We booked for a week. We were so pleased we stayed another week .It was our 1 year anniversary and casually mentioned it to manger. When we went back later to our room they had left a bottle of champagne and 2 glasses for us. The best part we are both 71 years old. And very happy. It made our stay so much better Great staff and management!! Thank you all so much for making our trip wonderful. We will be back very soon 😊 We visited May 2023 Tom and Dot Hart N Ft Myers FL.

The front desk woman supervisor was extremely rude. When we arrived on Friday night she was on her cell phone and didn’t greet us as we walked up. She seem annoyed at any questions we had.She was very short and rude with us. She looked like like she didn’t want to be there. I spoke to Pete at the front desk this morning, he was every pleasant and helpful. We are very surprised this supervisor has been with Silver Palms for a while and maybe that is the issue maybe it’s time for her to move on to other things. I feel like a good stay starts with a pleasant welcome to where you are spending your hard earned money and will be resting you head for a few days. Overall decent hotel but this kind of staff makes you never to want to come back. She needs to check her issues at the door. Horrible experience with her.

Location was excellent! Staff was very nice and helpful whenever needed. Rooms were very nice and clean. Also quiet at night. It is minutes from Duval street. Oh and I must say the handmade omelets made fresh every morning pool side was an extra bonus which was included with their free continental breakfast. This was my second time staying there and it was better than the last. Keep up the good work you guys are doing great

From the time we walked in Peter, Simona, in Sury treated us like old friends. They remembered our names and were polite and accommodating! Our second floor suite along Truman was spacious, sparkling clean and surprisingly quite! The pool although a little smaller was still more than enough for the people that were using it and again very clean! On site parking that it was included the cost of the room was a huge plus as we were able to leave the car there and not worry about parking throughout the city. I would wholeheartedly recommend silver palms inn and on my next trip to key West I will not stay anywhere else!

This might be one of the best places I have ever stayed. They do everything right. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Lobby and pool areas are clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is amazing, especially the omelets! Coffee in the lobby was gourmet (not the usual weak hotel coffee) and available 24 hours. Free parking and bikes were available to rent on site. Great location.

Excellent service, staff are extremely nice and helpful. We stayed here for my wife's birthday trip and they gave us a surprise by putting a red wine in our room before we went back in the evening. The air con had some minor issues and they replaced one within 20 min. Positives: Excellent service and staff attitude Great location considering the difficulty in parking in Key West. Also can park there rest of the day after you check out Everywhere is clean Relatively reasonable price by Key West standard Very comfortable and relaxing pool area despite small size Some (minor) room for improvement: Beds are comfortable but have minor squeaks Bathroom is okay, not gorgeous but not a single problem either (shower is very comfortable indeed) Elevator is old with some weird sound

We found this place on a Google search and it looked very nice so we figured, let's give it a shot for our Key West getaway. We were not disappointed! The rooms and facilities were tastefully done and immaculately clean. It felt like staying in an old Florida villa with the beautiful plantation shutters, bright room, and fresh, colorful decor. The customer service was very courteous and a joy to deal with! Anything you need? The concierge is on it! And it is easy walking distance to Duval Street and just about anywhere you want to go in Key West! The whole experience was so wonderful we decided this was our go-to in Key West and have recommended it over and over again. UPDATE: We stayed in 2018 and 2019 loved it - then Covid hit. We haven't been on a vacation getaway since then but when we do go, we hope to be back at the Silver Palms!

Not a 5 star hotel, but for the quality of this motel, it was really pleasant. Very clean, on site parking, breakfast included and 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby. It was excellent for us.

I stayed here with my son and was extremely impressed with the quality of the room as well as the service. They didn't have any rooms left with 2 queen beds so they upgraded us to a suite with a king bed and pull out couch. The room was gorgeous!! I would highly recommend Silver palms if you're going to be staying in key west!!

Great Location and decent accommodation. Location: 5/5 (15 minutes walk from Duval Street and 10 minutes walk to Earnest Hemingway Home and Museum ) Price : 4/5 (Little pricy) Parking: 5/5 Service: 4/5 (We had no issues during our stay) Special Mention: Live Omlette counter for breakfast. We stayed only for one night. It was a good Hotel. Not great though. Bathroom was very small.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Reasonable rates, very clean property. Large room, comfortable bed and great A/C. Front desk employees very helpful and friendly. Did not use the pool but it looked very nice. Breakfast fabulous! Would most definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel. We have stayed here a few times and always had a great experience. Close enough to Duval but far enough away to be out of the hustle bustle. Quiet hotel, some parking and a scooter rental place across the street. Staff has always been really friendly and the place has been well kept up over the years. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a couple of nights. Got room 215. It was away from the street and very quiet. A little small but fit our needs. Bed was comfortable Loved that you could park on property and not need to move your car for the duration of the stay. Hotel staff was excellent. They wanted you to have a great time. We will use this place again when we return to Key West.

One of the less expensive hotels in Key West. Room was immaculate. Very clean. Glass door shower. Omelet station out by the pool for breakfast. Otherwise typical continental breakfast fare. Staff was very friendly. Allowed us to keep our motorcycles in the parking lot after checkout so we could walk Duval St.!

I'm a stickler for cleanliness over everything. This place does not disappoint. Staff was great, and they even allowed me to borrow a bike to transport a flat tire we got on our day of departure. Phenomal location. Oh, and did I mention it was clean...

We had a great stay at the Silver Palms Inn. Our room was a generous size, clean, and had a balcony. Bathroom was the same. Guest parking was available, and the breakfast and omelet bar were good. The pool was a great temperature, clean, and had a small waterfall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!

Good location, price was reasonable. Very clean and the beds are phenomenal. You literally plot, how can I steal this bed and take it with me and will they notice 🀣. About a 2 block walk from the strip on Duval Street. Staff was friendly and discreet.

This is some of the best hotels that is affordable. The amenities are OK and the staff is nice. The only con is the narrow parking spots, your car may get scratched. The room was dusty but they mopped it the day we asked for.

Silver Palms Inn is a good hotel which within a walking distance to major restaurants, beach, the Hemingway home, port, and more. The rooms are spacious, clean, and they have good internet connection. Although, the pool was not so big, it was good enough for afternoon swim. The rental bikes are very convenient to bike around the city. The breakfast was good as well, though it was the same every day. Overall, good price-quality ratio for

Lovely place. Delightful quiet stay. Staff was great. Very nice room on Truman, right down the street from Duval and all the action. Nice heated, salt water pool. We'll go back.

Rooms were nice and very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Great location. Rooms on the Truman Ave side of hotel were a bit noisey and the street lights kept the room from being dark at night. Nice pool and continental breakfast.

Remember to use ʜoα΄›α΄‡ΚŸΚ™α΄ΚŸΚŸΚ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! We have NEVER stayed at a hotel where every single person that we had contact with who worked there were as friendly, helpful, and conscience as the employees here. If we go back to Key West we will stay here just for that reason alone. They had the usual breakfast and a chef making omelettes to order, yum. Nice way to start the day having breakfast by the pool. It seemed like there was always someone cleaning something, I like that. Close enough to Duval St, but without the noise. Note to management, your people deserve a raise. 😊

The front desk staff was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Great service. However, the room (especially the bathroom) has a moldy and stinky smell in it. The bathroom light stopped working at night and the maintenance guy spent two hours trying to repair it. The maintenance guy was very patient and friendly and he did his best. The room is not worth the price tag of $500 but I understand it’s key west and housing is very limited. So overall experience is 3/5. Room outdated but great service.
