room fees, the toilet paper could have been better.. in fact I think I've seen better TP in jail. The floor had not been moped at all. There was like a little trail of what looked like either rust or blood in front of the desk. The dispensers they had in the bathroom for conditioner and body wash were completely empty. The view of the beach is absolutely amazing I will say that, but the downside is their outdoor seating on the beach needs to be cleaned up in the morning. I went to go enjoy the beach about 830am and there was still trash on the seats. They do offer two pools. One for family and one for adults only. The valet attendants are amazing and quick!

My best advice is save your money and go somewhere else. Hard for me to find anything good to say other than the location. The hotel is completely run down. They tell us the elevators don't work but nobody offers to help us carry our luggage up the stairs or even direct us to where our room is. Our room number was not listed so it was a little confusing and no one to ask a question. The hallways were dark and smelly and when we walked into our room it smelled like mildew. The sheets did not fit on the bed as soon as you sat the corners popped off. The towels were ragged and rough. There was only one garbage pail, in the bathroom none in the room. The safe didn't work not that it mattered it was just sitting on a shelf not bolted down. And to make things worse our room was not cleaned. When we asked them to clean it they did the bare minimum. We had glasses in the room from drinks we purchased at the pool and they were left dirty in the room. No hot water at night. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. Hilton should be ashamed to ha e their name on this property

I want to start off by saying the staff was excellent and very accommodating. However, this hotel is far from four stars. The pictures online are nothing like what the resort looks like in terms of cleanliness and exactness. The pictures online have to be mockups because the rooms look like a mildew version. The beach was covered in seaweed, granted they cant help that but if i read the reviews before booking, I wouldn't have booked. This was my first time in key west and I would never book this catfish "resort" again. I recommend booking the hotel cottages on sunset key near latitudes restaurant. that's where we went during the daytime, the beach is beautiful and the food & drinks are amazing.

Rooms are dated. Property in need of serious remodeling. Not quite like the other Waldorf or Curio properties we've stayed in the past. During our 5 day stay, we only encountered 3 nice staff. For the price per night, we expected more than what we encountered. Housekeeping staff on our wing was lazy and unfriendly. Didn't bother to replace the toilet paper. The towels she left us daily were sub par, dirty and holey. The room smells musty and quite small. We did get upgraded to an ocean view balcony room that had the perfect view of the July 4th fireworks. For that, i thank you. Great location. Can walk to the famous southern most point of the U.S., Duvall St. and restaurants.

The newly renovated property was definitely an upscale experience. Chris & I could not have been happier with our stay at the newly renovated resort. Everything was perfect! The staff was amazing, the food was elegant and delicious. You won't be disappointed. The views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is serene. We had live music during the day and in the evening. Our experience was unbelievable, and we would like to give a shout-out to some of the staff that went out of their way to make our stay memorable from check-in to check-out: Patrick (front desk), Evelyn (GM), Broderick (front desk & more), Anise (front desk), Deon (waitress in the restaurant), David (Entertainment), Patty (marketing), The pool staff (sorry, didn't get all of their names, but each one of them were GREAT)!!! Rent the bungalows at the pool. It was worth the money!!

Overall, it was a great stay. Yes, the hotel and rooms are dated (being fully renovated in the Spring), however, it gives it a historical feel. Since we were not in the room most of the time, it was not a big deal. The grounds of the hotel and beach are very nice.. Front desk associate, Patrick was very kind and provided a generous upgrade. Breakfast was rather pricey, even with breakfast credits applied, though it was satisfying. We will be back and looking forward to seeing the renovations once complete.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the resort. I felt like it was very overpriced for the quality. Breakfast ranged from $30-45 a person…. And wasn’t anything special. Other food options also range for that price. We are downtown! Much better. The pool area is decent. The beach is not really super accessible for swimming due to the rocks. Staff was okay. Rooms are very dated, and the elevator was broken - so we carried our luggage up the stairs. Had yoga on the beach at 8AM - $20. Honestly was the highlight of my stay. Probably wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here over a long weekend. The beach and the pool was amazing. The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel is still going through some construction, but should look amazing when it is completed. We did run into a few issues with our room, which forced us to move rooms throughout our stay. We also rarely had any hot water in our shower, which was unfortunate. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Outside of hotel is beautiful and pool area is gorgeous. Rooms and guest services is entirely different experience. Stayed a week at the end of July 2022 black mold in shower. Towels, wash clothes, coffee, water, sugar, and creamer were never replaced till I called for four days and had to have them bring them to the room. Sheets on bed never changed the entire week we were there. Management didn’t really seem to concern but had no problem charging you an arm and leg to stay there. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they completely remodel rooms like an entire gut job on ever suite and regular room in the entire hotel.

Was disappointed with the resort. We had to have our room changed as they put us near an automatic door and elevators. Very noisy. Bathroom pocket door did not open or close easily and made a horrible screeching noise when doing so. French doors to the patio did not close properly and lock came off in my hand. No place for belongings other than a closet and to keep clothes in your suitcase. Hotel needs some updating. The room we moved to was much nicer. Had to request room service and fresh towels. Towels were used to hold doors open. Beach at the resort is ok if you don’t mind walking through rocks and seaweed to get to the ocean. Staff is very friendly. Expected a nicer hotel and room for the rates they offer.

I never seen such a dirty hotel. The carpet was disgusting, I don’t think it was cleaned in years. There were stains in the room and on the patio. Hilton should be ashamed. This hotel needs serious makeover. The elevators and telephone were defective which seem to have been going on for a while based on previous reviews. Some customers said there were bedbugs in their room. If Hilton was transparent and charged price reflective of the status of the hotel it would be one thing, but paying premium price for such a dirty hotel is unacceptable. On the positive side, the staff was excellent, and they were kind and very receptive. The beach and pool area is also beautiful.

Room was severely dated. (90's feel) Flickering bathroom lights, cracked floor tile. Not what I expected out of a 4star hotel and the price they charge. The room was clean however just kind of "shabby". Property/location was gorgeous; grounds/pool/beach well maintained. Staff very professional, courteous and attentive to our wants/needs.

Staying here right now . Waited til 5 pm yesterday for our second room - check in per hotel 4 pm- 1 very nonchalant apology . Very accommodating with our 3 dogs. Room clean . Housekeeping and engineer to fix our ceiling fan very nice . Just went to Flagler restaurant for breakfast . Bird actually eating in buffet table . Reported to hostess and her response was to silently stare through us . Asked to order off menu and she said not available today- should have been posted in website and at hostess stand .Reported bird to front desk and no response of action . Hostess suggested sister hotel Reach for breakfast with full sit down menu. Her walking instructions were all wrong . By the time we got here will never make 11am massage so rescheduled for tomorrow . Get it together Casa Marina !

A very nice located hotel but Very outdated. This hotel is calling for a major renewal asap. The bad -The beach is full of algae and will be almost impossible to use. Note that this may vary depending on the weather and time of the year.( see pictures). -Both piers are destroyed. No access allowed.( see pictures). -Room is very outdated and destroyed ( see pictures). The good. -Service is very good. Overall I believe this hotels is too expensive for what it is.

Our stay was excellent during last Christmas holidays, so much so, we will be repeating this year. We are definitely looking forward to seeing the refurbished hotel. We had a second floor terrace room overlooking the pool and beach and loved it. The hotel breakfast is excellent and the bar was as well. It's on what we would describe as the "quiet" part of the island, but everything was a short walk away. Looking forward to being back in less than two months!

this is hand down the worst value hotel I have ever encountered. Is dirty, outdated, overpriced and with false advertisement. We booked a room advertised with a king bed and ocean view at 900 per night. To start, the king bed they advertised was not even a king bed, it was a queen. The room was dusty, dirty and outdated. The glass windows were dirty, the bed made loud squeaky noises just by sitting on it. The pool was very dirty as well. there was white foam and the water was dirty. I was disgusted just touching that water. The beach was also unusable, it was covered in sea weed and it even had trash floating on it. Everything in this hotel is dirty and old and there is nothing luxurious about this place. It was a complete disappointment and don’t have 1 positive thing to say about this place. We brought up our concerns to the manager, Patrick and he did not seem to care. Lol he said in that hotel they advertised queen beds as king and that no one has even complained about it. This place is a complete joke and is a total trap. Stay away from this horrible hotel. Is the biggest disappointment I have ever been encounter… all this for 900 dollars a night. What a joke!

We wanted to give this place a shot for our honeymoon/babymoon. When we came in the lobby, we were impressed. It’s historic and beautiful, and Patrick checked us in and he was lovely. Our room was disgusting. It was baron, sterile, and immediately we were disappointed. I didn’t walk barefoot in the room. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. There was a gap in the door to the outside, so people walking by were so loud. The door wouldn’t close unless you shoved it closed. So we had mosquitoes flying around every day. The AC unit was SO LOUD and kept us up. The pool was nice ish, but the water was warm for an 85 degree May pool day. The poolside server criticized our tip, asking if the service wasn’t good enough. Honestly the food was decent, drinks were a little weak tho. Bartender less than friendly. We were staying for a week and ultimately switched hotels on day 3. I understand this property is shutting down next week for renovations, but it seems there are updates to the room that could have been done in recent years. Completely unacceptable for an $800 room. The other Curio close by is landslides better.

I was nervous to stay here after reading reviews so wanted to give my honest feedback. This hotel is outstanding. Yes, the rooms are tired but they're being renovated very soon! The location and service made up for it anyway. The staff here could not have been more helpful. The pool and beach areas are spotless and the pool guys helped me to find shade for my baby every day. They even brought complimentary popsicles for us. Check in and out was a total breeze and Patrick on the front desk made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for helping my family to make amazing memories in paradise!

Key West isn't where you go for great beaches...UNLESS you're gonna stay here! The private pool-side beach is incredible...and the only one of it's kind on the island. My girlfriend and I did the 1hr morning yoga session (A+) then grabbed a shaded bed and some drinks and napped all day beside the ocean... just HEAVEN! The exteriors aren't pristine, but the landscaping and architecture transport you to another place and time. Our suite was large and clean and modern...with a fridge (essential for a long stay!). The showers are roomy and refreshing and the king bed was very plush. All in all , very worthy of the Hilton brand. Thank you.

The grounds for this hotel are beautiful. Pools, beach, etc, all very nice. The accommodations on the other hand…supremely disappointing. The layout of the room was very poor, the bed was absurd, and the room let in too much light for sleeping. We went to the front desk and they were not very helpful, aside from giving us a refund. We found a delightful Airbnb which was half the price for an incredibly charming room and experience. I guess this is why hotels are losing and this hotel in particular is a real loser.

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Marina. Excellent staff throughout the resort. The breakfast buffet and menu item were delicious. The resort is being remodeled and closed until September, rooms will be much improved then.

Former Waldorf Astoria that has been recently renovated. The staff were amazingly friendly, rooms modern, and amenities/pool area great. Currently they are still finalizing some of the beach and bar areas, but it didn’t really detract from the experience much. Other reviews mentioned the construction noise, but it really wasn’t an issue whatsoever. Would definitely return to this property and stay.

I can’t say enough about the first class service we received from Patrick at the front desk and his entire staff. He made sure our stay was perfect and truly went above and beyond to provide 5 star service. The hotel has recently been renovated and the new rooms are breathtaking. Such an improvement from the old rooms. We have stayed here many times and are looking forward to our return stay in February when the rest of the hotel renovation will be completed. If you want to stay in Key West on a beach and still be close to everything stay here for sure.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Casa Marina. The 2 previous trips were an excellent experience. This trip was negatively impacted by the state of the hotel. The website is misleading, the Casa Marina is still in the middle of heavy construction. The pool bar is being built, only 1/2 the hotel is open and 1/2 the beach is under construction. The Casa Marina management team should accurately report the state of the renovation to set appropriate expectations for guests. No where on the website does it state that you will hear construction noise all day while trying to relax by the pool. The hotel will be beautiful once the renovation is complete in Feb 2024 but until then, guests will not have full access to all the amenities that you would expect from a luxury hotel.

Overall, I will give it 3/5 stars! It definitely didn’t feel like we were staying at a 5-star Hilton property. Reception was ok - upon check-in we had to ask for a map and details for the resort. Additionally, I’m a Diamond member (highest elite status level you can achieve as a Hilton loyal customer); However, I wasn’t treated as one nor did I receive any additional perks as an elite Hilton customer except food/beverage credit. Rooms were nice and renovated. However we had to ask multiple times for room-cleaning although during check-in we mentioned that we need the room cleaning service everyday during our stay. In the room, you do not have any option to drink tea only coffee. Plus the room we got allocated, there were nearby construction noises. Morning continental breakfast was another disappointing as options are limited and it felt 2 or 3 star hotel like breakfast. Gym seems to pretty basic. It had the necessities - cardio machines, free weights, and benches - but it did not impress. There are several aspects still undergoing renovations I.e. parts of the beach, water sports pier, and restaurant. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying until renovations are fully complete.

  • 3/5 Rick L. 1 year ago on Google
The location is amazing and the beach and pools are perfect. Food is good but not amazing. Very expensive - sandwiches are $22.00! We enjoyed our stay because we chose to make the best of everything. However I will say that the housekeeping (or lack of it) is probably the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s crazy how dirty the lobby bathroom floor is, for example. We didn’t get a full room cleaning for 3 days and had to ask for fresh towels daily. So unfortunate…if this was my hotel I would ensure the cleanliness was top notch, given the price we are paying.

Stayed for a long weekend in early April 2023. I've also been to KW probably 50 times over the years so I'm very familiar with the island and what you get for the money staying there. I've seen some of the negative reviews and I think a lot are unwarranted or unrealistic to some extent. Price - KW is expensive so even a dumpy motel will cost you several hundred a night, that's life. With that said I thought the price range was reasonable given what you get for the money. Location- great spot within easy walking distance to a lot of stuff. Beach- most people don't realize KW has no natural beach, its more volcanic terrain so the hotels have to boat the sand in from the Bahamas. Which means it erodes eventually so it isn't going to be Destin white powder all the time... Historic- love the old history of this hotel and it's feel. Amenities- was great when I was there with staffed poolside bars and restaurants etc. didn't even have to leave if you didn't want to. And they have an adults only pool and kids pool separate so that is great. Room- I was in the east wing with a king bed room and it was fine honestly. Negatives: cleaning staff seemed very shorthanded, had trouble keeping up with the little details of cleaning. Some parts of the property are in need of remodel, carpet in the hallways needs to be ripped out, some drywall patching etc. It's just starting to show its wear and tear but it looks like they're doing a major renovation currently so that should be awesome, but expect the price to go up significantly I'm sure... Double rooms in the west wing- my friends were in one of these and it was a little run down, shower didn't drain etc. Once again hopefully the renovation fixes a lot of this stuff. Overall I would stay here again in its previous state so I can't wait to see what the big renovation has in store for such a historic landmark.

The pictures on the website are highly deceptive and do not represent the room you actually get. Mold in bathroom, room is so small, and not even little touches of convenience. No towel hooks, not even a place to sit down. The prices are stupid expensive and they didn’t even clean our room unless we went out and found someone. (Set up for daily service) The coffee service gal never smiled once. As if we were bothering her. Front desk gal even worse. Plain rude! You are in the SERVICE INDUSTRY. Fake til you make it ladies! Some positives. Separate adult only pool. Pool service excellent. Back to negatives: (Pool bottom breaking up in chunks so needs to be resurfaced) $42.00 for a simple breakfast buffet is ridiculous. Otherwise breakfast tasted good except eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast for 25.00 plus 10.00 coffee. Just too much. Was told they would be shutting down for 5 months to renovate. They need 2 years in my opinion. The prices they are charging now for poor rooms and poor service, I can’t imagine but they will probably hike the prices after the renovation. I would never go back because of the poor service overall. The high points don’t outweigh the bad unfortunately. Good luck Casa Marina but you are not worth the prices you are charging.

Overall, we had an AMAZING experience at the Casa Marina! The outdoor spaces, location and staff are all 10/10. The rooms leave a little something to be desired. But, as long as you go in with the expectation that the the hotel is historic (aka OLD) it's a great place to stay. As other reviewers mention, the hallways are not spotless + the rooms show some wear and tear. The housekeeping staff seemed to be understaffed and didn't blow us away. However, the location and outdoor areas are truly the best on the island so we diddnt spend much time indoors! I HIGHLY recommend upgrading your stay to a pool walkout room, or balcony room if possible - because if you have a less then exceptional room paired with a bad view I could see the stay being less enjoyable. We had a pool walkout and loved every second! Also, as an added bonus, Patrick at the front desk, was great to work with! A few upgrades on paint and hallway carpet and design would make this stay 5 Stars (I heard renovations are coming spring/summer 2023)

This hotel is like Kendal Jenner - beautiful on the outside, needs an upgrade on the inside. The rooms don’t smell fresh. Utilities are old. Carpets are old. The elevator made me nervous. The gym is good and decent. Beautiful ocean view though and great lighting. Staff are friendly.

  • 2/5 Tammi B. 1 year ago on Google
Wow does this hotel need a makeover! The rooms are outdated and worn. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Towel at the pool are so warm you can almost see through them. Trash cans by elevators are rusted. Elevators were out of service for the 4 days we were there. The food at the grill had very few choices, nothing vegan or vegetarian and $18 for a burger. The service was not great either and it’s still expensive! They are going to be remodeling and that’s great but should have been done 10 years ago.

I can understand why the rating isn't the highest. Some of the rooms look a basic. Ours was nice though and clean. The resort though is fantastic. Love the pool open until 11 and the beach service. Also the jet ski rentals right next door. Beautiful place. Very relaxing.

This hotel was beautiful! The views were breathtaking and the staff were all very friendly and helpful! We got lost looking for the room as this is a very big property and Brittany who is from the cleaning crew walked us the whole way across the property ensuring that we found our suite. She was so kind and although it was a long walk she had a smile the whole time. This to me was great customer service. The suite itself was big, comfortable and clean. The side we DID get lost on was very dark. Very low lighting during the day and many elevators were out of service that weekend. Minutes away from Duval st.

I thought the rooms were clean and spacious. All of the staff members were really accommodating, and seemed to care that you had a good experience. There are two pools one just for adults which is amazing for those of us not traveling with kids. The only thing I would change is the housekeeping staff was incredibly noisy at 9 AM on a Sunday morning (do they hate the guests?), and the bathroom could use some updating (rust in tub, warped door, etc).

  • 4/5 Thorsten S. 1 year ago on Google
To start with the positive: The outdoor area with pool etc. is very nicely designed. The colleagues at the reception were always very friendly and always had a good joke ready. The rooms are ok, but also a bit outdated. They were clean, but could be renovated and modernized. Only thing is that the adjacent beach is not usable. You rather break your legs if you try to get into the water ;-) We had breakfast the next morning and unfortunately opted for the buffet. For $42 per person, the selection is then but very clear. All hot drinks and even the pancakes have to be paid extra. If you pay more for a small breakfast than for a good dinner is something wrong! The price in August is certainly exaggerated with over 600 dollars per night. And we didn't have an ocean view, we had a street view.

I’m happy to say that my stay was wonderful. I opted to stay two additional days. I’m not sure what there was to complain about. I read these reviews and shake my head. Beautiful hotel directly on the water in the Southernmost city. I see people say it’s older, yes that’s correct. It’s a historic hotel.!? Breakfast has options, usually the menu is better that a buffet anyplace I’ve ever eaten. The pools are beautiful, grounds are very well kept. Staff was over the top great, everyone I dealt with. Guests looking for something for a comp, gotta love it. I’m planning on at least two visits to Key West and this is where I’ll stay.

This place, for the price was three stars. The location was fantastic, the people who worked at the desk and service were great, and the cleaning people woke us up a bunch of times and had to ask the front desk to have them change sheets and "clean" the room. The room was OK, but needed some updates. We had food there quite a few times and it was OK. The bar service, most of time, was great as well. Having this place open up to a beach on the ocean was definitely our favorite part! We enjoyed the pool and other activities they had on the beach. The lobby was beautiful and nicely taken care of. Casa Marina is not worth the price but we had a great time overall.

NOT WORTH IT! The dirtiest smallest rooms we have ever stayed in. The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was the least friendliest person we’ve dealt with while checking into a hotel. Do not recommend and will not stay here again. Pretty disappointed we made the drive to the keys for this.

Stayed here for two nights. Yes the hotel is older, but it was clean and beautiful. Yes it may need an update, but the hotel was beautiful. The adult pool was nice and clean. They also have a kids pool. They also showed movies outside by the kids pool. Staff was friendly. Close to everything. The only negative was there was no place to swim in the ocean. Was on the ocean with a beautiful view, but no place to get into the ocean. We enjoyed our time.

We were so excited to stay here, but we were disappointed by our room when we arrived. The rooms are very out dated and run down. All of the furniture had lots of stains and tears on them, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. We’ve stayed in much nicer 3 and 4 star hotels, and were surprised this one has a 5 star rating. The amenities are very nice though and were the highlight of the stay!
