Our room did not have hot water for 2 days and we were dismissed by front desk and manager when we inquired about the issue. Made report in the early morning and went out for the day. When we returned in the late evening, no one had even checked on our issue. We spoke with Eddie, who is fantastic and apologized that the problem was not addressed. He moved us to a new room. I asked for the manager to give me a call to discuss and I have not heard anything. Aside from Eddie, this property does not meet the standards set by any other Kimpton Hotel. I would love to be contacted. I was promised a refund of 2 nights of points for the issues we had, but nothing has been done.

Overall it was a great stay at the Kimpton Ridley house. The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable (extremely important). The continental style breakfast was fresh and nicely displayed. The pool was small but quaint. I would stay here again. HOWEVER… watch out for the resort fees. It was an unpleasant “surprise“.

Ridley house helped make this a perfect weekend getaway. Room was great, beds were comfortable (Room #23). We had an issue at check-in/arrival which was quickly and professionally handled... all staff was attentive and helpful. Good continental breakfast - clean kitchen. Pool was refreshing. Slight street noises, but location is awesome being 2 blocks from Duval. We had a car - unloaded bags at hotel, then parked at Old Town parking garage, $40 per day, and a short walk. (As a tip for anyone using that garage, to get the daily rate, you have to use the kiosks, not the phone app. Took a minute for us to figure that out!)

Clean. Quiet. Great service. I could do without the feather pillows, but that is minor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Super good location. Close to everything without dealing with the noise of Duval.

Charming boutique hotel in a perfect location. Surprisingly quiet despite close proximity to Duval St. Pool is beautiful and heated. Paid public parking lot right next door and an easy walk to bars and restaurants. Complimentary bikes make it easy to explore. Didn’t know about the welcome drinks or happy hour until we checked out but will take advantage of next time. Absolutely recommend!

I love Kimpton properties. They consistently offer exceptional service, great locations for their properties, and comfortable stays. This property is no different. From the moment we checked in we were treated by a professional and respectful staff. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! I would recommend this property on any visit to Key West.

What a wonderful stay we had here! The staff was amazing. Craig called us as we were on our way from the airport concerned that hurricane Ian was located in our departing city and that we may have been impacted. He cheerfully checked us in upon our arrival and helped us navigate the property. Our room was lovely. There was an area outside our entrance where we hung out at night. It had chairs and tables and was lovely and private. The pool was perfect to sit by and cool off with a quick dip in the afternoons. Each morning there was breakfast. Coffee was great. I grabbed some yogurt and fruit while my husband enjoyed the bagels and danishes. The location was within walking distance of everything and we didn’t have a car. So that’s perfect. But it also was not so close to the craziness of Duvall that you heard sleep disruptive sound at night. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the staff for making our long over due and twice cancelled visit a wonderful one!!!!

EXCELLENT stay! Amazing staff! Eddie and Craig are so friendly and accommodating and kind. Great rooms, big bathroom, clean and tidy! Morning breakfast and coffee is easy and yummy. Pool is great! Location is awesome!

Perfect location, easy to walk to many restaurants and bars. Rooms are nice, spacious, comfortable beds, and good water pressure. Staff was always helpful. The only thing is it can get loud with outside noises, nothing we couldn’t deal with.

Very nice place to stay in Key West. Compared to other places the price was good for Key West. Not fancy but the rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Nice for a house built in the 1800's. Nice cute pool! Oh! And only 2 blocks from Duval Street.

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. Pros: Free bike rentals. Just ask the front desk! Pool, even though it's pretty small! Also had a shared converted space to eat breakfast or hang out. Nice included breakfast from 8-10am. They had almond milk and a couple gluten-free options, which was very nice. (Oatmeal, cheerios, rice krispies, hard boiled eggs, fruit). There was also a water cooler. Bed was comfortable Bathroom was remodeled and nice Had a private little patio off of our room. You're right off of Duval, so you can walk or bike to everything Mini fridge was great Cons: Very, very loud!!!! Lots of mopeds and motorcycles going by right outside the door from early morning to late at night. Thank God we brought earplugs, or this would have been a rough trip.

Myself and my husband stayed here for a mini-moon following our wedding and we had the most amazing experience at the Ridley House! We continuously talked about how great the location was, 5 minute walk from the wharf and 2 blocks from duval and loved stopping in and out of the hotel throughout the days walking the island. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, as well as kept the main area and pool clean for daily use. We will only be staying here when returning to Key West!

We have stayed in many Kimpton Hotels and even had our wedding at one in Miami. This Kimpton was the worse experience we have had with this brand. First we had a room that was directly next (feet) to the pool, even though convenient if we wanted to use the pool, the windows to the room were extremely thin and there were some people swimming late at night sometime after 1am and we could hear their entire conversation, even though they were speaking quietly. Second, our room and I believe it was the only one like this, had a window AC unit and it was extremely loud. We could not get a good nights sleep at all. At this price point you do not expect to a have a window ac unit! Thankfully we were only staying one night, otherwise we would have checked out early. Also, t is in the details of the hotel but there is no parking or valet. Nearest parking lot is several blocks away, incase you over look this detail when booking. Before booking here I would look at other hotels, you can find better! Oh, and we shared our bad experience to Kimpton's customer service line and they said the manager would reach out, they haven't and its been weeks now. Not the customer service we expect from Kimpton at all.

This was a wonderful vacation trip and the facilities are outstanding. From the moment I checked in with Eddie at the desk he was as courteous and helpful as could be with our accommodations and food suggestions. I hope others are lucky enough to have him welcome them to the Ridley House. We had a great stay and can't wait to go back. Loved my stay here ! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and conveniently located. The staff were friendly, inviting and warm. The only thing was that there is no parking available so you have to find parking.

The rooms could use a refresh, they're definitely well used, but comfortable. Our room did have a pervasive mildew/mold smell but that seems to be the deal with ever Kimpton property in KW. The cleaning crew don't seem to bug on dusting either... IHG could afford to put some money into these properties, but I don't blame the day to day staff for that. That said the staff and location are absolutely fantastic. Craig at the front desk was a pleasure, and the property staff are all very warm and accomodating.

Great location. Room was large and bed comfortable. Nice outdoor courtyard with pool. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Poor guest service response when it came to the details. The sheets weren’t changed in the guest bed and there were termite droppings all over the bed with no response from the hotel on the matter. I emailed managers and the hotel group and no response. Cheap place and rooms to match.

Ridley House is a beautiful setup, very comfortable room, located a block off Duval. We had hardwoods, 14 ft ceilings and luscious balcony view. Nice pool, friendly staff. I’d definitely stay again!

My wife and I didn’t even stay here but I wanted to give a review about how friendly and welcoming Arturo (the receptionist) was with us. We wanted to check the property out for future visits and Arturo gave us great information and even a couple Kimpton drinks that were great! We definitely want to stay here in the future!

Room was very hot during the day. Air conditioner could not keep up with heat on 3rd floor room. House keeping was lack luster, maintenance was called for the air-conditioning and could not resolve problem. The continental breakfast was good as well as the pool surroundings. Front desk staff was accommodating.

Great location, easy walk to everything. No smoking even on balcony or outside really sucked. Black feet from dirty floors.

I'll give it a 5 for location,close to many attractions. Free breakfast consisted of cold cereal and toast. Less expensive hotels do better than this. Poor house keeping, had to ask several times to have rooms cleaned and fresh towels. Pool was to cool for swimming and forget about bicycles being available. A lot of street noise. Might stay again but would have to be a whole lot better rate than what we paid and would want a room on the first floor.

It was very nice and had a great continental breakfast by the pool the next day. I would have given it five stars except my room is located on the third floor with a lot of steps and the hallways were warm. The rooms in the bathrooms are all updated and very nice in the grounds were beautiful also. The location is very convenient to Mallory square and Duval Street.

Cannot say enough to express our complete satisfaction with our stay at this incredible resort. Beautiful rooms, sublime staff and incredible memories made. Can’t wait to return.
