Really enjoyed staying at Orchid Key Inn. Very clean, pretty quiet and well taken care-of. The staff was very friendly and courteous. As a matter of fact, every single staff person we encountered was super nice and helpful, from the front desk person, to the bartender to housekeeping. Continental breakfast was perfect and the morning coffee was great. The location is really perfect, away from the overly busy part of Duval but still within walking distance. Great restaurants were very close as well. A bit expensive but what isn't in Key West? We had an absolutely great time and would not hesitate to return to Key West in general and Orchid Key in particular.

We just spent our honeymoon here! I honestly can’t say enough about how special our visit was! We walked into our room with a note and bottle of champagne from staff! That was such an amazing touch! Office staff, morning breakfast staff, bartenders, cleaning staff all were amazing! This whole inn was the cleanest place I have ever stayed! Room was cleaned daily with fresh clean towels. I never had to ask for anything! Pool and hot tub was perfect! We will definitely be back to stay here! I love this place. Thank you for making our honeymoon the best experience!!!!

The Orchid Key in is a charming oasis in the heart of key west - great location (right on Duval street, easy walk to restaurants, nightlife, etc). The staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly. It was like I was staying at my best friends hotel. We had a great room, like new (a King Deluxe). Really cool little bar by the pool.

So glad we stumbled across this little gem. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning was nice with a great selection of food. The lady that so carefully set it up each day was delightful. Very warm and friendly. Adorable bar on site with delicious drink specials. Peter, Neil and Rose were great bartenders! Definitely will stay here again next visit to the Keys.

Orchid Key is a HIDDEN GEM! My husband and I just spent a long weekend at the Inn and absolutely loved everything about our stay. The room, grounds, pool and Orchid Bar were sparkling clean and beautifully appointed. What you see in the photos in the gallery is what you get. The coffee is piping hot before 7AM and the complementary buffet breakfast is absolutely the best we've ever enjoyed. Huge bowls of fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, waffles all served with a smile. Even though the Inn is located on two main roads it is very quiet in the room, bar and pool area. It's very conveniently near everything! If your thinking about booking a room, do it! You won't be disappointed. Plus, you can't beat the friendly staff. These folks really get it and are so accommodating. We will return!

Kat worked at the front desk...and she is awesome. We asked for recommendations for places to eat based on our dietary restrictions and she was on point with all. Additionally, she and all the other staff members we encountered were super nice and courteous. They made our stay at the Inn very pleasant. We would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Great service, location, updated rooms and the better end of Duval- walk to everything but not the bar noise. Great happy hour, fantastic breakfast. We will return.

5 days 4 nights. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel. From front desk to bar to the amenities they offer everything was there if you wanted it. Great pool, great housekeeping. Good location.

Love it! Just returned from our five day stay. I am used to larger resorts and was hesitant because it's small in comparison. It's perfect. It is absolutely spotless and the staff work tirelessly to clean the facility and to ensure the guest are happy. The pool and the bar were perfect. The location Cannot be beat! A short walk to everything you need. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go again!

My wife & I stayed 3 nights recently. The room was impeccably prepared and maintained. The staff was quite attentive, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed that the property is adults only and enjoyed much quiet time around the pool.

One of my favorite places to stay in Key West. The Orchid Key Inn is super convenient, right at the middle of Duval Street. The rooms and pool are kept immaculate. The staff is extra friendly and accommodating. This small hotel really exceeded all of our expectations.

We just stayed here last week for my birthday and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else! We absolutely loved everything about this quaint hotel! All 3 bartenders were our favorite part! Kris, Neil and Alex were fun and told about local spots to go see! Thank you yo everyone!

We were so happy with our stay here. It is perfectly located, the staff was amazing, and the pool was very nice. If we go back to Key West, we won't hesitate to stay here again.

Loved it! If you want a smaller more intimate hotel, this is it. Rooms are remodeled and great. Bar at night and the continental breakfast was as good as I've had any where else. And nothing personal parents, this is adults only. Highly recommend.

We just stayed the last week here. I absolutely 100% recommend this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and kept very clean. The staff is beyond amazing. Alex and Chris and Trudy along with everyone else were so darn nice. It’s a small property and they care about their guests. Trudy even went to hunt for my air pods that I lost. Customer service is top notch. We will definitely stay here when we return to Key West.

I love, love, love it here. First time stay and it was great. Carey and the other hotel staff were the best. Each worked very hard throughout the day making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were surprisingly beautiful. We had a spa suite…clean, well designed and in a great location. My room was spotless, the service was exceptional. The free breakfast was excellent with a fine choice of items to suit everyone’s desires. The design of the pool area was done in fine detail. Everything is at your fingertips, from the bar, to the parking lot with Duval Street only steps away. They even booked my glass bottom tour boat ride for me. Opel Key is the place to stay folks. I wish I could of met the owner and let him know. Everyone from the front desk, to the bar service was top notch. Only bad thing I will note is the 20/dollar day parking fee. I will not take away a star and still give Opel Key a 5 star rating. Thank you so much for making this a special vacation. See you next year.

This Review is about the bar only- While walking around key west we saw this gorgeous looking place (the Inn) and saw they were offering a drink that had haberno in it. The bartender was super friendly (the guy in the pic) and made some delicious drinks! If is it any indication of the quality of the hotel id say the guests are in good hands!

I highly recommend this hotel/resort. Our stay was very relaxing and the staff is truly amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite, and fun. Our room was very spacious and clean. The grounds and pool are very well kept and has lots of charm. The Orchid Key Inn was an absolute delight!

My husband and I just stayed at the Orchid Key Inn for three nights for our anniversary. This Inn is absolutely wonderful, very attentive and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. It is conveniently located on Duval Street and close walking distance to everything in town. We rented bikes and rode around town most of our stay. Peter at the front desk was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this location for your Key West vacation.

My wife & I spent 3 nights at Orchid Key and couldn't have been happier with our stay. All of the staff were genuinely nice- not just professionally cordial. They really seemed to want to connect with the guests. The location is awesome- everything was an easy walk or bike ride away(they have on site bike rentals). You could bike to Zachary Taylor Park(less than 10 minutes) for a great sunset without the crowds. The continental breakfast is very good. The pool is a nice and a great place to spend happy hour taking a break from running around Key West before going back out again. The room we were in was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. One thing we heard was to try to book one of the rooms that surround to pool(they are quieter than the rooms closer to Duval St). We will definitely return to Orchid Key and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
