We were there for a wedding and the people at the front desk very hopeful about scheduling activities while we were there.. it's very close to everything that you want to do in Key West. The pool is warm they have breakfast by the pool which includes some pastries and coffee and fruit. The breakfast was nice edition. The room was spacious. The area outside of the room where you could sit and talk was very nice as well. The housekeeper's didn't come around very often and unless we kind of corrales them they didn't always clean the room or give us the supplies we needed. The front desk people were very helpful in getting us any toilet paper or things that we towels that we may have needed.

We stayed at this property in February 2023 and we were greeted by a very lovely and helpful receptionist. I can’t remember her name but she was surprisingly British. The hotel is located just off duval street(a slight walk to Mallory square but none the less, was a completely ideal location). Its a hidden gem for sure and will be our go to hotel for when we are ever in keywest again!

The room was spacious & clean with lots of counter space . Located just off Duval St…. Easy to walk to the main strip. CVS across the street, great to pick up a case of water. I like that the vanity / sink are outside the bathroom . Shower is also big , so you don’t feel claustrophobic while showering and the shower head is up high (in case you’re a tall person ). Lee was very friendly and helpful. She checked us in and also gave some recommendations . The pool area is really nice and relaxing. It’s open pretty late too! In the mornings (7-10) there is complimentary breakfast : cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit , & bagels. As well as juice & coffee. I liked the small seating areas outside the rooms. Nice to sit in the mornings or at night. They do have limited paid parking in their garage ($20 a night) The beds were a bit firm and wish they had a blackout curtain for the window near the vanity but otherwise I would definitely come again!

Great cute little place in Key west. The room was clean and cute. We were placed on the road side of the building. A little loud for me at 6am, but my friends slept like a champ. Swimming pool was nice and pretty calm. The whole place is pretty quiet because it is few blocks from busy duval street. Love this location. Our cleaner is amazing, she is always running around with a big smile on her face. The bartender at happy hour was great! What can I say, just a great place with great staff! Def recommended! Tips: Free breakfast : 7-10am Free wine -5:00-6:00 pm Parking garage- 20$/day

Second time staying, very nice and cozy hotel. Just one block away from Duvall street, 15 min walk (or $10 uber drive) to downtown and Mallory square. Nothing fancy... the place is really clean, and the staff was friendly. Rooms on the second floor get more sunlight. They offer parking $20/night, but you can park on the street for free, just need to find a spot. Continental breakfast is served by the pool. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel with clean, modern rooms. Very reasonably priced given the location. We were able to walk to Duval street and the Southernmost Point from the hotel. Breakfast by the pool was excellent and the employee working the breakfast was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Key West!

Right from the start, the welcome at the registration was already excellent. The tropical ambience of the courtyard coupled with the relaxing piped in sound surround music is perfect for relaxing and forgetting all your cares in the real world. The fresh croissants and coffee served in their complimentary breakfast is perfect to start your activity packed day. The pool which is open till midnight is a rare accommodation and added feature that their guests truly appreciate. The garden style rooms is also a nice touch. Highly recommend this place.

First visit to Key West and this place is a gem. I don't care for big name hotels, with rooms lined up down a hallway. This place has character. Just a few streets off main drag. I would definitely stay here again.

we booked for 1-night good place close to Duval St good when you want to enjoy Key West night, the place is so calm and comfortable that we want to stay one extra day the only thing is the price is $50-$75 too expensive

Superb.Well situated,friendly and professional service,a hotel with lovely charm. My family and I stayed 3 days and we enjoyed it immensely. It was well situated and had wonderful charm. Nice pool area with a little breakfast area and light bar Undercover parking for your vehicle.

Wow this place is a hidden Gem in Key West! You can walk to just about everything. The hotel is all renewed and nice. The pool was heated and perfect for a late night swim. The prices were reasonable. After we were off the keys they called to let me know I left my keys from home (Ohio) and they overnighted them to me in Ft Lauderdale where we were saying for the rest of our vaca! I only had one day to get them and I had them the next day by noon. The poolside breakfast was free and a great quick bite before we heard out for the day.

Nearly 25 years of jaunting off to Key West once or twice a year and today I've just discovered this gem. Boutiques to chains, I've stayed at many but none were this sharp, clean, accommodating or enjoyable. Great example would be that within less than an hour I've been serviced by Toni, Deborah, Zachary and Beka. Each of them have been exemplary as though I've been here every-other month. Amazing and surreal. I will be staying nowhere but here ever again. (Please know that the places I've resided at over the years have been "upscale" to say the least but this is now "home.")

Best hotel I ever stayed. Very modern stylish rooms. Pool side Bar with wine to aquaint guess before venturing away to Duval St. We only wish to plan a longer stay next time! Thank you for the memories

Perfect boutique hotel walking distance to so many things to do! Love the morning coffee and pastries from local bakeries. The pool is perfect. I already book my next stay.

Great place to stay. Pool area is in a court yard, which is very private. Small but nice pool. Mostly shaded. Very nice breakfast with coffee and pastries.

Superb staff and location! Very private and accessible to Duval Street and Duffy's restaurant is nice restaurant across the street. The rooms are clean and the pool is heated with water Jets! Very pleased with their housekeeping staff.

Great location! Everything was in walking distance.The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The pool was also nice! I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Key West.

Gorgeous little resort, extremely pleasant and helpful woman in the front office. The pool is very nice, rooms are clean, new and spacious. Great location off Duval. Daily housekeeping and turn down services which is rare these days.

Small little hotel in the heart of key west. Room was perfect for our family of 4. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour from 5-6 were unexpected welcome additions. Brilliant location, lovely atmosphere and would definitely recommend

Very nice hotel with modern and clean rooms. Unfortunately not much space at the breakfast. Only a few tables for two...breakfast was good, but nothing special. Good location. Only 10 minutes walking distance to the most southern point as well as to the street with the many bars and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel

Great service , young man that checked us in was so nice and switched our room so we would be closer to elevator and not have to use the stairs due to my husband’s bad knees. Room was so nice we added a night to our stay and were accommodated. Lee at the front desk was excellent and extremely nice, they have a real gem there. The location, can’t ask for anything better. We will definitely be staying there again and recommend to family and friends.
