Marrero's Guest Mansion was the best choice we could have made. Before we even arrived, the exceptional service started. We received a call about an hour before arrival letting us know that there was construction on the road and to use an alternate route to get to the mansion. When we arrived, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The mansion is in the best spot and you can easily walk anywhere on Duval street. The pool was very nice and we loved our room. Overall had a great getaway and would recommend this place to everybody travelling to Key West.

Staying at Marrero's was my favorite part of our trip to Key West. We had room 6 and we just loved how spacious it was, how big porch off the room was, and that it overlooked the street. The staff was so friendly and the house was nice and quiet. It was also really nice having access to complimentary water, and a nice array of choices for a light breakfast. Everything was very clean. I would definitely suggest staying at Marrero's. One piece of advice I would leave, would be to take ear plugs. There are a lot of roosters on the island and so at 2:30 in the morning when they started making noise I was extremely thankful that we had a couple of sets of ear plugs in our bag still, from a recent stay at a glamping place we stayed at. :-)

The Guest mansion was a very nice place to stay. This was first time stay for us. The girls who manage the day to day operations were sweet, fun, informative and accommodating! The pool was a slight bit dirty and cloudy so did not use. Our room 10 was a bit small as trying to walk around bed barefoot, I kept slamming my foot into the corner pedestals. Glad we paid to have a parking stall as there was none available anywhere else. The price was reasonable for the room. Location was perfect we were able to walk to everything ! I would come again, but larger room and to stay longer:) Awesome historical place😊👍

Love this place. Private balcony is a great added touch and plenty of seating on the front porch to enjoy with others. Heat salt water pool is always a great way to relax. Beach towels are provided during your stay. Complimentary soda, waters, coffee and tea all day plus some alcohol beverages for purchase. Daily happy hour for guests. Laura makes every trip memorable not to mention above and beyond for guests. I always try to stay here when I visit KW.

My wife and I stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. We arrived in Key West in the morning and went straight to the Guest Mansion because we didn't want to take our luggage all over the place. Laura and Jayme checked on our room and it was ready for us hours before check in. The room was perfect and my wife couldn't get over how it was decorated. The continental breakfast was amazing. We ate breakfast here every day as we didn't see any reason to go anywhere else. Sitting on the porch and just enjoying the breeze was perfect. They provided fresh pastries and coffee among a bunch of other options. The location is perfect for walking anywhere you could want to be, but we did chill around the pool on multiple occasions. Laura and Jayme are outstanding and I would recommend anyone give this place a go. My wife and I could not be happier with our stay here.

Hospitality was A+ at Marrero's. Our blue room was perfect with the sitting area and terrific front view overlooking Fleming Street. Ear plugs a MUST with the noisy roosters, but we got used to them. Pool was a perfect size with great lounge seating and floating devices much appreciated. It is an older B&B but the charm made the all the difference. Thanks for the variety of breakfast treats and delicious coffee each morning.

This hotel located in the heart of Key West and just a few minutes away from the famous Duval Street is an ideal spot for a romantic getaway. Marrero's Guest Mansion, a historic Victorian home, has been beautifully restored and boasts a perfect blend of modern and retro elements. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the vibrant and tropical colors in the entryway and throughout the interior. The innkeepers, Jayme and Laura, were extremely welcoming and friendly. They provided us with all the necessary check-in information, including the keys, door code, and breakfast details. While my husband searched for parking, Jayme kindly escorted me to our room. Luckily, Jayme found us an affordable parking spot not too far from the hotel. This was especially helpful as we soon discovered that parking could be both challenging and expensive in the area. One aspect of the hotel that really stood out to me was its relaxed and hospitable nature. Breakfast and non-alcoholic drinks were included, and alcoholic beverages were available for purchase. The "honor system" of recording and submitting your own tab was a nice touch that made us feel at home. Our suite was situated on the first floor and offered a stunning view of the picturesque courtyard and pool area. The outdoor decor was lush and tropical, creating a charming oasis. Jayme, the innkeeper, was also a great resource for recommendations on local restaurants and transportation. She helped us find a moped rental so we could explore some of the nearby sights, such as the Key West Harbor and Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park Beach, both of which were amazing! Overall, our stay at Marrero's Guest Mansion was everything we hoped for - fun, entertaining, relaxing, and a perfect opportunity to unwind. We would definitely return and recommend it to our loved ones. We extend our gratitude to the entire team at Marrero's Guest Mansion for making our stay truly memorable!

From the start, the staff at Marrero's was more than accommodating to all our needs. Communication was excellent from start to finish, complete with an app that gave us everything we needed to know during our stay. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a huge smile, making us feel right at home. Even before arrival, all text communications were warm and friendly, leaving you no doubt that there was a caring person on the other end, not just an automated bot. The mansion itself was wonderful. The historic dwelling has been updated to reflect the Key West feel, while still retaining the beautiful history of the building. The pool was wonderful, hidden behind tall walls that let the hustle-bustle of the Key West streets fade away for however long you wanted. The 21 and over aspect of the mansion was fantastic. No screaming kids to ruin your quiet solitude. The continental breakfast was simple, but more than adequate, supplying guests with options ranging from cereal and milk to fresh fruit, pastries and croissants. The location was perfect. We were no more than 10-15 minute walk from any site we chose to visit (highly recommend leaving the rental car at the airport. Cab ride was only $18). When it was time for us to leave, we were able to store our luggage at the mansion until we had to leave for our flight, which was 4 hours after the check-out time (airline changed the flight times on us). Again, the staff was more than happy to accommodate us under the circumstances. Overall our stay at Marrero's Guest Mansion was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend it to any couples without children. The staff is top notch and you will receive 5 star treatment from the moment you make the reservation.

I was in Key West for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay! I was so pleased about everything during my stay -- the convenient location, spacious room, quiet pool area, complementary breakfast, etc. were all great! It was a quiet and safe place to stay, but still close to all of the action! I'll definitely stay here again when I come back.

We just had a fantastic four night stay at Marreros. Laura and her crew really do a great job to make you feel welcome and take care of all your needs; they are quick with recommendations and provided an awesome key west experience for us. The location is ideal and there’s a pool for a refreshing quick dip. We will definitely be back!

We recently had the opportunity to stay at Marrero’s and I must say I was pleasantly blown away by the unexpected! Prior to coming, I saw a few before and after pics of the renovations but didn’t expect to be so WOW’d in person. It was such a breath of fresh air from the moment we walked in! Had it not been for the architectural details, you would’ve never guessed it was built in the 1800’s. Your senses are awoken by the fresh scents of citrus in the air and your eyes are immediately drawn to the vibrant colors and patterns everywhere. Every corner has been so thoughtfully and beautifully curated. The lovely ladies, Cassidy and Laura who help run the hotel are both so welcoming and accommodating and very knowledgeable about the island and can definitely point you in the right direction. The sleeping accommodations are very comfortable and I like that you can adjust your own AC. The hotel offers a nice breakfast spread with fresh brewed coffee and happy hour was an added bonus. My family’s favorite pastime was sitting on the wrap about porch people watching and listening to the ghost tours walking by. We loved sitting on the porch swing and hanging out in the beautiful cabana pool courtyard. If you plan on visiting Key West, I highly recommend staying at this GEM of a hotel! It’s walking distance to so many good eats and sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This adults-only B&B was awesome! The staff was super friendly, the breakfast choices were a sufficient selection, the room was quaint and comfy and we were in an easy walking distance from all the major sightseeing attractions. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Amazing and historical mansion with tons of character. The staff is top-notch and super helpful with everything. It's located one block off Duval, so everything is within walking distance. I will return.

This BnB is such a gem. Read the room descriptions, some are larger than others. The breakfast selections are adequate and the happy hour in the afternoon is a nice way to have a glass of wine before getting ready for the night. The ladies who work there are awesome, so nice and accommodating. The location cannot be beat with Duval street 1/2 a block away. The place was very clean, pool was warm with lots of pool floats to use.

The house is beautiful the decor is grand and the breakfast pastries were delicious. I was in room 2 it was a little dark and moody but beautiful room. One thing I would change would be that bed frame was Wildly creaky any little movement and it would squeak. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even took the time to give us dinner options based on what my group of friends wanted. The pool is also great was warm and very well kept. Bummed I didn’t see or experience any ghost sightings but maybe next time. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to all the fun stuff downtown.

Amazing trendy place to stay for a Key West visit. These ladies nail every detail of this place. Happy hour and breakfast are inviting and fun. The 24 hour pool is so nice. Free soda and bottled water is such an amazing underrated amenity to have while on a hot island. They really make you feel at home. (We stayed in room 7 and it's comfy and adorable only negative is how tiny the shower is, good luck shaving your legs, just something to consider when picking your room.)

We celebrated a small wedding last week and Marrero’s was our home base to get ready and stay for a few guests. They were so gracious and cultivate such a great, warm community! We met other guests at their happy hour and by the pool and were joined in our celebrations with new friends! This was the best place to stay with wonderful amenities and assistance for anything needed. We loved it and can’t recommend it enough! When we come back to Key West we will absolutely stay here again! The place is also so nicely decorated it was such a bonus for photo ops!

The mansion was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The inn keepers were so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. Very clean and quiet! With in walking distance to most everything! We truly enjoyed our stay for my husbands 30th birthday. We will be visiting again!

Absolutely Wonderful! From the moment we walked in, my husband and I had such a wonderful stay at Marerro's. The decor is super fun and the room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. The breakfast was really great! Lots of options and it was so nice to sit on the porch each morning. The location really can't be beat, super close to Duval but surprisingly not too noisy. We will definitely be back in the future.

I have been to Key West many times and for whatever reasons I had never heard of Marrero's Guest Mansion. Well, WOW I am glad I discovered it this time, as this place will always be my go-to accommodations. It's unique, colorful, clean, comfortable and the location which is just a few steps from Duval is incredible for my feet! I won't stay anywhere else now!!! I have already began telling my friends, that there is no other place to stay in KW that FEELS this fun!

Super cute B&B! They accommodated us at the very last minute given a recent flight cancellation and we couldn’t have been more grateful. The decor and the ambiance of the house is so much fun. The women who watch over the house are super accommodating and friendly; pool was warmed, there was a daily happy hour and the house is located a few steps away from Duval street. We couldn’t have asked for anything else!

This place is a GEM! Inviting, comfortable, and exceptionally unique. The colors and decor set Marrero's Guest Mansion apart. It feels as if you are walking into a creative art museum. The managers are friendly and helpful. The pool area is SO lovely and other guests quickly became friends. The location is PERFECT for exploring Key West. Bike rentals one block away! But after coming in, you might not want to leave :) Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here if you have it!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marrero's. It was perfect for our introduction to Key West. The location is in the middle of everything we wanted to do... bar hopping on Duval, beach activities, sightseeing (Hemingway House, Lighthouse, etc), daily walks and so many incredible restaurants. Our room (#8) was not large, but spacious for two people... the side balcony was a treat... and comfortable. The pool was very much appreciated... we spent good chunks of three days hanging out in the sun there. The service was also wonderful. Cassidy, Laura and Kait are all upbeat, can-do people ready to help anytime we needed. We corresponded with them a couple weeks in advance and received many great suggestions for dining and activities. We found the continental breakfast buffet to have a good variety that was perfect for our needs. Wished we had worked out our schedules to take more advantage of the afternoon wine hour, though. All in all, a great place.

Gorgeous hotel! The renovations really blend the history with chic, key west modern art feel. Beautiful details everywhere you look! Innkeepers were very friendly and helpful, the pool was like a little paradise, and the front porch was a great place to relax. The location is close to everything (which makes it easy to stop back for refreshing) and yet still peaceful. We had Room 10 which was pretty small but worked for 2 of us just fine since there was plenty of storage spaces and who wants to stay inside when you can be on your balcony in a beautiful Adirondack chair. :)

Excellent ambience, pretty decorating. Room had adequate space and a very nice balcony which looked on a lush green zone between buildings. Breakfast is a very good continental. Great coffee, and a wide variety of it. Appreciated the always available water and sodas. Beautiful porch on which to take breakfast and happy hour. Pool is cozy and secluded. Overall excellent stay. Highly recommend it.
