AAHHMMAAZZIINNGG!!! That’s all I can say. It’s adult only which I love. It’s clean. It’s kept. The staff are always friendly n helpful. The bartender at the pool is extremely personable and creates a great atmosphere. We love the premier luxury room w the private pool in the back of our room. Very nice to come back after long hot day to cool off and relax. We love to come back order food n sit by our pool. Super great location

Wonder experience in key west. Every morning they bring freshly baked muffins to your room. If you are a regular to key west, you may notice a lot of the hotels are feeling their age. This one is very clean and modern inside. Our room had its own plunge pool and the hotel had a roof top pool. The Staff was outstanding and could accommodate any need. Our room was surrounded by a beautiful garden area. Plus it had a sitting area on both inside the room. We even had a bottle of champagne waiting on us at arrival which was a very nice touch.

I had the Luxury Premium Room that came with my own private pool only I had access to and a semi private swing. They placed a $500 hold on your card that you get back when you check out. They offered a fire pit at night which was very peaceful. This hotel is strictly adults only and trust me its better that way. The mini bar was stocked and the staff and service was amazing. My room was on the pricier side because of the type of room I got but for everything you get, it is worth it and the experience and luxury was priceless. The pool was cleaned daily for me and the water was always perfect whether I got in at night or morning and there was no issue with noise or from neighbors. The spot this hotel is im is perfect because you're only like 2 minutes away from Duval St aka all the best food and action for families, couples and singles. I spent time on the roof and swam in the pool there and had a few drinks with friends. They had robes hanging in my room and slippers to use after my shower. The robes were super soft and for $75 each they can be yours to take. The hotel offers access to bikes and scooters for its guests and this was one of my favorite things and honestly parking in Key West is a night mare and expensive and the scooters are only $9/hr and you have to download the llama mobility app to unlock them but scooting down the street was a lot of fun and easier to explore because you can just put your scooter some where lock it and pause the ride. They directed us to amazing restaurants and activities and I highly recommend you splurging to stay here and in the type of room I stayed in. Upon check out they gave a complimentary candle with the hotels logo and it smells very good and not overpowering. They even bring you muffins daily with little chocolates and mini dove ice cream bars. I had a video of the room and outside but I'm not able to post them in the review. I went here just for a little mini vacation but I recommend going to this resort for birthdays and anniversaries and special occasions and with someone you love and care about because the room and environment are perfect for special occasions and couples but even if youre single I promise you'll have an amazing time at this resort and the location its in. I didn't want to leave H20 Suites or Key West at all and I guarantee after sleeping in one of their beds you won't want to either.

Great hotel. The staff was friendly and really on top of things our entire stay. At first I was hesitant to book this hotel since there was no restaurant on site but there were plenty in walking distance. There are scooters you can rent right outside as well if you want an easy way to travel out a bit further. The gym and rooftop bar/pool were both top notch.

It’s good. My only compliant is that the suites with the private pools aren’t at all private, and the booking advertisement is a little miss leading. The pools are located in the front of the units which are along a main walkway. It’s common sense that the guests would get this room to go skinny dipping in a private pool, but that’s not easily nor comfortable accomplished, which sort of defeats the entire point of the room. The pools also have super bright lights in them that are set with a timer and the front desk can’t control (no the guests), this even further limits privacy; additionally, the lights are so bright it shines around the curtains in the room and prevents a blacked out room environment for sleeping. All this being said, I think it’s $150 per night over priced.

Friendly staff. Well maintained property. Private pool rooms are not fully private. People can walk by and look in just keep that in mind. Rooftop pool and bar are great!!

Beautiful hotel ! We got the room with the private and pool and it was beautiful and amazing! The pool is heated which is kind of a downfall because it’s INSANELY hot in Key West so the water doesn’t need to be hot. The staff was wonderful (we did get attitude from one lady on our last night because we locked ourselves out) otherwise everyone we encountered was lovely. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Had an amazing stay at the H2O Suites in Key West! We decided to stay in a room with a private pool (not the plunge, but the private actual pool) and it was lovely and private. We had a corner unit and had it all to ourselves. The room was very spacious and we also had a front patio with a swing bench which was really chill. Staff was fantastic and the location was just perfect. Check-in and check-out was very efficient and easy. CVS was walking distance and great places to eat were a block or 2 away. Bike and scooter rentals are right behind the hotel too! I would DEFINITELY stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and private getaway!

Great place, updated and clean rooms. Great style. Bathrooms are big and have great fixtures. Bed very comfy. Porch is enough to host 4 people. The circle shape of hotel around courtyard cause that area to hold a lot of heat so thats not such a great area to be. Roof top pool is nice. There is a bar up there we're they have a couple happy hour times and options that provide some complimentary drinks during those times. Staff was as nice as one could ever hope for. Adults only make it quiet and nice. We went on honeymoon and it was perfect for a couple. 1 block away from Duval st. Where all the night life action happens. Love this place.

We had a Thursday night booked for the last leg of our honeymoon. I got extremely sick two days prior and the day before tested positive for Covid. I called the hotel to cancel the reservation since I did not want to spread the virus and was going to quarantine where I was. I was able to cancel with no issue however when I asked to speak to the manager regarding a partial refund due to the circumstances I was told that the manager was out for the weekend but would return my call on Monday. I waited until the following Thursday but did not receive a call so I called back and was told the manager was at another property and then again would be out for the weekend but would return my call on Monday. To my surprise I got a call a couple hours later from the hotel, however it was the staff I originally spoke to who wanted to let me know that they spoke to the manager who likely won't discuss any sort of refund but will call me on Monday. No surprise when Monday came and went with no call from the manager. I have no choice but to let them keep the $1100 for the room however I wanted to warn others. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, do not book this hotel! If you expect professionalism of a return call from the manager who actually works more than 3-4 days a week, don't book this hotel! If you get Covid, you may as well go to their hotel and put their staff and guests at risk since they clearly do not care! We do plan to do a honeymoon do over, but most definitely do not plan on booking with this hotel again.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. It was a little pricey but worth every penny. From the second we checked in and they made us drinks, to constantly providing us with snacks, and making sure we were always taken care of. It was 5 star service all around.

Wonderful Hotel with lots to offer other then sleeping. The rooms are a good size and are shape and clean. Modern amenities like a private swimming pool in your private patio, bath robes, slippers, sit down, vanity for all you make up, loving women, including myself, a mini kitchen, at with a fridge freezer and other mini bar accommodations that are a reasonable price. This hotel also has a beautiful pool with wonderful comfortable seating on the roof, which also includes a full bar. The greenery is absolutely amazing throughout the whole hotel. The only reason that I am giving a four would be the added expenses when you go to check in expenses that are not listed when you are checking in to the hotel. 500.00 + some of that will be returned and also the added price of parking your rental vehicle. Every single day went on the site we booked our hotel at stated there was free parking. Other than that this has been a wonderful hotel experience for my husband and I celebrating 12 years of marriage at Key West.

H2O Suites exceeded my expectations. I don't even know where to begin. I chose this hotel based on the accommodations and exceptional reviews. LGBTQ+ friendly resort. From the moment that we entered the lobby, you were greeted by a delicious scent in the air. The receptionists were phenomenal in the check-in process and it was extremely easy and fast. There was fresh citrus water. I booked a plunge pool suite for 2 days and the room was gorgeous. The hotel grounds were Immaculate in every way possible as well and the rooms were exceptionally well-maintained and organized. They thought of everything and there was not one thing that I needed to reach out to the receptionist for during my stay. The plunge Pool and Patio area was Immaculate and the pool itself was well-maintained and very refreshing. The plunge pools are in view of people passing by but please keep in mind this is extremely small facility and very low traffic so you are practically alone in your pool and nobody cares about what you're doing. With it being an adult-only Resort, it was peaceful and private, and you felt like you were there by yourself. The rooftop pool and bar were enjoyable. They even have a complimentary happy hour with drinks and snacks. In the room, you have a walk-in shower that is so relaxing. Our room had a couch and two TVs. The rooms also had a comforting scent, the AC was amazing, and the bed was rejuvenating. I did not have to think about anything when I was there. Location is convenient, you do have to pay for parking at the hotel that is mentioned on the site and there is food and drinks available in your room to be added to your tab if you would like. During your stay, they give you freshly baked muffins from a local bakery, Dove ice cream bars that are complimentary as well as sweet dream chocolate for bed. Upon checking out you also get a thank you gift. Everything was thought of and I could not be happier with my experience, it was top-tier!

We are staying here now and this boutique (adult only) hotel is simply fabulous. Unfortunately, we could not get a pool room but hopefully next time. The rooms all appear to be the same, the only difference is a pool on the first floor and balconies(large) on the second floor. The rooftop pool ( heated) is very relaxing. Beds are comfortable but the pillows are in need of replacement. Glass shower is large and fit for 2. Bathroom has a double sink which is so necessary for couples! Fridge, ice maker, additional sink and coffee all in main room. Two TVs, one in front of bed and one in front of couch and desk. There is a safe for valuables and clothes steamer in closet. We feel very much at home here and very happy with our stay. The front desk is professionally run and they have all been so kind. I do feel all the extra touches, like complimentary drinks, muffins and ice cream bars put this place in category all its own.

Exceeded all expectations. This hotel is as beautiful and chill as it is accommodating. From the gorgeous modern-tropical aesthetics of the rooms, courtyard, and rooftop pool deck, to the very personalized & sincere island hospitality, their attention to detail is incredible. Excellent location, perfect walkability. After nearly 10 years of visiting Key West, we definitely have our new favorite hotel in the Conch Republic. Thanks to GM Jim and his fantastic staff for such a memorable stay! And for the “welcome back” champagne. ;-)

So ingest there roughly at 3 pm. No one is available to help with the bags. Paying 600 usd a night, you would at least expect there to be someone to help with luggage. On reception they insist I show the card which I reserved with, which they already had charged 50%, in order to charge the remaining. I explained I lost the physical card and for them to just charge it… they declined and I was obliged to pay in cash. However at checkout, they charged the card for the drinks I had on the pool. Rooms are good, location is ok but nothing special. They charge for parking, and their parking is across the road and not covered. Main reason I’m frustrated about my stay is that it’s not worth the price they charge.

The good: - The rooms are as nice, and clean as the website shows - The staff is very kind and friendly - Free champaign and (I think) wine during the day at the pool The bad: - The location is awful. Google Maps doesn't do justice to just how far removed you are from everything. Having not even basic coffee in the morning made this even more annoying, having to walk to the limited options nearby, of varying quality. - The rooms with the private pools afford NO privacy. Fortunately I was not staying in one, but I did feel bad having a straight, unavoidable view directly into the people's pools who were staying in the rooms below mine, as I went into, and came out of my room. - For some incoherent reason half of the chairs at the pool have no shade / umbrellas. And what makes this especially, painfully stupid is that the UN-shaded seats are the lay-down, lounge chairs everyone wants. The back corner of the pool gets shaded by the trees in the late afternoon, and of course that 1 chair was always the first to fill up. I saw one woman (who wasn't quick enough to get the coveted shade) covering her head with a towel to avoid roasting. Put more umbrellas in, this isn't complicated. The ugly: The tiles they installed everywhere were very chic and cool looking, but get slippery when wet, which of course it does anytime it rains. I nearly slipped and fell a few times, and I'm reasonably young and healthy. I imagine this will be a viciously ugly lawsuit when an older patron gets hurt there; I hope the owner realizes those "caution, wet floors" signs the staff keeps up all the time do not actually wave tortious liability ...

The H2O Suites Hotel is one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are large and beautiful. The staff are amazing and they truly catered to our every need. The location is great and they offer free parking. The pool is amazing and has complementary cocktails and snack during certain hours. This was a really great place to stay.

This is a reply to Jim's comment on my post earlier. We only opened the windows and turned on the A/C when we got back to the hotel to air out the tobacco smell. Also, we were not asking for two nights free, just for the $50/Night hotel fee to we waived for both nights. Given we paid $1,100 to stay there $100 is really nothing to a hotel in the hospitality industry. Smoke is not something we should never have to smell in our hotel room as guest are not aloud to smoke inside. It is obvious someone was. Like I stated previously, the hotel is nice but this situation should have been handled differently from the time we told front desk.

Not sure why this is listed as a 3-star hotel- it is WAYYY nicer than that! The rooms are large and beautifully done. It’s quiet and the water feature in the courtyard is just the right level of background noise. The rooftop bar and pool are the perfect oasis to relax at in afternoon. Customer service is top notch- pleasant and there if you need them, but not in your face. Will 1000% stay here again. The only thing I would do different is book a room with a private hot tub.

My partner and I stayed at H2O for two nights. We were really having a great experience until we didn't. On our last night we got back to our room at 11pm. There was an extremely strong tobacco smell in our bathroom. We then went to the front desk, he informed us he would contact a manager. Of course nobody came or called us. We could not switch rooms because they were at full capacity. For us, this was a huge issue because we both stopped smoking years ago and the scent really disgusted us. When we checked out, we had to tell the incident again to the front desk (there should have been a note already stating the issue) no manager was on duty (of course) so they said they would call later. The front desk could only waive one day of the resort fee but informed us the manager would call. Manager called and did not care and did not waive any other fees. In my opinion a lot more customer service could have been done and the situation wasn't dealt with properly. For the price of the hotel I expect much better customer service. Also, the toilet paper was some of the worst toilet paper I have used. Overall, the hotel is good but if you have an issue, do not expect much to be done about it from the manager.

I made reservations a year in advance, and had to reschedule so I had to cancel and reschedule. The website and the hotel make this very difficult. I was told it was cancelled and yet as the dates approached I was contacted and the attendant told me I had not cancelled it, and that they would now charge me for one night stay. No offer to hold a credit for a year, as I told them I did believe I could come within the next year, nothing, just lived by their fine print. I would never stay here now and despite all the great reviews this hotel is in one of the worst parts of Key West, and you can see zero water from it. One reason you have a personal pool is because you are so far away from the beach or water. It is probably nice, but try some where you can actually see the water, and do keep all your paperwork, emails, everything or you will pay for absolutely nothing.

I’m fussy when it comes to hotels and usually stay at Relais Chateau so trust me H2O is truly the best I’ve found in the Keys. The suites are set in a verdant garden with many water features. The rooms have everything you could want down to all the details. The photos on line are accurate. I don’t think I could find a better bargain than H2O. They are generous with their service. Happy hour on the rooftop pool, 2 times each day along with yummy snacks! It’s a 5/5

We had the pleasure of staying this week at this amazing hotel! Where do I start…. CLEAN SPOTLESS ROOMS, beautifully decorated and a fantastic roof top pool with 2 of the best bartenders on the island taking care of us daily for afternoon cocktails & swims (Mr.H & Natalia) we will absolutely be back to stay again soon! Thank you for a incredible experience!

It really lives up to its position as one of the most romantic hotels in the country. Gorgeous adult only suites, a salt water pool on the roof, a glass of champagne upon check-in, and a friendly staff. This was the 2nd time I have stayed there. The first was a room with the plunge pool which I recommend getting at least once. The 2nd time I got a balcony room which is just as gorgeous.

I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars. This is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. All the employees are pleasant and helpful. Hamzi is the best! Go see him at the rooftop pool, grab a complimentary drink and say hi. Shaniqua at the front desk welcomed us back with a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The swings between rooms 7-11 are so relaxing. The private pool is a must if you stay here. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and activities. We had a minor issue with our ice machine and Douglas personally came to our room to apologize. The hotel is quiet and relaxing, especially with the 25 years old + (adults only) policy. What an amazing hotel and a great city to travel too. See you in January!

Amazing hotel! I am picky person in reference to hotel rooms. But this place has won 5 stars. Not just beautiful but also super clean and super attentive staff. Since the moment we walked in we felt like royalty 😄. We stayed in one of the rooms with private pool and they would come everyday to sanitize it and remove leaves from it (very appreciative since the wind tends to make the leaves fall in the pool) As an obssesive with cleanliness I have to say I was super comfortable diving in it every day of our stay. The location is perfect! Quite and relaxing street and at the same time close to Duval st (like 4 min walk). We would definitely stay there many more times!
