What a modern and funky hotel with two bars, rooftop and an air conditioned comfort option off the lobby. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had eclectic furniture. Pool front balcony rooms made for a fun evening cocktail in the midst of a summer afternoon evening pool lounge vibe. Felt like Palm Springs meets Key West. Will definitely be back, exceptional staff Denise and Paul and actually everyone we came in contact with were awesome and professional. Amy the Front Office Manager definitely takes pride in the property and staff and was a pleasure to speak with. We will be back and will recommend.

The Saint is one of my favorite hotels! They understand recognizing loyal customers and also make everyone feel special. Location is close to everything in Key West. Breakfast is great and the late night bar is cozy and relaxing. Rooms are unique and fun! I stay in over 75 hotels nights a year and The Saint is the best.

Very unique property. We are in one of the petite rooms.....small but nicely (and uniquely) appointed. Check in was efficient and friendly with a thorough explanation of the hotel's amenities. Location can't be beat....right in the middle of old town, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Only down side is the very loud live music played at the rooftop bar (Halo) from 7:00 to 10:00 nightly.....so loud that sleep is impossible until after 10:00 pm.

HORRIBLE. Extremely unaccommodating staff minus bellhop who was the only one with any ounce of customer service. 1. We get to the hotel and parking is 6 blocks away requiring you to take a shuttle if you want to get to your car. It’s left out in a public parking lot in the middle of key west. 2. We went out that night and got back around 8pm, there is a rooftop bar two doors down that blasts music until 10pm shaking your room. 3. Fast forward to the next morning, we see fluid (which looks like blood) on our headboard in the LED+sunlight. At this point we have had enough, we’re grossed out and wanted to leave as they were booked up and couldn’t upgrade us. 4. the manager 1. Wouldn’t refund us for the night as we were going to stay elsewhere since she could not accommodate us or provide another option 2. Claimed this foreign substance was not blood (how could she know that?!), regardless if it was blood or not, there was a huge red stain right where we lay our heads at night. They couldnt tell us what it was, but claimed it was "cleaned" but the stain remained even after when we returned to our room 3. Insinuated since we had been there a night that it was caused by us. My jaw was on the floor I was so offended. Key part - they could not accommodate us to guest standards and still would not refund us for the night. Again, they were unable to provide us alternate accommodations, and still would not refund us. We are Marriott honors members, and treated like absolute garbage. We booked with the Hyatt ($1500 a night) and picked up our stuff and left although we had an additional night stay. We would rather spend an additional $1500 then stay in a dirty room. Wanna know what the manager offered us when this happened? TWO DRINK VOUCHERS. It was laughable.

Faith renewed. Spent another amazing weekend at the Saint and met general manager Alexander. Terrific customer experience and happy we chose this hotel for our getaway. Amazing food and a very cool vibe. Highly recommend a stay here.

Location is great but the price isn't. My room was small and dark with the shower basically in the bed room. The waiter in the morning for breakfast was not nice at all. The only thing that saved this place was the free bikes and the nice front desk staff.

Unbelievably good service and exceptionally friendly staff. Kate, Denise, Amy and I think his name was Gustavo were amazing, they made our stay GREAT. I loved our room, it over looked the pool. The hotel is so classy, and has its own unique vibe that sets it apart from all the other hotels I’ve stayed at. The roof top bar was great. They make a killer rum runner! I wish I would’ve remembered the bartenders name because they definitely need recognition. I loved the stay. I will for sure be back! The complimentary bike rentals was really nice to make getting around the island easy.

Whatever you do don’t get a room near the rooftop. You won’t be able to relax because of the music that plays late into night. Probably the worst sleep of my life on vacation and you pay a pretty penny to stay here. Rooms are super small and walls are thin. Location is good and so are the food and drinks. I didn’t sleep well here at all and that is important to me. I don’t think it’s worth the high rate they charge.

10/10! I loved everything about this hotel. Yes, the rooms are small, but, you’re in Key West, you don’t spend much time in your room, trust me. The staff is amazing and friendly. The pool area is a blast to meet people and chat. And the location, it’s perfect! My husband and I had an amazing time!

The rooms nice and clean. The bed is the best mattress ever!! I loved the pool area although the DJ on Saturday could have played a little more to the crowd instead of techno dance music. The service poolside could have been better as well but was not terrible. The front desk is so accommodating and helpful. We had breakfast and it was pretty good. I would definately stay here again and look forward to coming back.

Quirky and upscale hotel in Key West Happy hour was beyond amazing. Ethan was our bartender and he (plus the rest of the staff) were the best we have seen. Nice and competent and attentive to everyone! A definite MUST!

Cannot beat location. Hotel is very cute, I love the decor. Rooms are small but that was known when booking, plus is to be expected in such a historical building on an island. Guest service was flawless. Gustavo was an amazing valet/bellman. He ensured we were well taken care of our whole trip and remembered our names. Cannot beat this location or the level of guest service.

Want to start by saying Annie at the front desk was absolutely amazing!!! Also, every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. Overall I love this hotel. Might not be for everyone with the smaller rooms, but the location, service, and environment was amazing. The pool was tranquil and both bars had good drinks. The rooftop bar has great artists that perform as well. When I'm back in Key West in the future, I will absolutely be staying here.

This was our 2nd time staying here, and once again, it did not disappoint!! Love the location, the cool vibe in the room, the comfy bed, easy access to the rooms via Duval St., and the rooftop bar! Next time, we will take advantage of the free use of bikes there!! The staff are amazing. The continental breakfast was a large portion and delicious. Coffee in the lobby!! Love it here!! Will be back;)

We spent several nights in Key West in June and decided to stay here. From the moment we arrived and checked in, until we checked out every staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly. Some went out of their way to provide extra service, like bringing extra pool towels or ice cold water poolside. The room was very comfortable and it was a decent size too, so we definitely didn’t feel cramped or like we didn’t have storage space, because we most definitely did! The housekeeping staff took good care of the room everyday, refreshing the room and making the bed. But they also came back in the evening and refreshed towels and took the used towels, which was really nice! The room was nicely decorated, but some aspects of it were dated and definitely needed updating. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispenser in the shower was a style that is very difficult to pump when taking a shower (similar to the AC Hotels, which are horrible). The pool and common areas were very nicely kept up with and clean. We even saw staff cleaning handrails, etc frequently. The pool is very nice a d soothing, given the very hot and humid weather in Key West. Staff vacuumed it daily and they also kept cushions and covers on the loungers around the pool. There is a full restaurant with a very nice cocktail bar called Tempt on site. Additionally, there’s a rooftop bar called Halo, which overlooks Duval St. The food and drinks were excellent! We visited both bars often and enjoyed lunch at the outside seating area of Tempt one day and a late night snack inside at Tempt’s bar one evening. The location is PERFECT! Right at the corner of Duval and Eaton, in the heart of all the excitement of the area, but sitting far enough from Duval that it was quiet and chill. Definitely will return!

We go here for the drinks, one of the best selections of top shelf in Key West. The craft cocktails they make are amazing. Staff is always friendly and funny. Drinks are of good size, and they do a great old fashion here. Try different things on the menu for drinks and they have a nice restaurant also. As most places in Key West it's small and getting a good place may take a while.

The Saint Hotel is one of the coolest hotels off of Duvall Street. Staff is very accommodating. Very unique rooms. They have one of the best bars on island. The food is tremendous also. Stayed there multiple times and will go back again.

Front desk staff-5 star Roof Top bar music, bartender and view-5 star. Bonvoy choice of continental breakfast well above average. Location- absolutely perfect for us off Duval. Valet parking is what it is off Duval but they were extremely fast but we kept the car parked the entire time. Our room was amazing and all of this made this our new go to spot after years at the same place that we still love.

Every time we go here it's a great experience. The drinks are great, not cheap but still high quality drinks. High end liquors that you cant get anywhere in Key West. The bartenders know the liquor and how to serve it. The bar food is great. Don't pass this place up and venture up to the sky bar for entertainment. They got a Mississippi girl that plays there that you will love. Very good place and professional bar tenders.

Simply the absolute best resort in the whole Universe bar none. They were able to fit us into their busy schedule, well experienced, gracious, kind and experienced. Everyone I met or ran into was upbeat and happy, and you could tell they genuinely cared about being there and assisting. The ambiance is relaxing, chill, and furnishings are very comforting, current, and ultra clean. The food and beverage are indescribably good. If we had the time, we would spend days on end at this place. Loved, and we highly highly recommend it and will definitely be back many times.

My main takeaway from our stay was "$500+ night and there's no milk for the coffee at breakfast?!" It's coffee mate in the little plastic cups. Otherwise, good facilities and attentive staff. Complimentary bikes. Great location. But seriously. Cutting costs in the wrong spots for their target clientele.

Location is key here. They have an awesome rooftop bar and the rooms are nice. Old and small, but nice. The location let’s you walk right out onto Duval, which is great.

Let’s get real about the facade of leisure. The hotel is in a great location. However, the hallway and AC noise makes sleeping almost impossible. I’m sure they are banking on everyone being too tired or hammered to hear the noise prior to passing out. Moreover, the reception staff’s demeanor lacks total professional courtesy, experience, and respect to anyone that makes any request of them regarding the multiple room failures. Instead, they’ve been well trained to simply dismiss, talk over the patrons, or simply try to disengage so that one will just walk away. I can recommend that the Best Western would have been a much better choice at less than half the cost. I hope someone from the Marriott corporate office reads this so that they can look further into this before they lose additional customers!

The hotel is purely aesthetics. While beautiful, nothing inside the room works properly (the TV does not function beyond turning on, the fan does not turn on without the light also being on, minor inconveniences one after another) and it is unbelievably loud. There is no insulation and every small noise outside is amplified into an echo chamber. The AC runs even when turned off, and it sounds like a rocket ship taking off for half an hour at a time before kicking off at random intervals. The hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, but I would give it up for the Motel 6, especially considering we paid $500+ for a night's stay. Terrible experience.

This hotel is the perfect spot for a romantic trip!! It’s classy but cozy! The location is close to everything. The rooms are posh and nice and the staff is amazing at granting your every wish! It’s little things that this hotel offers that others just don’t! The pool is super warm with a waterfall that is super cute. The bar has amazing food and drinks . They also have bikes for you to use anytime you want. We love it and will stay here every tine we come!

Great location, friendly and professional staff, beautiful setup and pool. Great rooftop bar Halo. However the room was small, the shower area and the toilet area were spacious. Our room had a ceiling like AC which direly blows onto the bed which makes it either too cold or too hot. We also have a dehumidifier in the room runs 7x24 which makes it very noisy. Not to mention that when the bucket was full we need to dump the water into the shower that happens a couple times a day. One time the bucket was full at 3am, the machine beeped so loud that we got up to empty the bucket and ruined a nights sleep.

We absolutely loved The Saint! The location is perfect if the restaurants and music on Duval is something your looking for. Easy 15-20 min uber ride from the airport. Traveling with 2 other couples. Gus greeted us right away and safely stored our bags until our rooms were ready. Our room was great, clean and spacious!! The AC worked GREAT, almost too great!! It was nice having a mini fridge in our room. The only thing missing was full-length mirrors. If that’s the only thing noticed, the Saint marked all the other boxes for the price!!

We've been visiting KW for years and last week we discovered the lounge at The Saint. What a treat and experience it was; everything was elegant and the food was excellent. The bartenders were top notch and a throwback to another time when cocktails were carefully made with attention to detail. They were kind, fun and attentive to us and everyone in the lounge, one of them even gave us a mini tour when I expressed interest in the ground; it was a total class move, sprinkled with kindness! Please tip these wonderful people hardy and appreciate the experience bc it's not something that is seen everyday in our coarse world.

We got married in Key West at First Flight on 4/3/22 and chose to stay close by our venue at The Saint Hotel. Wow, was that the best decision we could have made! The entire Saint team, especially Paul, made our stay incredible and they were so attentive and helpful. We basically took over the whole hotel with the exception of a few rooms with our wedding guests and they handled the large crowd effortlessly and made sure we all had the best time. The customer service was 10/10 and Paul went out of his way, literally, to get us what we needed and make sure our stay as stress free as possible (as you know, weddings can be a little stressful at times). The Tempt bar was a hotspot after hours along with the rooftop bar. We can't wait to stay there and see them again next time we're in town! Thank you Paul, Gustavo, and the entire Saint Hotel team for the best wedding hotel we could ever dream of.

Excellent hotel. The room and bathroom was spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was very nice and attentive. Location is perfect in the middle of the action yet is an oasis if you want to get out of the mayhem. The cocktails at the bar are amazing. Highly recommended.

Wow such a lovely space! The staff was very nice and the room was amazing. Rooftop bar added great ambiance and the other bar was lovely. I will give this 5 stars for our room but you should be aware that some rooms border the outside bar and could be noisy. Also? Went in July and I know this place would benefit from a chiller on the pool. Not refreshing at high nineties. Also met a couple who also said they could use a heater in the winter. We even called the hotel after because the mattress was amazing. She didn’t know the brand but said it is a common. Being so close to Duval street was amazing and kept us right in the heart of the vibe of Key West.

Hotel is amazing. Quickly checked into our rooms and received a tour of the hotel. They have an entrance door right off Duval street and it's the perfect location to be! (in the center of everything) All staff interactions were very polite and extremely helpful. The service at the pool was great. The rooms are very cozy. They have a nice happy hour after 4 and they have a roof top bar with live music in the evening. This will be our new hotel from now on.

Such an unusual hotel. I love the vintage vibe here. Our room was very small, but was ok. The restaurant /bar had great food and drinks, and the service was very good.

I had high expectations given the price, but don't expect to sleep. Small facility, some nice rooms, but make sure you have a reservation for all nights of your stay in the same room, otherwise it will be a very expensive cluster... We had multiple reservations for three rooms, three nights and with two rooms we ended up moving mid stay. Roosters start at 3:30AM, construction and leaf blowers at 6:30AM. Bar open on the weekends has live music until 10PM, and Duvall Street is rarely quiet. Great access to the center of town, and a thank you for a free bottle of champagne in celebration of a significant event, however the last move to 2 queen beds took all of the joy out this facility. Also note that a superior king, balcony pool view can translate to a HC first floor in the corner and a balcony maybe 24" from grade.

Relaxing hotel. Very close to everything. I did not care for the parking setup but it is tolerable (you pay to park about six blocks away and they shuttle you back and forth). Overall, the staff were exceptional and try to make your stay special. I’d stay here again. The drinks at the bar are pretty amazing and most of the bartenders know what they are doing. The complimentary breakfast option for Marriott elites is not very special, basic continental and no substitutions.

  • 5/5 Michelle L. 2 years ago on Google
Really enjoyed our stay! Had room 106 and it was so quiet. Couldn't hear any of the noise from Duval or various other bars and restaurants. Front desk and bar staff were incredibly friendly and professional. We would definitely stay again.
