We walked into the door and were welcomed by the owners who were very nice and accommodating. They quickly checked us in and gave us a tour of the property. They host a happy hour each night, free breakfast in the morning, and free snacks and drinks throughout the day. When we arrived for happy hour the owner was happy to offer us the shot of the day and greated us by our names making it a very personal experience. Our room and accommodations were amazing. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Just had a wonderful stay at Key West Villas. Heather and Kevin go out of their way to make all their guests feel welcome. Our 2bdrm villa was cool, clean, and inviting. Lovely pool and hot tub in the courtyard. Full kitchen with everything needed for any length of stay. Complimentary continental breakfast, snacks, and Happy Hour. Guest laundry is also available, along with sunscreen, picnic coolers, and beach equipment. They really have thought of everything! Location is right off Duval Street where the most popular restaurants and bars are located. Once our car was parked, we never used it again until it was time to leave. Please give this a try - you will not be disappointed!

I'm going to try and mention anything else I can that the other 5-star reviews haven't. The welcome and accommodations for guests were out of this world. Free laundry use if you need it (important note) that could affect how you pack. The amount of free breakfast and free snack/beverages are just 5-star! And I want to add champagne at the breakfast with multiple flavors of coffee and coffee creamer, that's perfect for me! Water and snacks are the things I always worry about when at a hotel and I try and make sure to bring water and snacks but you don't have to worry about it here. They even have a huge cooler of bottled water out by the swimming pool/hot tub. My husband and I stayed here for an adults trip but we could easily have accommodated our kids here and it would have met every need for them. I noticed a large group of adults were here when we were and what a great facility to bring your large group. It's like a mini resort area right off in the heart of Key West. When I go on vacation I am very picky and I have very high standards of cleanliness with bedding and bathroom areas and this villa was amazing!! Met all my high standards. They literally think of everything from the amazing welcome to the free snacks and beverages, free happy hour from 5-6pm down to the amenities within your room. My husband was skeptical when I told him we were staying in a "villa" as he is use to staying at large hotels and resorts and he was so amazed with this place I am not sure he will leave! I have already shared this place with friends and family and we will use it next time with a larger group!

My family stayed here for the week of Independence Day of 2023. Our villa was amazing! The inside was adorable, with a cute room upstairs with a pretty steep ladder to climb. They had all the accommodations that you could ask for, blow-up beds, laundry room, a nice pool, good wifi, and beach chairs! The complimentary breakfast was simple but good! The desk people, Heather and Kevin, were very sweet!

For over 20 years we have gone to Key West and have stayed at many places. But this place was visited by our friends last year as the last place we all grouped together every year had some unpleasant changes. So, we all decided to try the Key West Villas. BEST DECISION EVER!!!!!!!!!! Kevin and Heather from the time we booked have been in communication. They would send you messages confirming your reservation, asking the day before your arrival time, and we needed parking and arrived earlier, so they made sure to tell us when the spot was available. When we checked in you walked into this quaint and inviting area which is where you check-in, get your breakfast, snacks and HAPPY HOUR!! Kevin checked us in and asked us what type of wine we wanted for the room. (WOW) A nicely chilled bottle of Rose was in our fridge when we arrived at the room. We booked the Loft Suite. WE LOVED IT!!! Full kitchen with all of the amenities. The room was so clean and smelled so fresh. We loved the room so much we booked it again for next year. The pool area was perfect!!! A little shade on one side, and sun on the other side. Hot tub too!!!! Patio furniture was clean and was in great shape and it was nicely decorated a great place to relax and enjoy a cocktail. A large cooler is filled with water bottles YES FREE WATER BOTTLES. Laundry room with soap, large ice machine, pool towels you name it they had it all even extra lotion and cooler bags. At 300pm you received a text for the Shot of the Day! 400pm-500pm shot of the day is available and happy hour which consist of a full bar. LIQUOR, WINE AND BEER!!!!!!! We had some of the yummiest shots. Kevin, you rock 100%%%... Key lime pie shot, oatmeal cookie, Lemon drop, and Arnold palmer. But they have a list of their very own signature drinks. I loved the Italiano! BUT WAIT there's more... Between 11am-5pm they have a wonderful snack selection and non-alcoholic beverages. AND COFFEE all day until 5pm. But your room has a machine. I am coffee nut sorry.. What could we have changed on this trip?? The only thing we would change was to stay longer. But we settled for rebooking next year with our group. This place is amazing! From the location of the property to the amazing owners. Words are hard to describe how great our experience has been. Do yourself a favor book your room now! You can thank me later. The room we booked was a 2/2 with a huge balcony over the pool. They offer free breakfast until 11am and free snacks and refreshments until 5pm. They also have a shot of the day and free cocktail hour from 4-5pm. We used the washer and dryer on site prior to our departure. They had everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy KW. We will definitely only stay here every time we visit.

Our stay here was wonderful . We couldn’t have asked for more . The location of this clean and tidy small resort was perfect for walking to dinner and any attraction or there were bikes available to get around and explore . If you want to just hang out by the pool it is in a secluded courtyard and there are assorted snacks and drinks available all day not to mention Happy Hour at 5:00 . The owners are friendly and accommodating and have great attention to detail . We had to leave before breakfast both days so I can’t comment on that but I can say that the owner packed up a bag for us the night before so we could eat on our travels . I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived here on June 10th in the afternoon. Parking is limited and does cost, but we reserved a space. We were shown to our rooms. We were in #7. It was a two bedroom, two bath, with a full kitchen, a big dining area with a table that sat 6, and a living room with a couch that made out into a queen bed. The place was older and quaint, with a homey feel about it. It was also CLEAN!! Our door opened onto the pool deck. The pool was cool, refreshing (and CLEAN), and they turn on the hot tub at 5 pm. Happy hour is from 4 to 5 pm every day, with lots of cold water and snacks available throughout the day as well. Kevin and Heather were courteous, friendly, and fantastic hosts. They are also a wealth of information about dining and attractions. The very best thing about the Villas, though, is the location!! You are literally 1/2 block off of Duval St. Whether you want to walk, ride a bicycle, rent a golf cart or scooter, or take the free transit bus, you are in the heart of old town!! We are already planning to go back and look forward to another stay at this amazing place.

Perfect atmosphere and FEET away from Duval street!! The staff is absolutely fantastic and they make you feel at home. Extremely friendly people and we loved talking to the owners during Happy Hour! 5 out of 5!!!

I was expecting a nice place but I was not expecting to have every detail be just perfect. First of all, If you've been to Key West before you could probably point out on a map where the most ideal location to stay would be. It would be very close to Duval Street (but not actually on Duval because it can get noisy) and central to all the bars, shopping and restaurants. That's where this place is. It's like 200 feet from Duval. Now the first thing I do when I get to a hotel is seek out a drug store or convenience store to buy water and snacks for the room. That's completely unnecessary at the Key West Villas. They not only provide it to you when you check in, there's a cooler by the pool that is continuously stocked with ice cold water and the variety of snacks in the lobby are not only the popular favorites, they too are free. Happy Hour starts at 5:00 and you are welcomed by the owners, Kevin and Heather, with the Shot of the Day. I normally don't prefer a shot of liquor, but every day there was an interesting shot to try. A peanut butter and jelly shot sounded gross to me. Nope, it was delicious. The next day? Key Lime Pie shots...tastes just like it. Oh and again, all free. Then you pick your favorite beverage because they have an endless selection of beer, wine, and liquor and can make you an excellent drink at the bar. The continental breakfast includes a variety of choices like fresh fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, bakery-style bagels, and a commercial Keurig coffee machine with flavors for just about any palate. And of course, you have to start each day in Key West with a mimosa just to get the pump primed. The pool/hot tub area has towering palm trees and a secluded, cozy, tropical feel. There are bikes available to get around town if you don't want to walk. The rooms are clean as a whistle, well-appointed with nice furniture, comfortable beds, and all the details you would expect at a four-star hotel. It's getting increasingly hard finding a place that has such attention to the details and this place definitely has every detail checked. We're already planning a trip back with some family in a few months. Thanks Kevin and Heather!

Phenomenal, personalized service. Hands down the best place to stay in the island…yes we went around. They really try hard to provide the most comfort that you would not see a better service. Location is great. We are grateful.

The moment you walked into the lobby you start an amazing experience. The service is just amazing and you always feel like you are home. Over-the-top service and amenities. Perfect location. Would highly recommend. We stayed in a 2-BR, which was fully equipped including a full ice tray in the freezer, Keurig coffee pot with coffee, brew coffee pot, and tableware. If we ever return, this is where we would stay.

We were lucky enough to spend a week at this special place. Kevin and Heather are the nicest people…we really enjoyed getting to know them. The villas are impeccably clean. Our full kitchen came with everything you could possibly need. The location is a short step on the level to Duval Street, yet so quiet at night. Wake up in the morning to fresh fruit, hot coffee, cereal, yogurt, bagels and muffins. Even a cold mimosa! All included. Relax in the lovely pool during the day, and help yourself to ice cold waters poolside. Take advantage of their bike rentals right on-site, (Super convenient!). We really enjoyed wandering around the island, off the beaten path. Don’t miss their happy hour before heading out at night. We enjoyed meeting other guests from around the world, and getting to know the owners. Try the drink of the day too! (Yes, all included!) Kevin and Heather, thank you for your generosity. AMAZING!! My friends and I stayed for my Bach trip to Key West and we had the best time. Perfect location, amazing owners who were so nice and accommodating and just all around the best place for our trip. Every detail of the place is so well thought out and I would love to come back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

If I could put 6 stars I would. End your search for a place to stay in Key West right here. Heather, Kevin & Tammy were wonderful hosts. We had 8 people staying in two units and it couldn't have been better. We were actually part of a group 20 in town and the rest of the group were staying elsewhere. The rest of our group came by for Happy Hour (best part of each day) and raved about how great the place is. So much so that we are already discussing when all 20 of us could stay here together in the future. We also accidentally left a pair of shoes in our room and the staff is getting them shipped back home to us. We can't wait to come back

The Key West Villas was an awesome experience! The owners were very friendly and inviting. The site location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, etc. The rooms were clean and the pool/hot tub were excellent. Would highly recommend staying here!

We just finished a weeklong stay at the Key West Villas and had an amazing time. The owners and staff were very kind and immediately addressed any of our needs. The room was very clean and had all of the updated amenities you could ask for. The complimentary continental breakfast was well stocked and even included a mimosa bar. Furthermore, the complimentary Happy Hour was amazing with a “shot of the day” and a wide choice of delicious cocktails. They have laundry machines with detergent at your disposal and fresh pool towels available all day. We had the best week and will definitely return on our next trip to Key West!!
