Currently staying here until tomorrow. The hotel is nice. People are pleasant! I would have given a 4 or 5 star but we haven’t had hot water for the 3 out of the 4 days we’ve been here. While on vacation I don’t want to take cold showers. It’s unacceptable with how much money we paid to stay here. They gave us 2 tickets for 1 free drink (well drinks) that’s a slap in the face to me. I leave tomorrow and praying to be able to enjoy a nice hot shower tonight!!!

Staff was great. Very accommodating within reason. Staff has to be the only thing carrying this hotel though. Water pressure in a majority of the rooms was atrocious. Could barely shower. Lucky if you get a couple drops of hot water. Maintenance was called and even after an hour of working on it, I'm pretty sure water pressure got worse. Jayme at the front desk was extremely helpful and made the rest of the stay worth it. For the money spent, I'd expect a lot better of accomodations.

Overall an extremely lackluster visit. I understand that there are things out of a business' control such as an large influx of tourists impacting the local water supply/pressure. However, there are ways to mitigate this and taking the time to explain to your guests ahead of time is the first step. I went to take a shower on night one and was greeted with limited water pressure and no hot water. Called front desk and was told "this is a known issue.". So we suffered through slow, cold showers Day 2 - spent all day outside of hotel. Left room at 800. Returned at 330pm and the room was not turned over. No fresh towels. Had to walk down the hall until I finally found someone with housekeeping because I couldn't get through to the front desk. Had to trudge through a slowly trickling cold shower and my wife was forced to shave her legs on the balcony due to the messed up water/shower situation. As I re-read this review I realize I sound like a whiny boomer but for the price being paid for those rooms, I expected a much higher quality of service.

Disappointed in this "4 star" hotel. We are Key West locals who found ourselves needing a place to stay for 1 night due to weather-related issues. The reservation agent was pleasant - the pet fee and parking fee was waived and we were cheerfully given our total price, inclusive of all taxes and fees. We agreed with the price and moved forward with the booking. Things started to head south once we arrived and checked in at the hotel. We weren't told about a parking permit - we just noticed that every car in their parking lot had a tag hanging from their rearview mirror. We had to go back to the front desk and get one. When we got to our room and tried taking a shower, there was no hot water for 10 minutes and the water was coming out in a trickle. We were exhausted and didn't want to change rooms so we went ahead and showered in these conditions. Strangely, all the soap and lotion pumps were also broken - they wouldn't dispense any fluids easily. Once we were in bed, we noticed how paper-thin the walls were. We could hear other guests walking through the corridor as well as next door guests. They were not being loud either, speaking in normal tones. Again, we told ourselves we were so tired and just tried to sleep through the noise. We were eager to leave the next morning and then we were met with the last negative surprise of our stay - a new resort fee that was being charged to our card. We were told that this was part of every booking despite being told during reservation that our price included all fees. Perry Hotel & Marina Key West, please do better for your guests. We are locals who would have gladly returned to dine at your restaurants and patronized your promenade shops but, with our subpar hotel experience and surprise resort fee charge, we don't see that happening now. We see the potential in the area and what has been built with all the shops/restaurants and nice docks but it was a disappointing experience at Perry Hotel.

Overall a nice stay but a little disappointed. I’ll start out with the Cons. The King bed was not comfortable. My husband and I did not sleep well. This place is “dog friendly” but they charge $75 per night extra if you have a dog. Then they make you sign a paper saying you can’t leave the dog in the room unattended for ANY amount of time. They recommend several dog sitting services. (So basically it’s better to leave your dog at a pet hotel in your hometown that you know & trust, in my opinion that will save you time, money, and hassle. Unless you plan to take your dog everywhere which many places, even state parks in the area don’t allow dogs on the beach) Also website says The Perry Hotel has water views all around in every room which is incorrect. (See picture). We got the room with the outdoor shower but you can’t really use it unless you want to shower in your swim suit because it’s completely open to the road. Cars are driving by just feet from the outdoor shower (no privacy wall). There is no microwave in the room. (Mangrove King room). Also this hotel isn’t on the “main” part of Key West where all the action is so you can’t walk to Dual Street or anything & of course parking is a nightmare in downtown Key West. (Get an Uber) The restaurant was reservation only. (We didn’t try it. ) PROS: Friendly staff. BEAUTIFUL outdoor pool and patio area. Cool place to hangout with views of the pretty Marina. There are several bars, shops, & 2 very small “dog parks” right beside the hotel. So if you wanted to just chill at the hotel for a day and eat at the restaurant, have drinks at the bar, chill by the pool, you could have a really nice, relaxing day. Our bathroom was nice & roomy, lots of counter space. Nice shower, 2 soft robes to lounge in was a nice touch. Champagne when you check in. Baby crib was cute & they gave extra baby blankets. They had scooters right outside to rent which was cool. Also the Christmas decor was so beautiful. (We came in December) I liked this place but there are several things they need to improve, starting with the beds. If you want a view, ask for the marina side so you can see the pool and marina.

PLEASE READ PAST REVIEWS ABOUT HOUSEKEEPING STEALING BEFORE BOOKING A ROOM. The Perry is a beautiful resort with great amenities and restaurants. It’s conveniently located in Stock Island just a few mins outside of Key West. The resort is clean, front desk staff is super sweet and friendly. I have stayed here twice and I enjoyed my stay up until now. Unfortunately I left two pieces of clothing that are pricey behind in the hotel room after I checked out. I called the front desk and the gentleman checked twice for me and said the clothing I left behind is not in the lost and found. He transferred me over to the hotel manager who also checked and asked his housekeeping staff but apparently the clothes I left disappeared and it’s nowhere to be found. I’ve stayed at other high end resorts similar to The Perry and this is the first time I’ve experienced housekeeping hotel staff STEAL from me. I asked the hotel manager what can be done about it and the response I got was to file a police report. I am not going to file a police report. I am going to simply leave this review instead and warn people who are considering staying here to be careful with housekeeping stealing items from their hotel room. The manager told me the housekeeper claimed no items were left behind but the shampoo bottle was missing…. Sounds to me like housekeeping will even take the shampoo bottles and claim it missing at the end of your stay. I will update my review in the event I get charged for the shampoo. Again, please beware of housekeeping when staying here. I will not be staying here again as I don’t feel comfortable leaving anything in the room anymore.

Hotel is great! Staff is great! Location is great! My only complaint would be that the bar will shut down 20 minutes before their listed “closing time”. The bar staff is more concerned with their departure time than guests accommodations. Very nice hotel. Accommodating guests could be improved at the bar/restaurant. Staff is great. Bar tenders appear ready to leave based on my two separate experiences at this hotel. Concierge is one of the best we have ever encountered!!!! Very great resource at the hotel!!!!

Our room at the Perry Hotel was clean and comfortable--I particularly enjoyed the bed, and normally I'm not a fan of hotel beds. Our whole family slept very soundly, and we liked having such a spacious room. We did wish that the beds were queens rather than full beds; it seemed a bit odd to have somewhat smaller beds in such a large room. At the last minute we upgraded our room to be poolside, and we didn't regret that choice. Having such easy access to the clean, inviting pool area was super convenient, as was access to the Salty Oyster bar/grill right next door. We used the food credit from the package deal to try out the hummus appetizer, the slider meal, and the chicken wrap meal--all were delicious. The shuttle to Key West was also great, dropping us off in the north part of downtown with easy access to several locations of interest. It would be nice if the hotel shuttle began a bit earlier and ran a bit later, but overall it's a great way to get downtown without the hassle and expense of parking yourself. Speaking of expense, that's the reason I'm giving the Perry a 4 rather than a 5. It is on the pricier side, and although in the end I liked what we got, I can't escape the feeling it costs a tad more than it should. But you'll get a clean comfortable room, great customer service, and easy access to downtown, and I suppose the reality is just that these things are expensive in Key West. Let me also mention that all of the hotel staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and convey the sense that the Perry values and appreciates their guests.

If I could give this place 100 STARS, I would. This by far was one of the best vacations I have ever been on. From the moment, we stepped onto the property the level of professionalism and hospitality were over the top. I believe it is one of the best kept secrets of the Keys. I don't think I realized how inclusive this property was. Everything you need really is right there (food, drinks, pool, views). Prior to your stay, I would highly recommend connecting with Gary to plan some adventures while you are there. Gary was awesome prior to us arriving and during our stay making sure that our every need was taken care of. Also, want to say a HUGE thank you to Chris at the front desk. His customer service skills were on point and was very helpful as well. The pictures of this place really don't do it justice. It is calm and allows you to disconnect from your everyday troubles. Highly recommend for couples. Whomever owns and manages this property is doing a fantastic job of curating the right environment. My only regret is not booking some additional days just to hang out by the pool. Thank you so very much for taking care of us. We can't wait to come down again VERY soon!!

What a beautiful boutique hotel!!! My husband and I embarked for a romantic getaway for the first time in 3 years. What an intimate experience from the beginning to the end of stay. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to every detail. We were greeted by the sincere with a gleaming smile, Emily, whom made certain we had the perfect room for our anniversary. A cold lovely bottle of wine was delivered to our room by Jayme. He wished to assure us if their was anything additional we should need to not hesitate to contact the front desk. The room was spotless and airy, with a mesmerizing view from the balcony of the pool and the Marina. Being this was the first time staying at the hotel we had Divine recommendations from Johnny the concierge. He is an added gem to the hotel from suggestions to restaurants to the many excursions available. He truly went out of his way to accommodate us, as did everyone working there. Matt at the front desk was very professional courteous and attentive to every detail. We spoke with Chris the reservation manager as he spent a lot of time with our future plan endeavors of planning to stay there again. We purchased monogrammed hotel robes. Chris was even gracious enough to fold and hand deliver them to us. Finally, Gabe the general manager is the perfect asset to the hotel. He was humble, professional and sincere. We will definitely be back again. Thank you everyone for making this getaway the most memorable in 3 years! We are planning to come back again April of next year! Al and Kimberly Mejia

Stayed for two nights. The bed was comfy and rooms are nice but could use some minor cosmetic improvements (peeling paint in shower and deck) The gym is nice with modern equipment. The shuttle to Key West was also convenient with drivers knowledgeable about the area. Review the website for the additional hotel perks, we were offered “champagne “ at check in but would have opted for the free dessert at dinner instead had we known ahead of time! The $25 a night parking fee wasn’t listed in the third party app we booked through. Shuttle made up for it! Walls are thin. Housekeeping for the surrounding rooms was loud and woke us up on more than one occasion. Shower was inconsistent. Would lose and gain water pressure.

The Perry Hotel is a very beautiful place to visit. We spent one week there and enjoyed our stay very much. Huge thanks to Matteo, which made our permanence even better with his flawless help and care for every of our questions. There is a wide range of services such as an amazing gym, a large parking lot, two pools, good restaurants, an hammock spot and much more. They also offer a free concierge for booking your favourite experiences. Even though the snorkeling offered with Dolphin Safari could be expensive, I highly recommend it because we had the time of our lives. The room we were in was comfortable, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep us as fresh as possible. They also offer an awesome shuttle that transports you to Key West, which is fabulous for those who don't have a car to use or don't want to rent golf carts. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy your time in Key West in a very nice location. Thanks The Perry Hotel and Matteo for our amazing vacation.

I was here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend and some friends and I must say. The Perry Hotel did not disappoint. The view my boyfriend and I had from our room was to die for. We spent most of our day, and night as well, outside due to how amazing the weather was. The front desk staff were amazing and super friendly. To the point where they gave the 4 of us complementary champagne bottles. This is the first hotel that does that. The only iffy thing about the hotel was the shower. It worked fine the first night, then not so great the other nights. But overall, amazing place. Will come here again in the near future.

My stay was good. Matt who works at the front desk was extremely patient & kind. He gave me a map and wrote down the time the shuttle comes & goes and answered all of my questions. I love the fact that they have a shuttle that takes you to the Historic Seaport(where everything is) and back. The only things I didn’t like was that my room was facing the road and there were employees down below working and so it got a bit nosey and there was a constant issue with water pressure in the shower. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

UPDATED: Dropped 1 star lots of extra fees involved every night you stay: 05-13-23 State Sales Tax 29.13 05-13-23 County Tax 19.42 05-13-23 Resort Fee 44.43 05-13-23 Resort State Sales Tax 3.34 05-13-23 Resort County Tax 2.23 05-13-23 Destination Fee 3.88 05-13-23 Parking 25.00 During my recent stay at The Perry Hotel in Key West, I had an overall enjoyable experience, though I must mention that the fluctuating shower pressure was a minor inconvenience. Despite this issue, the hotel's stunning location, modern design, and exceptional service made it a memorable stay. Situated on the waterfront, The Perry Hotel boasts breathtaking views of the marina and the surrounding Key West landscape. The hotel's contemporary aesthetic, with its sleek lines and stylish decor, created a sophisticated and inviting ambiance. The customer service at The Perry Hotel was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The staff members were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond greatly enhanced the overall experience. The room I stayed in was well-appointed, featuring modern furnishings and a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The clean and spacious bathroom added to the overall comfort of the accommodations. One minor issue that I encountered during my stay was the inconsistent shower pressure. At times, the pressure would fluctuate, making it challenging to maintain a consistent water flow. While it didn't significantly detract from my overall experience, it was a slight inconvenience that could be improved. The amenities at The Perry Hotel were impressive. The pool area was a relaxing oasis, offering a serene atmosphere and comfortable loungers to soak up the sun. The on-site restaurant provided delicious dining options with a focus on fresh seafood and local ingredients, satisfying both the palate and the senses. The hotel's location also deserves special mention. It was conveniently located near popular Key West attractions, allowing for easy exploration of the area. The hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to downtown Key West, making it convenient for guests to experience the vibrant energy and unique charm of the city. In conclusion, The Perry Hotel in Key West offers a memorable stay with its stunning waterfront location, modern design, and exceptional service. While the fluctuating shower pressure was a minor drawback, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable retreat in Key West, and I would gladly return for another stay in the future.

First, I want to acknowledge that the staff at the front desk, all of them, were very helpful and polite. The grounds are very nice and there are plenty of amenities. Some things need to be said though: 1) we were a family of three staying in a king room with a pull out sleeper sofa. Each day when the room was made, the cleaning staff left plenty of towels, but only 1 washcloth. Tracking down 2 more each day was, to be polite, an adventure. The first night I was able to track down one of the cleaning ladies and, she said she would bring them (at least that’s what I think she said - she didn’t speak much English). After a little more than 30 minutes I went in search of again and found her in the utility closet. I again asked her for the washcloths at which point she handed me 2 hand towels. I told her we were fine with hand towels, just needed washcloths. She didn’t seem to understand so I pointed them out on the rack. She said nothing, so I just grabbed them and went back to shower. The second day - same thing. One washcloth. We told the folks at the front desk and they tracked some down for us. Third night - same. So Gary from the front desk immediately called housekeeping. So we waited… finally, I walked down the hall to find a guy playing on his phone in the storage closet. I asked him for washcloths, and he repeated my room number (so we knew he got the message) and I was handed 1 washcloth. I told him I needed 2, and he said (in very poor English) that there was only one clean washcloth. Went down to see Gary again, and within 5 minutes he delivered them personally to our room. Thanks, Gary! Enough about that. 2) on day two, my wife and I were sitting on the balcony and watched about 8 unruly kids (aged from about 2 to maybe 15) in the pool. Okay, kids will be kids being loud and having fun. What we did observe, and were shocked to see, that they had a bottle of Crown Royal hidden under a blanket and would sneak back to have a few shots every 15-20 minutes. No parents anywhere in sight. 3) this may be the kicker. On the final day, before checking out, we went down to the restaurant for breakfast. Unbelievably, my wife found a maggot, yes, a maggot in her creamer. Pretty damn disgusting. The manager checked everything and said there were no other signs of maggots anywhere else. Asked her if he could get her anything and she asked for a mimosa. Though all 3 of us were a bit upset, we did eat our breakfast when it came out (we needed to leave within the hour and didn’t have any other options). When the bill came, they comped my wife’s breakfast, but I was surprised to see a $13 charge for the mimosa. Asked to have that taken off, which they did. Upon checking out my wife mentioned it to the front desk employee (wish I had gotten her name) and she too agreed that our whole breakfast should have been taken care of. She was nice enough to refund our parking fee ($25/day) for all three nights that we were there. 4) forgot to mention the water pressure. There was none. I had really high hopes for this place, but it turned out to be a pretty lousy experience.

Great waterfront hotel with everything you need and want. So clean and beautiful. The people were wonderful. Gary at checking in did a fantastic job for us all week. Kudos!!!

Such a hidden jewel in Key West. Check-in was a breeze and have to love the complimentary cup of champagne as a welcome gift. Staff was super friendly. Very nice pools and loved the pool bar. Especially love the shuttle to Old Town which allows you to not have to look for parking while enjoying Duval Street. I would and will definitely stay again.

I have come the Perry every year for the last 3 years and I have always given this hotels a great review. This time everything was so different. They have a problem with the water pressure making it difficult to shower. This time around front desk staff were not too friendly, everyone had long faces. Past experience was not like this. I received a call at 9pm from the front desk letting me know that the AC in my room 208 was not working. They told me that I have two option either stay there without AC or move. Obviously, I told the lady that I would have to move. Very disappointed of the situation but with not choice. I returned to the hotel after dinner and I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby to received my new room key with my entire family. The front desk agent couldn’t figure out the steps to do it and it took her a long time to get hold of her manager. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have the keys ready for me at that point.. Overall, this process was very long and with children wanting to go to sleep, it is definitely painful! We had to move all our belonging at midnight! Unfortunately, we were given a room in the first floor and given the last room in the hallway. Very far and literally no view. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable. We got to our room at 12am. I was expecting minimum a room upgrade or a night discount, something for all the inconvenience but all I got was “Here is you room key, sorry for the wait” Key west has many Hotel choices and with all the competitions I expected better service.

Staying at The Perry Hotel was the best choice I ever made. My boyfriend and I made very last minute reservations for our anniversary and we were had our worries, as anyone would when making plans on a whim. Joseph who works at the front desk made our experience absolutely phenomenal since the moment we checked in. He allowed us the option to upgrade to a better room for a cheap price and even offered us complementary champaign for our anniversary. I’m incredibly impressed. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This resort honesty had the nicest staff of any I have ever stayed at. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were having fun and you could tell they genuinely cared about us. We told them we were here for a bachelorette and they made sure we had champagne and even took interest in the wedding details. Everyone was so great, especially Hannah!!!

The rooms were spectacular. One of the cleanest rooms I've ever been in. You are supposed to get complimentary champagne once a day but we did not (I found this out after) but not a biggie. Gym was super clean. Location was good for us as we did not want to be downtown. They have a shuttle service that takes you downtown so it was very convenient.

I hate to right this, all my reviews are positive except this hotel! This property over charged my card without authorization, they charge me double for one night on a premium rate resulting in $1000+ for one night on a standard room. We also walked in on someone else because the staff gave us keys for a room that was occupied. The over charge obviously adjusted our budget to the remainder of our visit to key west and ruined our experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it’s located in the middle of a low income high crime rate trailer home area which is noticeable as you drive into stock island. ITS NOT KEY WEST! The hotel is small and not a premium resort as presented. They refused to refund me for the mistake even though we only stayed (1) night! I have stayed at this property (6) time prior to this incident and we have had the full experience to review truest unbiased opinion. I called the property and explained the error in payment and have yet to receive an acknowledgment of a mistake or refund for the charge. Their excuse was that I had arrived and checked in too early, in result being charged twice. I have experienced checking in early many times with no issues and wasn’t mentioned during the last checkin. Through this experience I have decided to no longer spend money their and suggest to others to stay somewhere on the beach in Key West. If they treat a reoccurring visitor this way I can imagine they truly don’t care about people.

We didn't stay at the actual hotel, but rather on a boat on the marina. We used the public restrooms onsite, the pool, and ate at one of the restaurants and the grounds are so beautiful and well kept. I lost my purse in the bathroom and they brought it to the hotel. The staff was kind and the hotel was clean. The woman at the desk asked me several questions to ensure the purse was mine prior handing it over. We saw so much marine life just sitting on the boat and enjoyed the wildlife and well kept grounds. Next time we will stay in the hotel verses the boat air bnb which was also a unique experience.

  • 1/5 Franci E. 2 years ago on Google
A lovely marina, very well managed, and a caring and professional staff. So what is the problem? The noise level is unbearable during the day, and it is impossible to enjoy sitting outside on the boat - or doing anything out for that matter. At 7:30 am, the first commercial plane takes off - flight path directly over the Marina. The Naval Air Station is located in Key West. There is a training base for pilots. All-day long, all day long ... there is a roar of jets flying sorties and practicing "touch-and-go" landing exercises. The Marina is surrounded by a shipyard, a boatyard, to add to the misery. This means people are working on the boat, which can and is noisy. There is also some construction noise. The cost to stay at this Marina is high... it would be worth it if there were the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing environment - a quiet environment. PS. At night, the lights at the Shipyard are blinding - it may or may not be a problem, depending on your dock space. Spare yourself the aggravation and find another location.

We were blown away by the level of customer service that The Perry Hotel offered. My better half and I work in the service industry, and no kidding joked about how we wanted to bring our entire staff here to show them the value of above-and-beyond customer service & what that looks like. I wish I could remember the names of the three lovely people who were at the front desk when we arrived, but they’re escaping me now - I want to say Katrina, Jennifer & Joseph, maybe? We arrived on 10/21/21, so in case a manager is reading this review, whoever they were working the night shift that evening provided impeccable service and deserved to be recognized for doing so. Thank you specially to you three for making such a wonderful first impression, it truly impacted the rest of our stay and we will absolutely be back! 😊 Outside of this, the property itself was gorgeous! We highly recommend the rooms with the outdoor showers as well! Impeccable! Can’t wait to plan our next trip! ❤️

We stayed at Perry Hotel for 5 nights around New Years. Location is way too far from downtown and there is barely any restaurants around to eat. We ended up eating at the hotel most of the time and they are still on Covid-19 menu which has maybe five items on. Staff was friendly but we got totally ripped off. For basic room we ended up paying more than we would pay staying near Duval street. The neighbor seemed unsafe I would not recommend walking around alone. We came with group of people and they were charged way less for suite than we paid for basic room. I checked their rates while we stayed there and they were at least 50% cheaper than what we ended up paying. Very disappointed with the explanation we got from the front desk and we ended up paying ridiculous rates they charged us.

Perry does what every hotel should do! First and foremost the place is clean. Beyond clean and the team members who clean rooms pay attention to detail. There’s nothing worse than paying more for a hotel and having a dirty room. The hotel is set in a great location with a beautiful marina and water scene. The on-site restaurants are awesome and fun. We brought our dog (Vizsla) and they are incredibly dog friendly. We loved the dog park and ability to have our pup with us at outdoor meals. The staff is incredible! Truly friendly, eager to engage and provide a memorable experience. This is one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel resort and we’ve travelled extensively. Shout out to Matt, Cameron and the team at Matt’s restaurant. They made our time memorable with their friendly service.

I had the hardest time choosing a hotel on key west as they were all so pricey and supposedly really not well maintained according to the reviews. I decided on the Perry Hotel as it was a new resort, with 3 different places to enjoy happy hour and a marina. We were very please with the service and our room. The pool has pool service that allows you to sip your drink while lounging in the pool, you can do happy hour hopping between the 2 different bars/restaurants. They offer an hourly shuttle service to Key West old Town which was very convenient. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

This hotel will always be my go to place while visiting Key West. My boyfriend I went last August. We were greeted with Champagne! The staff were absolutely amazing! Our room was gorgeous. We were there when the owner and investors came. They were super nice and friendly. They bought everyone in the pool drinks because they were so hospitable. The food was delicious! I can't wait to return this August.

My first visit to the Keys was made truly exceptional by the wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and friendly staff greeted us with a glass of champagne, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. A special shout-out goes to Johnny, who went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. Johnny's recommendations were spot-on, exceeding our expectations at every turn. He had fantastic suggestions for activities and dining options, making our stay even more perfect. The spacious rooms were a delight, and the comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep. The added bonus of a balcony with direct access to the pool made our experience even more enjoyable. Speaking of the pool, it was a perfect oasis to relax and unwind. The serene atmosphere and refreshing water made it an ideal place to spend the day. The hotel's restaurants were also a treat. The Salty Oyster's happy hour was fantastic, and I highly recommend trying the mouthwatering snapper sandwich at the poolside restaurant. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the busy side of town where all of the local bars are located until 11 PM which is also a nice treat. Overall, I can confidently say that this is the best hotel to stay at in Key West. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I have no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip truly exceptional

We really enjoyed our time here when we visited last month. Our room faced the front of the hotel and had a large corner patio, which was perfect for watching sunsets! The on site restaurants are great and the coffee shop was WOW so good! We ate at Matt’s stock island kitchen and grill as well as salty oyster dockside bar and grill. Both were great! Drinks were great as well! Only confusing part is that all charges will show up as The Perry and not each restaurant name etc. not a big deal but initially threw us off. We enjoyed being able to take the shuttle into downtown Key West. Only two things I wish it had - microwave in room (my original post said mini fridge I meant to say microwave) - smart TV for streaming services (like Netflix, for those rainy nights you want to chill) Thanks to all the really helpful and nice staff as well! :)

We went to the pool and had drinks. Service at the bar and pool was great. Zak and Sidney at the bar took great care of us. Food was good, not great, just good. Went back 6 Aug at 5 pm for Drinks and food. As usual Zak and Sidney took great care of us. If you are in the area don't pass up a bite to eat and a drink here. The best Key West has to offer.

I have stayed many times at Perry Hotel the service is always top notch and the rooms are great and the food is some of the best around. We have met a lot of great people at the pool who have become good friends. They also offer an amenities package for boaters who are docking and want nice place to enjoy the pool and bar for the day.

The stay here was just a mess. From the beginning upon arrival until departure. I will never stay at this hotel again and I would definitely not recommend it. They kept saying how they were going to assist us with out stay discrepancies but did absolutely nothing. The female manager was more concerned about the fact that they would be losing out on money if we decided to cancel the reservation. I just knew something was up with her and I I didn't have a good feeling about her. The only good things about the hotel was the room and the shuttle ride. Please find hotel reservations elsewhere because we just the bill invoice after checking out and noticed a charge from a restaurant that we didn't even order anything from. This is beyond ridiculous. I guess they don't look up in the system to make sure items are being charged to the correct room. Its just a mess and I'll never return.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience here. The staff is extraordinary. You feel like family when running into anyone here. At the front desk, Joseph was beyond helpful and friendly. Their hospitality and kindness comes across as genuine and not forced. The hotel itself is impeccable and comfortable. Loved every moment there.

We had a very nice stay at the Perry Hotel & Marina over Thanksgiving weekend. Our room faced the pool and marina and was quite sleek and modern. If we were pool people we would have been able to walk right out of our room and into the pool, how cool is that. Everyone on staff in the hotel and and it’s three restaurants were very pleasant and friendly. We appreciate that very much. And the hourly shuttles into old town Key West took the hassle out of driving and parking, it was great. All the meals we had at the restaurants were quite enjoyable. Their main restaurant Matt”s Stock Island Grill, was quite tasty, hats off to the chef. The one downside at Matt’s is the lighting at night. Everything seemed too bright for an upscale restaurant. We would suggest getting a lighting designer to come in and install some dimmers to give the place inside and outside a more romantic vibe. We also found the lighting in the hallways a bit bright. That minor consideration aside, we had a fantastic time and would definitely visit again.

My wife and I came to the keys on a whim. The Perry seemed like the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle. The distance from the city is perfect. It feels secluded and inviting. The concierge recommended numerous activities outside of the hotel from local food dives to watersports. The bar tenders and hotel staff were all friendly and always wanting to make our stay better. Will definitely be returning in the future.
